No volume control outside of Sonos App

I'm running Android 13 on a Pixel 5a.  I have the latest version of Sonos, 14.18.2, S2.

A while ago I could control the volume from the Android Lock Screen. 

I've tried everything on every link Sonos has on this topic, still no luck.

 

Any suggestions?  Is this working for other Android users?

You definatley have lock screen controls turned on in the Sonos app settings….app preferences - lock screen controls.?

Yes, definitely have that turned on.
