as a custom installer having multiple systems installed in various locations-forcing me and my clients into updating to the new app, which has so many flaws by the way, is rediculous!

amongst many other issues..where is the downgrade to S1 app? not there! as im now forced to use legacy products to older ios products.

also not auto linking to multiple systems!

also ability to link to NAS drives (music library) for systems unable to reach thr internet!

ive already had so many client call me as they now cannot reach their sonos systems! what a mess!

in addition to this having spent many hours waiting on tech support to answer -just cant get through. im assuming there are significant problems with sonos elsewhere.

I have the same problem.  I must manually “reconnect” to my office system and my home systems and it is a pain.  Not user friendly at all!
