How to play downloaded music with no shuffle limit? I have a monster playlist that is truncated to the same tiny set of songs and I have a party coming up!

I tried to add a SL100 to my system but somewhere along the way it went wrong now every time I try to use the App it says I need to run and update.  I click update and it either says“your system is up to date” and then goes back to the need to update screen or tells me the 100 needs to update after which it goes to an error 1000 The app is completely non functional - no reboots or anything are working - anyone got any ideas?

Helo. Sonos radio won’t work without being reauthorized. Pressing ‘Authorise’ brings up ‘Your Sonos Radio account access has expired’. Pressing ‘Reauthorize’ brings up ‘Authorize’ which tells me ‘Your Sonos Radio account access has expired’. And repeat….I am running latest firmware on all speakers (7 in total) I have power cycled all of them as recommended on here The new Sonos app does not allow ‘Sonos Radio’ to be removed I have rebooted iPhone & uninstalled & reinstall the Sonos appHas anyone found a way to break this cycle without just listing all their Sonos speakers on eBay?Thanks 

I have a system which covers six rooms.  It includes two Play 5 stereo pairs, an Era 100 pair, and three Sonos Ones.  I prefer to have them as a single group.  I do not know whether this is related to the new app disaster, but I cannot maintain the group. SiriusXM will be playing fine everywhere and then it is only in one room and there is no group.  Sometimes the group only partially fragments.  I do find it difficult to define the group using IOS or Android app.  Defining the group using the app on my Mac OS/X usually works.  I do have Alexa, but never have used it to issue commands to Sonos..

On the iOS Sonos1 app when I connect to Apple Music I can’t see the titles of playlists from online playlists by myself or even Apple. This is both on the playlists screen and the details screen.  I am attaching screenshots  

with the new app, I can no longer access any of my music now can I associate my computer to the app - when it does work, I like the sound - but I am about ready to dump this very expensive product (move) and go back to bose...anyone else having same issue?

This happened after the May update. I deleted and uploaded the Tidal app to Sonos again, but it’s still not there. it’s funny that it is available on the Tidal standalone app though.

Since the new controller was introduced I have constant issue with access to Amazon music. Either says something went wrong and try again or selection of music is unavailable fed up with a pathetic service 

I’m trying to pair 2 Play:1s as a stereo pair. When it click on “Set up stereo pair” I then get a pop-up that says “ before we begin. We need to restart your products.” I then click “Restart products” getting another pop-up that says “ please close the Sonos app and wait a few minutes while your products restart, and try again.” No amount of closing the app, waiting, & trying again seems to work. It’s like I’m stuck in a do-loop. I’ve restarted my network to include cable modem, WiFi, firewall, & speakers…all without success.Any ideas?

On Sonos app for Android I cannot save a newly created playlist.Also in searching the music library the alphabetical list i.e. A… B… C now longer appears which makes it harder to browse a quite large library (30K+ tracks)  

Ever since the new Sonos App (yeah, I know, the new app..) went on my Samsung phone, the phone is regularly complaining about the “Bluetooth Scan History” of the app with too frequent bluetooth scans and of course my phone is seeing Sonos as a higher than earlier user of power (3.8%).  I haven’t seen any other postings about this. Anyone else experiencing this or suggestions on how to minimize it?

After successfully adding a new speaker to an existing system, I can select it in the group volume and select Apply. However, no sound plays through the new speaker and the app displays “Unable to connect. Try again later.” Music plays on the other speakers fine. Pressing the speaker volume buttons does change the app volume slider, so the speaker is recognized.Configuration. Today’s iOS app download. New speaker is Roam2.This is reproduced from a second iPhone. This also happened on another system and network last week.

After the Infamous Sonos Update, I lost the majority of the “Favorite” stations on the app. However back on the Desktop they’re all still there and I can start them up just fine.Once playing of course it shows on the IOS app, however I’m unable to mark the station as a Favorite. Also once the station is done playing, like I change stations, the station does not appear on the IOS in the “Recently Played” list.So what’s going on here?And apropos - some of those stations were created by manuallly entering a URL. I don’t see how to do that on the updated App, but I can still add stations via URL on the Desktop App, but again -- they don’t show up on the App.To the point: Is there a way to get those Sonos Favorite stations to appear on the app again? 

Our sonos system has been totally changed for some unknown reason and our favourite local radio station is no longer there. CJDL 107.3 Tillsonburg Ontario. What is going on and why is this station been  deleted. 

Following Sonos’ system “upgrade” my Apple Music Library was no longer accessible by Sonos. Calling Sonos Support meant waiting an hour to talk to someone. One email from Sonos mentioned that old sharing protocols were no longer supported but that SMBv2 was supported. How do I modify/change my Apple Music Library to SMBv2??

Will sonos be sorting the app out? Can't play anything totally unusable!!! Might as well not have a system!!!

Where are the volumes buttons in this new SONOS app version? they were replaced by the mute button.It was very easy to adjust the volume to a specific level now it is very difficult to have it adjusted only with the slider. Can the previous version of the iOS app be  released again? Thx.

Within the last week (assuming since updating to 80.02.04) I’m unable to group other Rooms to my Era 300 line-source.  This behavior exists on both 300’s I have.  When trying to physically group, or add from the app, the music from the input speaker drops and the other speaker tries to connect and eventually fails.  The app displays ‘Unable to connect.  try again later’ error.  The music returns to the input speaker when the failure occurs.  I have tried increasing audio delay and this behavior works on both WiFi and Ethernet connected speakers.  I’ve confirmed this is not due to a loss of WAN (which shouldn’t affect this kind of playback, but seems like it will with new architecture) and all speaker connectivity is approximately -50 dBm or connected via Ethernet. This is new—frustrating—behavior with no change in my network settings/configs.  Anybody seeing similar connectivity, or lack thereof?   

Loyal Sonos customer of more than 5 years, I am considering selling all my Sonos products (5+) and switching. System has become incredibly unreliable, different products missing at different times, frequently the whole Sonos network is not available. No customer support available. Chats terminated or just held on a que for long times.  

Wearily opened my desk-based Sonos on Friday 14th JUne to find an update waiting. Feature 1 - compulsory to approve new set of T&C, which now include a load of new references to Sonos being able to switch what they like with any impact whatsoever on my existing system and I have no redress (sure, but I still have ordinary consumer rights, doh); new Feature 2 - nothing, as far as I can see. Still no search on local library, still unable to add new music to the library without an Error 913, still a load of bugs in the mobile controller (can’t switch between rooms, no current song title showing, random availability of volume control, library appears and reappears etc etc).Example - I tried to add a CD in itunes and then update the library. No new album/composer/artists appear, but the songs are there if you look for them (ny hand, no search of course). Half a dozen tries at this before making a new Itunes playlist from the CD, updating again (ten minutes) and voila, the playlist appea

I have a Sonos beam, about 5 years old and I just changed ISP so I need to update the WiFi details for Alexa to work - however working through this process on the Sonos app it keeps failing for an unknown reason - I try a factory reset (as advised by help files) and am told I need to download an update - however the update keeps stalling.....25% downloads in about 30 seconds but then it slows down to the point where it no longer seems to be downloading - last night I re- started the process about 9pm and then left it overnight and I came down in the morning only to see it still stuck where it was when I went to bed - about 75% - surely something is wrong here? I have 500mb fibre broadband which seems to be working well, and nothing else was streaming or downloading last night - please help as I am stuck and don't know how to get past this?

When I select Spotify from “your services” , then scroll to bottom and select “albums” ; it says “something went wrong”.However, if I select spotify  “play lists” or “songs”, they are displayed, and they do play as normal.My Spotify library is also shown as a “pinned collection” on the home screen and playlists, songs and albums selected here behave in the same manner as above.All other Sonos  and Spotify functions appear to operate as normal. Sonos S2 version 80.02.07 on Samsung Galaxy S24. Android version 14.

It keeps telling me to sign out and sign back in as the owner. I do that and it just keeps repeating like a loop.

Why Sonos remains silent in the face of this crisis ???  Sonos should hire a public relations firm to help manage this crisis and this monumental mistake made by Sonos with this new retrograde application. SONOS SHOULD GIVE ITS CUSTOMERS THE OPTION TO RETURN TO THE PREVIOUS APPLICATION RATHER THAN TAKE THEM HOSTAGE.
