I have 6oo favourite tracks on Deezer, my sonos system doesn't play them all. Anyone know why not?Thanks.

Hello people,  I just realized that my Pandora (opened on Sonos app) only shows and plays 4 of my 80 channels.  When I try to turn on Sonos from Pandora app I get an error message saying system unavailable.  It works fine from Sonos controller but with only 4 channels showing .  I have removed and reinstalled the app and it still just shows (same) 4 channels.  Has anyone run into this issue or have a fix?  

Hello Everyone,Since the last Sonos update (software and material).I have one problem with the planification of the music library (index). Sometimes that is work without problem and sometimes no. One more thing, I have make one test with different hours during the night or during the day, sometimes that works and sometimes no.All of my local configuration is the same : Sonos players, wifi setting, Nas MyCloud Ex2 Ultra, …Have you the same issue ?Have a nice Sunday.Kind regards.  

I just signed up YouTube music service and want to try it out on my Sonos. However, I found one of my favorite playlist could not be played via sonos. Most of the songs are greyed out. The error meesage is “ Access denied” Anyone has similar experience and how to resolve it?

Prior to upgrading windows 10 to 11 Sonos connected to music library on pc, after upgrade would not connect, removed music library connection, ensured SMB sharing modules enable, shared music library folders with “sonos wifi” all without any error, when I tried to connect to music library via desktop app I receive an error “error adding music (big red X) sonos was unable to add the music folder, reason: the computer (pc name) is not responding”. I checked to make sure sonos.exe was allowed in the firewall rules.I started a chat with support and once I explained the problem they pulled the connection, anyone have any suggestions, it would be appreciated.

I have a youtube music premium account and have added it to the sonos s2 app but when I go to youtube music all I see is “No selections are available” How can I play music from youtube music on my sonos?

When returning to my holliday home my Sonos app wants me to log in with somebody elses account.I removed the app and reinstalled, no result.Help

Just installed win 11. I can access music on another machine but when trying to add folder from my computer  I get sonos unable to add folder to music folder computer not responding. Network is set to private Defender is letting sonos through. is this a win 11 problem

Hi everyone, I am using Sonos players with Home Assistant which plays Sonos playlists automatically on some scenarios(e.g. someone getting home, Alexa receiving a voice command for playing some playlist...)I added a Netease Music “official playlist”(it always contains 20 songs and auto-updates on a daily basis) to Sonos(Netease Music > My Music > XXX playlist > Add to Sonos Playlist) a few days ago. Everything worked perfectly until today I found the playlist not updating. There are now 20 new songs in the playlist of Netease Music App, but the 20 songs in the playlist of Sonos App(Netease Music > My Music > XXX playlist) are just the same as the the day I added the playlist. Even if I delete the playlist from both Apps and re-add the playlist, the songs in the playlist in Sonos App remain the same as before.So I guess the songs of the playlist are kind of saved somewhere?  Would really appreciate it if someone knows where Netease Music "off

I have factory-reset all 10 of my sonos speakers.  I want to start installing over as if I never had any sonos speakers.   but the app keeps saying “let’s find your missing speakers” like it still knows I had them. how do I remove all references to my speakers and start over?   It seems dumb that I’d have to “abandon” the account and sign up with a new email address. I see many emails where people ask and answers are “why do you want to do that” or “you shouldn’t have to do that” -- I don’t care - I WANT TO FULLY REMOVE THEM from my account!

Sonos won’t play 99.3 or 91.3 both Christian stations.Sonos plays other local stations.91.3 is listed and plays on tune in, however it will not play on sonos (unable etc)Brudy

Hello, I know there is multiple reports about the same kind of issue but i can’t find any solution working.I cannot play any playlist from Apple Music on my Sonos One. Even the small ones, be it in Shuffle or Normal. I always get the 1002 error code. The problem exists from any Sonos app (Android, iOS, macOS).Also i have an alarm set for morning using an Apple Music playlist. It works approximately 50% of the times. This is my first Sonos system and that + to the impossibility since MONTHES to connect to Apple Music service from Android app, this is VERY VERY disappointing!

I added the Planet Radio service a week ago.  The service has been intermittent.  When it is running it will run all day without interruption.  But much of the time it doesn’t work; I cannot browse the Planet Radio music or even reauthorize . The on-screen message is to check my network connection.  I immediately tested half a dozen other (random) services and they operate perfectly. I have tried resetting my router and restarting my speakers.  I have contacted Sonos support; they couldn’t find a fault and concluded it was a Planet Radio fault  - but as support is not UK-based they were not able to test this conclusion.  Planet Radio support has not yet responded to my request for help.Has anybody else experienced this problem?  Any thoughts on how to resolve?  Thank you.

I’m in for about $3k in Sonos hardware over the last 5 years, I have been using YouTube Music without issue for the last year and now all of sudden it’s unusable.If this is a Google issue, can a developer please show me the ticket that was opened by Sonos Engineers? Something I can reference when I try to speak with Google? Are Sonos engineers working on a workaround/fix to eliminate this issue? Has Sonos support even recognized this as an issue/bug? Is it being tracked?Sonos has to work with 3rd party servers to survive. The lack of an official response in the forum is outrageous! The finger pointing back to Google is equally outrageous. To claim it’s network issues is outrageous. I can stream Spotify, Amazon Music and Sirus XM without issue. Until recently, I could stream YouTube Music without issue.Somehow this thread is Closed & Answered yet nothing is provided. I’m asking for an official response in

I have successfully logged onto my Sonos account (here) but cannot login on the App. The app askes me to “enter the account info fo t***i@outlook.com”. I have no idea what this account means or if it is the source of my problem. The same thing happens when I try to open my account through the app on my wife’s phone.

Screen turns white, just like many users experience. On chat support I was told that it's Apple's fault and Sonos can't solve it. Is that true?You are still selling Beam stating that it works with Apple Music, that's a bold lie. 

I have Sonos controller app S1 (11.2.13) on Big Sur (11.6.1) which does not allow me to add my music library to my Sonos system (two “old” play 1s).Before I installed Big Sur (for which I completely reset my Mac), I was connecting fine.I’ve set Security and Privacy as below:When I try to set up Music, I get the notification that my library is being added, and that it will take some time, but after the wheel has stopped spinning it is not thereWhat else do I need to do?Note that my Sonos system is recognising and playing Spotify, etc

“On My Phone” not showing up under Browse. I have no idea why this has suddenly disappeared. I’m using IOS 15.1.1

I realize there is endless discussion about problems with reauthorizing apple music, but my question is simply ...why? Why is this necessary? Why does it sometimes happen multiple times in a week?  BTW I use both S1 and the later systems in different locations. I simply can’t get Apple Music connected to my Sonos system. I’ve uninstalled and reinstalled Sonos as others have suggested. I deleted Apple Music from my account to try and re-add the service. I get the same problem every time. I select “ already have account”, it opens the Apple Music landing page to connect, I select connect, and it just hangs forever. It did this when I tried to reauthorize, and now it’s doing the same to reconnect it.  super frustrating. This is my primary listening mode with Sonos. Other suggestions to fix?

I’m playing the expanded version of Achtung Baby from  Qobuz, but the cd 2&4 parts of the playlist are grayed out. Why is this?

Hello, I’ve recently updated my sonos port, probably should not have.  I can longer update my music library.  I’ve verified the files are there, shared, and accessible and can play them with a pc using winamp. I have the music stored on an external usb drive mounted on the router.  I’m very frustrated, followed the threads with similar problems with no success.  I’m hoping I can run a diagnostic report and someone can help me out! Thanks!

XM plays for a few minutes then stops with message that it is not encoded right. Worked fine a month or so ago, now it happens every day.Any solution would be appreciated

Admittedly I have a large music library but it has been larger and has updated quickly and efficiently in the past. The music file is 388gb, 42000 files but it has been larger with no problem .Over the last couple of days it has not captured all items despite removing the path and reinstalling on 2 occasions now. It has been indexing for about 3 hours as we speak. It is making me doubt whether the directory path is correct even though the app prompts me towards C drive and the Music folder which contains the files in question. Also I have had a strange prompt asking for permission to allow this app to make changes to my device whenever I request an update. This has never been asked before when I have requested an update. Has the recent update anything to do with this ? It seems very odd. The internet speed isnt the quickest but adequate and at the same response rate as usual. Not moved the PC, wireless connection, no ethernet. Had one online conversation and a remote call this morni
