I had to reset and rebuild my Sonos system today. When I try to add my existing Apple Music account to Sonos via the app on Android, after clicking “I’m Already a Member”, I get a white screen. Nothing else appears. The same thing happens if I select “Start Trial.”Any ideas?

Arc, Sub and ONE surround sound issues with new LG TV - Spotify issuesHello.  I recently purchased a new LG OLED TV and SONOS ARC, Sub and 2 ONE rears.   I’m really pleased with the performance, but I'm having some inconsistencies with the surround sound from Spotify.  When I stream from the App on my iPhone and connect to the SONOS system through Airplay the sound is great and clearly everything is working especially the rear ONEs.  However, when I connect though the Sky Spotify App the sound only appears to be coming through the Arc soundbar and is weak on the rears.  Its better when I connect through the Spotify App on the LG TV (without going through Sky) but its not as strong as the iPhone Spotify App going direct to the SONOS system.  Is there a way I can get full sound through Sky or the TV that is like the quality for the iPhone App?  I think I’ve checked all the settings.  Perhaps going through the TV etc losing the strength or surround element of the SONOS sy

I have files and folders with Korean in the names. When I add the music library and re-index, it only finds songs with English names only. Is there any way that Sonos music library indexes foreign language support (e.g. UTF-8) Or, I have Synology NAS with built in media server. I read that DLNA is not officially supported by Sonos but if there is anyone who uses DLNA to play music from NAS library?

Having trouble uploading Apple Music to sonos

I started having problems a couple days ago - I think there was an update on the sonos app.  I can not play music on sonos via Spotify app but I can play from the Sonos app. diag no:1434634836 I restarted router, play1I reinstalled spotify and sonos appsI talked to spotify support and they were a great help but we could not fins a problem on their side   I only have one speaker Play1   I also installed Spotify and sonos apps to my second phone and tried. result is same.  what can I do to go back to good old days I play my music via spotify app?:)

When trying to sync my apple music with the app it gives me a blank screen. Already refreshed app and removed and added back on. Have 2 different devices same issue. Need sonos to fix the app.

I have been trying to update my Sonos System with the new update without any success.  Here are some of my system details:Eero Router System (Eero Pro, 2 Eero Beacons, 1 Eero 6) Ver: eeroOS6.40 Sonos System Sonos One SL and Sonos One (Bedroom) Sonos Five Sonos One (Pair), Sonos Arc & Sonos Sub (Living Room) Sonos Move Sonos Roam (Pair) Current Version 13.2 Build 64319090 on Speakers Sonos S2 App (On Android) Version 13.3 Build 65121040 The system had been running just fine until the newest update became available, and the update failed and the problems have been increasing.In the S2 App, all of the speakers are shown.  The Sonos One and the Sonos One SL (Bedroom) have a wrench and it says too issues.  This is recent… until today, there were no flags in the app.On the Eero network, not all of the speakers show online.  The Sonos Arc and the two Sonos One’s

I have had a Sonos Arc for about three or four months now.  I have attempted multiple times and with different app updates to link YouTube Music with my arc.  I follow the steps carefully, and enter my code each time.  When I get to the final Google page, it says,“Success!  Device connected” Under that, it displays my google account gmail address.  Then it instructs me to continue to your device.  When I switch back to the Sonos app, the app says “Connection ErrorThere was a problem adding the YouTube Music account.  A connection to YouTube Music could not be made.”My only option is to click “done”.  I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app.  There isn't a way to add the service on the Sonos website, so I'm unsure how to proceed from here.  I have been waiting quite a while for this service.

HiI’m just baffled - I update my Sonos regularly but there are over 2500 songs missing from it.My Itunes library is on the C Drive on my laptop, I’ve checked the tags on my compilations and none show ‘Various Artists’ so it’s not that, I have absolutely no idea what the issue is, does anyone have any ideas where I might start?  Any help will be very gratefully received.

I am having problems with apple airplay dropping on my new iPhone.   I have several sonos devices, about 14 speakers; they are all airplay compatible.  I also have a sonos boost.  I have a very large iTunes library and I primarily play music screaming over airplay from this library to the sonos speakers.   I also have a apple IPad and I do not see this problem when using this device.  I can play music from sonos apps stations without a problem on both devices. When I am starting music on my iPhone playing over airplay I select my speakers they select and play, they all play for a short time, then it starts dropping speakers, a few will continue to play.   I go to the airplay speaker selection  and they are no longer selected.  This also seem to be related to the number of speakers I select to play. I can select them again and they may start playing again or they may not.   As I said above, my ipad doesn’t have this problem and they are using the same OS version.Another

HI, I can see this is an old chestnut. But in 2021 it should NOT exist…. I am have enormous frustrations in deleting/editing the Sonos Library (Not playlist).  I found I had a whole load of duplicates when I connected my WD My Cloud Home NAS.  I have since edited the original library elsewhere…..deleted the folder pointed to on the NAS… but still Sonos “sees” the tracks and trys to play them.  Disconnecting the NAS also deleting the WD service app and reconnecting and deleting the folder still fails to remove the Library.This is a real error within the sonos software in not being able to edit/delete library content.How can I tell Sonos to delete this library.  I am sure when I reupload the Library to the NAS ot will see playable and unplayable tracks..  Making playing an album impossibleHelp   

Surely the levelling of volume is achievable? Yes it would mean analysing the tracks and making calculations to play louder or quieter than the previous track(s) but this shouldn’t be asking too much given the tech in the Sonos gear/software/infrastructure?It’s my major gripe with the system in that if another system came out claiming to deliver on that one thing I’d consider swapping and selling all my 12 Sonos bits.Surely it’s on a roadmap somewhere?

Hi guys, Hoping someone can help. I have a Playbar hooked up to my Sony TV. If I put the TV on and set the volume to what I want when watching a movie - it’s great.  However, if I then turn the TV off and ask Alexa (Echo) to play a song through the Playbar (using Spotify) - the volume is almost double as loud as the TV.  So loud in fact that my GF did it the other day and it’s actually blown the bass speakers in the Playbar (a separate issue).   When I look at the Sonos IOS app whilst doing the above, the volume slider remains at the same level for both TV and Music however what I hear is completely different.  What makes this more confusing is that with my original set up, it was synced with my TV and Playbar (same TV and bar as i have bnow) - I had a bridge (connected to router in order for it all to work), when Sonos updated systems and the bridge was no longer needed - that’s what this issue started.  

HiSeems like this is a common issue but has anyone figured out the fix?Playing Spotify within the Sonos app: I start a playlist for example, and everything plays nicely. However, if I search for a song and select “Play Next”, it appears next in the queue but almost every time, it will skip this song and play the next one on the queue.If I select shuffle, the queue order changes, it will almost always skip the next track and play the one after. If I remove a song from the queue because I don’t want to hear it, it will almost always skip what is now the next song. No, it doesn’t do this playing from within the Spotify App, but we want to use the Sonos App to manage the queue so both of us can access it rather that being stuck with one of us driving a connect session.This also still happens if I test it using only “Front Bedroom” pair of Play:1s, both of which are connected via ethernet to the router.Diagnostic taken just after a

I wanted to test some features w/ Utube Music, to which I am thinking about moving to, so removed my Amazon account and then added it back after testing Utube. Now I can see and play the albums tied to Amazon but all of the playlists no longer work. I get a message saying the associated account is not found. I am on Sonos S1.I have tried reauthorizing the account to no avail.Is this a bug? Thx

I am playing music from iTunes on my Mac thru 2 Sonos speakers that are wirelessly connected to the same router that my Mac is using. There is nothing in this arrangements coming in off the internet. The router is connect to the internet but not using it for this setup]. Yet, periodically, I'll get a few seconds gap in the sound out of the speakers. There are no error messages.  If the music was coming off the internet, I could say it was over demand on the internet but since it is not...Any ideas???

Don’t play my Sonos One SL any radio station: Apple Music 1, Apple Music Hits and Apple Music Country.  In my mind, after a new iPhone Sonos app, or Firmware. Can you help me?

Pandora stopped working for me.. I can browse my stations but click ‘Play’ and nothing…I restarted all Sonos devices..  shut down all Sonos apps.. deleted the Pandora services.. Added it back and get weird messages.. “Pandora is conducting system maintenance. Please try again later”.. Waited a day.. same results.  Oddly after I get the above message it says in my Sonos app the service was added but still nothing plays.  HELP !  

For several years my Sonos has played my albums on my WD My book live. I am now receiving a message that my book live does not exist. The drive is connected directly to the bridge with a cable.I have tried disconnecting everything and rebooting. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the NAS drive . I am not tech savvy and have looked through other posts but to no avail. Any ideas?

I try to add a music library on the ios app on an ipad. I get asked the path of my music files (\\computer name\\path) and I have great difficulties specifying that path. At least \\name of ipad\folder name does not work. Any ideas how I can find the path of an folder including computer name? Thanks!

Hello I’ve been experiencing a problem with my Sonos Move for the last few days.It has been working flawlessly for a year. Now, playing radios stations with TuneIn is completely broken. Every couple minutes or so, the sound stops for 2-4 seconds, then resumes a few seconds to an anterior state, ie. before it was cut (meaning I hear the same sounds a second time). No matter what station I select, no matter what device I use (I have a phone and a tablet, both on Android), I have this problem with TuneIn. Everything is up to date, network is properly configured, it just started to behave like this a few days ago for no apparent reason.I don’t think it’s related to my network, as I have no problem listening to radio with other apps on my devices. It happens only with Sonos app, only with TuneIn. Any idea? 

Hello all! I am currently having issues trying to use the Mac OS Sonos S1 controller app with my external HDD that is connected over a USB cord. Strangely, I get this error ever time I try to add a folder directory to my music library from the HDD.  I´ve also found that Sonos will pickup my iTunes library and will not denote any local files, such as on my desktop. Additionally, file type seems to be irrelevant, it refuses to accept mp3, FLAC, M4A, or WAV, unless of course they´re in iTunes. So, how would I go about solving this disaster?  Error Issue Photo Thank you!!!

I have set up a new WD My Cloud Home Nas drive which is where all my music is stored.   I use MediaMonley to sync all my music and the Music is found fine on the My Cloud Home Music service I added to Sonos.  The problem  is there is No Playlist folder, I have M3U playlists but they don’t appear, in fact there is no folder.     This renders the drive useless to me and it was recommended for use with Sonos.  If you select to show  UPNP drives the mediamonkey music library appears fine, but you can only select and play individual tracks whether they are in an album or playlist - so that doesn’t work either!  If you want to avoid paying Amazon or google monthly subscriptions its all stacked against you!  I wanted to know if anyone has a solution or if it would work if I changed the WD My CLoud Home for a different Nas drive?

New to Sonos and so far not having a great time.   The main thing I want to do is have playlists that I put together in iTunes play through my Sonos One via either Alexa or Sonos app on my iPhone.After spending a while trying to get smart playlists to show up in Sonos and failing, I discovered the best I could do was to copy all the songs from smart playlists into a basic playlist and that would show up under “My Music” within Apple Music on the Sonos app.   I thought that had solved it, but if I try to play the playlists - either via the Alexa or the app - the best I can get is that sometimes they will play alphabetically...but no fun hearing same songs in same order, and cannot get shuffle to work.  Alexa either plays the playlist in alphabetical order or does nothing, and the app gives me spinning wheel then message “an error occurred while adding tracks to the Queue (1002)”.I can see messages going back several years from people who have had variations on th
