Since the app update, my Sonos Favorites don’t show up on the IOS App.  I can see them fine on the desktop app.  How do I get my Favorites to show up on the IOS App?

I have classic fm live station set as my alarm. When it’s via Tune In it works - but announces ‘welcome to tune in’ every time. When I use global player, there is no annoying announcement but the alarm doesn’t work. Why doesn’t the alarm work with global player?

I wish to be able to change what time my alarms are set to and it would be super convenient if I could just have a widget which displayed the alarm times set on my Sonos App.I am aware there is a 3rd party app which allows this due to using shortcuts but the price is far too high and I feel this feature ought to be in the native app.Currently I have to go through a few submenus just to get to the alarms (I change them everyday as I have a job whereby I have a different start time each day which is dictated to by my boss so its always last minute notice).

In the long list of problems with the app, this is the top one for me right now. When I use the search function, I get the below message. When I click on it it says everything is functioning (and it is) but I can only search in apple music. If I go to my library to search directly there it crashes and brings me back to the main menu. This means, since I don’t have the letter index on my album list anymore, that I basically can’t listen to any record I own that begins with anything after like E without scrolling for fifteen minutes. Any way to fix this?   

What about fixing Mixcloud on the new app, empty playlists, empty list of followers, empty list of everything almost.. 

The end of the ‘old’ Tunein has terminated the custom radio stream for a too long time already. There is a very cumbersome way to get it back, but it requires far too many steps and the custom links are sent to the favortires where they cannot be edited.The feature still exists in the Windows App but it is useless.I went to Sonos because of this feature and I’m not the only one in this case.So, WHEN WILL YOU HAVE AN ELEGANT SOLUTION to the infuriating lack of this feature???

I am used to stream the local national radio stations - for witch we already pay concessions - listen add-free. But with sonos I allways have adds when starting up the radio stations. In general the software interface from Sonos is Not Open for normal radio streams. 

I was not able to connect Soundbar with my iPhone using the airplay. It keeps asking me Airplay on screen code which I never had it. Please advise. Thanks 

Our Sonos system used to be so easy and intuitive. Now it’s lost its mind. Various rooms refuse to play, but then come back on out of nowhere. Volume control is all over the place. Sometimes nothing works and we spend an hour trying to figure out why. We know that they had a major software makeover disaster and it seems like it’s ongoing. We’re actively looking for alternatives, it’s super disappointing and the simple act of playing music in your home shouldn’t be this hard. It’s a reminder that new technology isn’t always better. Super disapointing after the money we’ve spent on a housewide system 

I have an iheartradio subscription,  however on my android phone Sonos application, iheartradio is not listed as an available service. Called customer service twice. Rebooted router,phone ,all my Sonos speakers,un-installed and reinstalled the App with no luck.  Sent Sonos diagnostic info x 3. All my info on Sonos.com is correct. Live in Illinois. The iheartradio App works fine on my phone. Any ideals?

Since the recent app update, I keep getting the error message: “Something went wrong. Try again.” — almost every time I try to use the app. I primarily use the “Favorites” and “Recently Played” sections on the Home Screen, but neither works anymore. Whenever I select something from these sections, I get the same error message.Additionally, the “Recently Played” list no longer shows my most recent selections in order, making it harder to find what I last played — and when I do find it, it still doesn’t play.My only workaround is going into the music services directly to play something, which defeats the purpose of having “Favorites” and “Recently Played” at all. This has made the system far less user-friendly, especially for my 85-year-old partner, who can no longer easily play music without my help.I’ve been a longtime Sonos fan, but this update has really shaken my confidence. I’m on the latest Plex Media Server and Plexamp versions, and I’m trying to Cast a music playlist from my PMS to various Sonos devices via Plexamp. I know this can be done internally via the Plex plugin on the Sonos app. I tried that and it works flawlessly besides I really miss Loudness Leveling in PlexAmp.So, I’m playing the playlist from Plexamp, streaming it to Sonos. All the connections are “working” – I see the Sonos devices in the Cast icon of Plexamp and the Plex metadata is reaching the Sonos UI in the form of song titles, but music isn’t playing. Instead it beachballs for about 10 secs when I start a playlist and then moves to the next song in the playlist. It does it over and over. If I stop casting to Sonos, Plexamp is fine again.It’s got to be something between plexamp and Sonos. Has anyone else dealt with this?

I usually listen to 'Radio One' but today I am trying to listen to 'Radio Six'...I choose Radio Six and it brings up Radio One. It won't change so I close and reopen the app. I have to do this alot. It reopens and shows me Radio Six. Good. So I press play, but the content it plays is from Radio One…So, I go and choose Radio One. And guess what? I am currently listening to the content of Radio Six but the Sonos app says it is playing Radio One. Wtf Such a terrible, slow & glitches app.  

So great,  new leadership, new update that supposedly fixes the volume control issues - but now my Pandora Account (while playing - I'm actively listening to a song) - Sonos says 'No Content's and you cannot pause or skip or change tracks.  One step forward, two steps back.  Somebody PLEASE get this godforsaken app to work like it used to!!!!!

We have several Sonos speakers - Beam Era 300Play 3Play 5OnePlay 1 x 2 For weeks now we cannot play music from the Sonos app, we just get the “unable to connect, try later” message. No software updates are needed, iOS and app ore up to date. Asking to play music via Alexa works fine. I have wasted countless hours on this community looking for fixes, tried them all, wasted weekend after weekend rebooting, setting up new systems etc etc to no avail. How can a product costing so much be so bad! I’m distraught, life is too short and I want my money back, never in my 47 years have I been so infuriated with a product. hoping someone can help, otherwise it’s all going in the bin and will be seeking advice on “Not fit for purpose” with Trading Standards.

When I play a song in Soundcloud the play button just spins forever and no sound plays.I tried reauthorizing.

The new interface is not intuitive in any way. All I’m trying to do is figure out how to pick a speaker, pick a playlist to play on that speaker. It doesn’t seem to be logical at all. The software seems to want to let me add more than one speaker, but how to add a playlist or music from a single artist is NOT obvious.  so what is the logic. Am I supposed to pick some music first and then determine what to put it on? Because none of the other apps I’ve ever used for speakers works that way. I pick a speaker and then I pick the music to go on that speaker.   I’ve been using another app to pretty much do most of what I wanna do but unfortunately, they do not have a sleep timer. Every time I try to go to Sonos app I revert back to the third-party app and then when I go to the Sonos app, the music is playing on the speaker I want and I go set the sleep timer. It’s got awful. Please, if someone can help me understand the design logic, it would be gr

It often happens that I cannot control the volume in one room. I can disconnect the S1 par but have no volumen control dot on the line. 

For weeks my app is saying that i have to login as system owner. I am the actual owner but i’m unable to do so :(Everytime i’m trying to login, i end up with a blank screen and there i can’t do anything.Next option is to ‘open in chrome’  but then, after filling in my user & Pass, it reverts back to the same blank page, only with an extra: ‘Something went wrong’Why is this happening? I just want to make some simple changes in the system settings, or just listen to Sonos-radio….  I’m working on an Iphone 12 mini, with newest software version. I have already reinstalled the app, resetted the app etc etc.  

Sorry, I’m not an expert at this. Can I use my SONOS app on windows to play music from my local audio folder, on the desktop, to my beam?And/or to my airplay enabled Denon receiver?i tried to drag an audio folder into the app but seemingly it doesn’t allow that step.Admittedly I may be missing a step,

Some playlists I made in Apple Music usually have the default 4-grid cover that generated by Apple Music.but it’s not showing in Sonos App. Hope Sonos app team will fix this in future updates. please see below screenshots,example playlists:“Joy Harvey”“Cowboy”“Deep summer related”“I miss Y2K”“India Music” 

Subject: YouTube Sound Difference: Phone vs. TV (Arc, Sub, and Fives)Hi everyone,I have a Sonos setup with an Arc, Sub, and a pair of Five speakers, and I’ve noticed a big difference in sound when playing YouTube through my phone versus my TV. When I play YouTube from my phone (casting or AirPlaying to Sonos), the music sounds much quieter, and it feels like I’m not getting the full range of sound. When I play YouTube on my TV, the Fives seem to only output ambient/background sound, while the Arc and Sub are more prominent. I also noticed that when playing from my phone, changing the "Full" or "Ambient" setting in the Sonos app actually makes a difference—if set to "Full," the speakers play much better. But when playing from the TV, switching between "Full" and "Ambient" doesn't seem to change anything.Has anyone else experienced

Why is the App that was changed absolutely dire. It’s that bad these speakers are getting launched and I’m going to another speaker 

In the before times I liked using the Recently Played list to help me quickly get back to something I listened to recently. The new app only shows music from my services but not from my Music Library.  Is this on anyone’s list to fix?  Is there anything I can do to get that feature back?  Thanks for taking a look at this.
