Cannot get Sonos to recognize Sirius Canada, or always get a failed to load-try again later. Previous solutions suggested change password-done that and updated apps. What’s required?

Hi @KiwiBroad

Welcome to the Sonos Community! And, apologies for the delay.

Sorry to hear of the issue you are having with Sirius XM. Please remove the service from Sonos and add it once more:

Remove a music service account from Sonos

Add a music service to Sonos

If that does not fix the issue, I recommend you get in touch with our technical support team who have tools at their disposal that will allow them to give you advice specific to your Sonos system and what it reports.

I hope this helps.

Thanks. That didn’t help. I was finally able to get it to work by registering on Sirius (US) then was able to connect to Canada. I’d say this is a Sirius issue.
