Hi

I need to add a Connect but always ends in the message “login as systemowner”.
Nothing I have read here at the SONOS Community is working…
 

Any suggestions?

Did your Sonos app is updated? Your OS also (rarely this is a solution but could be)? Since we're this happens to you?

Also check your internet connection often it is the problem :)


Almost every time we see a login issue it is the system owner using the wrong login information.

If you have other possibilities try them, otherwise a support call may help.
