Hi community,So have had a sonos system using the S1 app for approx 10 years: absolutely brilliant. However, have recently got a Move, ditched the play 5 and bridge that was preventing me using the s2 controller and it has all got difficult. Short version is I used S1 app to remove play 5 and bridge. I got a message to say bridge didn’t remove but it had disappeared from system. Move to the new app, very clunky but worked. Tried to add the move, didn’t work. Looking on forums I reckon it was due to ghost bridge. Tried again next day, all worked - delighted! However now a week further on and app now tells me move not registered. Got through the process and doesn’t work. Tried all the suggested tips, unplugging products, router, resetting app etc. App tells me I have play 1, play 3 and playbar on system. However logging in via browser I also see my old bridge. Where do I go from here?!

Is Sonos 2 App version 80.00.08 faulty? 16.05.2024Eight weeks ago, I purchased a pair of Sonos Move 2 speakers and have been using them as a stereo pair to my satisfaction. However, after updating the Sonos 2 App to version 80.00.08 on my iPhone (iOS version 17.5) today, only the left stereo speaker is functioning.I’ve tried restarting my iPhone, deleting and reinstalling the Sonos 2 App, and resetting both Move 2 speakers, but the issue persists. In the new app version, I’m unable to connect the two Move 2 speakers as a stereo pair, even though both devices are properly connected to the router and appear as individual devices in the app. Additionally, I couldn’t perform any updates on the speakers.Since the Move 2 stereo pair worked flawlessly with my iPhone prior to this Sonos 2 App update, it seems there might be an issue with the new app version. One other item they broke with the new app:  Volume control from the volume slider Things missing:Used to be if you slid the volume bar to showed a numerical volume value eg: 5, 40, 55 now its just the slider If you tapped the volume bar it also brought up the volume customize button which when pressed allowed for EQ settings to be adjusted and ALSO allowed to adjust sub volume - that is now gone and you have to dig into the app to get it  Main ‘System’ screen if you had a Roam or Move speaker it would show the % charge left on the device - you now have to go into a few deeper screens to get that info This rework is NOT good and I question what the User testing revealed - or were they just hell bent on making the platform changes? I JUST entered into the SONOS world 2 months ago and went all in: Arc+ Sub2 Era 100sRoam Irritated at the changes to say the least 

Hi. I am having trouble connecting my Era 100 to my WiFi & mobile

Changed Internet provider to fibre optic and now having alot of trouble with sonos. Router is giving out 6ghz, or atleast 5.2 ghz, so after some research it looks like my sonos play 5 is not going to be able to connect via WiFi as it only connects to 2.4 ghz (if I've done my research properly). Is there a way to change my router to 2.4ghz so I can use my sonos again? I'm using an ethernet cable but obviously not ideal unplugging from the PC.

Since I updated my iPhone to the latest app I can no long see my system or any of my devices. I have tried rebooting all of the devices but this makes no difference. Luckily I have not updated the app on my ipad so I can still use this to get by.Can someone please help me fix the issue I have with the app on my iPhone.

The Last.fm service is completely missing from the new Sonos app and it doesn't seem that it is possible to update it. When checking the service status site it also appears that Last.fm is missing from it. Does this mean that this is the end of Last.fm on Sonos?

I’ve recently done an update..in the about your system section the playbar,both play 1’s and sub are showing but the signal boost isn’t?..it used to show before..any suggestions?..

I’ve eventually got my old phone to install the app (iPhone 14 won't) but when I link my speakers in different rooms there is a lag, sometimes I get I can not connect.  I have even had speakers playing but as they are not showing in the app as connected I cannot control volume by app.  And trying to change music and pick a different playlist seems a lottery.  Even replaying a song seems to cause the system to go into melt down and speakers disconnect.  Anyone else experiencing these issues?

New App will not browse to my library folders and play or que up the contents of a folder. Since the new app, it will only que ONE SONG at a time?! Please help. 

1. I am trying to make the alarm sound simultaneously on all devices, but it doesn't work. I select the 'grouped rooms' option, but the selection is never saved.2. I enter the My Turner radio service, select a station, try to save it to my favorites, but it is never saved3. I try to start a radio station by selecting it from the recents, but it gives an error. However, if I start it by entering the specific radio service, it works. Worst app update ever!!!

The desktop controller literally cut off the music I was playing to force an update. Update hangs on “getting started” for 20 minutes.Now I can’t listen to anything.#firepatrickspence

Since New application release had bien déployés on my android, - my music library has disappeared. Or playlist management IS out or order - i can't édit home page- On PC, old version is still ok. Support is unavailable since a week.I would like to know when these issues will be fox ? I cant add new Sonos Move 2. I understand that it is due to the new app version. So I found and installed the older one. But when I started to install - it is asking me to install the new update. And I cant switch it off. Can you help? … Android. 

Using Deezer, how do I get “Top Songs” of a specific band to play song after song, move down the list?

How can I get the old App back. Upgraded to new app and now my speakers won't work at either system.  Today will be my 4th call to support in a week.  

Please, escalate this to the company. Since las app updtae the sync is the worst ever. Spotify hardly is able to reproduce any song at all. I got 5 of the older sonos speakers.

Since the new app installation when I open Sonos on my android phone it takes about 2 mins to start. Then it often tells me a software update is required, so I click on get updates but it can't find updates etc etc.  My partner also has an android phone which is not getting this issue. Anybody got a clue?

My Sonos system was connected to my tv when I updated the new Sonos app.  Now I cannot clear it from tv to audio, so only have access to Sonos Radio offerings, with my saved audio library unavailable!.  Before It automatically changed from tv to audio after about 10 minutes, or I could force the change.

I have tried to chat; tried to call and attempted to scream out the window. The new SONOS controller app update has ruined my listening pleasure. It took years to fine tune, a lot of money, and once the system was to my liking, there was no reliable way to control it.  You would think a FREE component would work. Anyone else???
