system connection issue

I’ve just returned from a week away and can no longer connect to my Sonos speaker - basically the app doesn’t recognise that it exists. I’ve tried the various suggestions via the app and nothing works. Any insight would be gratefully received

Power off router and speakers. After a few minutes, restart router. When it’s fully restarted and wifi is established, power up your speakers, one at a time.

Did your Sonos speakers light a properly solid white or nothing, also try to check your router because if you are connected at the same network as your speakers are in the app it will say something like "you wan to join to this system". Try it :)
