after app update unable to group speakers

After update my speakers show up . Can group my 2 play:1 . Sonos 1 is there and shown but when I try to add it to the others or group it it won’t play and says function not available try again later .

I can play it by itself but not with others . This is silly this is the unit we take to our patio
