So...I seem to be able to connect the Move to any device (iphone, etc.). And I can connect the Peloton to any speaker (headphone, etc.). And I can pair the Move with the Peloton. But, when I start a ride/stretch it says no device is connected. Anyone else have this issue? Is there a solution?

My play 5 has suddenly stopped working through WiFi. It works when Ethernet cable is connected, but won’t pick up via WiFi. diagnostic submitted 1850325079
Just bought a new boost for my system and need to connect it to my router via a netgear Ethernet switch - any issues with my plan? The boost will be the only sonos product hard wired; everything else will be sonosnet. Thanks for the help
Mixcloud doesn’t connect. Sometimes it does, sometimes it don’t. I have 5 sonos items. At this moment it plays on 2, the other 3 I can’t get started. When i switch to radio or spotify, everything works ? This has been going on for months now, i have never had this trouble before in the past 5 years.
Hi, I recently did an update on my Sonos Move and upgraded to the new app. Since then the battery life on my Move has been extremely poor. For example, I fully charged the Move on Saturday afternoon and within 3-4 hours it was flat. I was streaming Spotify over Wi-Fi and at about 65% volume. This happened twice on Saturday. I had put back on the base fully charged and went flat again in a similar time frame. Today I turned on and looked at the battery, it was at 53%, this lasted just over an hour and a half and went flat, the app stated that there was still 28% left. Not sure what has changed but the battery life is extremely poor all of a sudden and is nowhere near the purported 10hrs. Unit is 7 months old. Curious if anybody else has experienced this?
Hi all - have been using sonos on my samsung galaxy phone for a few months and had an issue linking to apple music inside the sonos app. It originally asked me to reauthorise apple music - then now just goes to a blank screen and does not progress. I click “Add a service” then “Add to sonos” then “Im already a member” then a red circle spins for a couple of seconds on a blank screen then that screen stays blank. Can anyone please help. Much appreciated.
I use to love SONOS but since the big “upgrade” push the stability of the system has been awful. Now my very expensive Move speaker won’t play. It dropped off yesterday and I took about 10 attempts to reconnect it. Managed that and the app won’t play it even though it now recognises it. As someone else said, very expensive paperweight. Come on SONOS, you use to be really good!
Hi guys, Weird issue: I’ve my LG C9 TV set to passthrough/eARC, and Dolby Atmos works just fine. However, when I play non-Atmos content (5.1) I can hear no dialog track from the movie, and the Sonos App shows Stereo 2.0 as played content. Turning off eARC or changing from passthrough to Auto or PCM makes 5.1 content hearable, but only at Stereo 2.0 and not 5.1 This is only affected by content from Apple TV. Native TV apps are playing correct sound formats via ArcAny help would be most appreciated.
I have 4 Sonos ones and a play 3. The last of the Sonos ones I purchased recently was very difficult to connect to my system, ( I had to use Ethernet cable to speaker). Over the last few days this latest speaker keeps disappearing off the controller app. I have to unplug it and plug it back in again for it to reappear in my system. Even though it is not visible in the app, it is still playing the music that was last selected. What can I do next.
Hi, I have daily issues with my sonos speakers (2 x Play 1) connecting to online services, i.e. Deezer, Spotify etc. Every day the app comes up with 1002 error loading tracks... Happens on 3 phones we have that control the speakers. Our internet is fine, and speakers connect fine to the internet. Sometimes it takes hours to get them to work, and sometimes we give up, we turn everything off and on again (speakers, internet, phones with app etc.) and nothing seems to improve it. I try to submit support diagnostics and tries. The wheel spins for about 30 seconds then comes up with ".....could not be sent....". I have updated to the new S2 controller and is says Sonos found on this network - update your system, I select update and put in user/pass, circle spins for about 10 seconds then goes back to the same screen and doesn't update at all. I have reset the app etc. etc., nothing changes. Really starting to get annoyed with them as they basically cannot be used at all. This is also not a
Hi whenever I try to shuffle my personal music library on Google Play Music the app displays the ‘busy’ spinning circle on the screen for approximately 10 or 15 seconds and then it times out with the error code 1002 (and occasionally 1001). I believe this is because I have over 10,000 songs in my collection on Google Play music. If you’re unfamiliar with GPM it allows you to upload your entire personal music collection to the cloud for free and play them any time you want from any device, so over the years I have amassed quite a big music library via this service. I suspect the problem is one of either two things or both. There may be a limit to the number of songs that can be added to the Sonos app playlist at any one time or/and the Sonos App will wait for a response for Google Music (and maybe other similar services) for only a given period of time and if it doesn’t receive a timely response, it will error out either with error 1002, or error 1001 and will assume there has been a ne
My S1 Product drops the sound every now and thenwhen i group them together with play1 and playbar its the same, S1 drops sound, not S2 they play all the time.Annoying Why?
I have CenturyLink provided router and internet service. I have a NetGear router in a different area of my house that is wired to the CenturyLink router. I am using the NetGear as a wifi extender and have a few devices wired into the NetGear. I wired the Boost into the NetGear because that physical location is helping the Sonos system work with a Connect that was too far from the CenturyLink router and had previously been consistently cutting out. With the Boost in this location, all my Sonos devices are working well, no connectivity issues. The issue I am having is that the Sonos app will only work if my smart device is connected to the NetGear 2.4 or 5.0 wifi option. If my smart device connects to the CenturyLink 2.4 or 5.0 wifi option, the Sonos app won’t see my system. Will I always have this issue whether my Boost is wired to the NetGear router or the CenturyLink router? If I connected the boost to the CenturyLink router, then anytime my smart device automatically connect
Hi!Lately, I have been having an increasing amount of connection issues with Mixcloud. The error message I get most frequently is:> Unable to play ‘...' - unable to connect to Mixcloud. It just goes through the queue and skips everything that is from Mixcloud. Or it may start for a brief moment to be unexpectedly interrupted.I have submitted a diagnostic under the number `1543128233`.I get it with both a Sonos One SL and a Beam. Spotify plays fine.
I set up playbase, sub and two play:1 - all was good. Then the playbase stopped working. I did everything I could including factory reset. It only works with an Ethernet cable and won’t work over WiFi. That would be ok except the two surround sound speakers cut out every second and is totally unusable. Support Diagnostics number 2133572758
I buy i sub and it work very good , 1 day ago i dont see the light in the sub and it not work ( it already plug in )
All the sudden no sound I have 2 play bars attached are two separate TVs. One in the basement and one upstairs. Last night all of the sudden no sound would come out of The upstairs television/play bar. I then went to the basement to check my other set up and the same thing is happening. The upstairs television/play bar. I then went to the basement to check my other set up and the same thing is happening. I checked my Wi-Fi and everything is good with it. Any ideas?
Good morning, I have been having loads of problems with my Sonos One’s losing connectivity. I have done everything I can think of and also taken advice here. Today I removed (older), Play One’s from my surround system (paired with a Beam), and installed the One’s in my TV room. They will make a stereo pair but I cannot create a surround. I get an error message on the App saying they are not compatible products. The One’s are 18 months old with latest software. The Play One’s are older. WTF is happening to my system? It has been brilliant for 16 months and a nightmare for 2 months. Advice please. TIA.
HAVE NOISE/HUM from SONOS. I switched to a McIntosh C39 pre amp and now I get a hum whenever I switch the input to SONOS. All components are plugged into an APC Power Conditioner with battery backup, so it's not likely dirty power or ground loop. I've tried swapping cables, tried running through different inputs, updated SONOS software/app. The noise is a low hum that sounds like digital interference. It's constant when Sonos selected whether playing music or no music playing. ANY IDEAS HOW TO FIX?
Hi Bit of an odd one:My iPhone’s Sonos app can’t see my speakers. But they still work fine with the app on my wife’s iphone as well as an Amazo Echo Dot. I tried deleting and reinstalling the app on my phone but it now says it can’t detect a Sonos system. Tried turning Wi-fi on and off and restarting the pho e too. it did this once before and took a couple of days to resolve after which it worked fine for a while. But it’s very frustrating! Both times with the new gold app.
Same question as found in a post over 1 year ago, yet no replies and over 143 views. Can anyone provide an answer? (hello, Sonos support?). I’ve searched forums and have not found similar issues, questions, etc.In the Sonos app (Mac desktop), under 'Group Rooms' and 'Select rooms to group', what is the difference between a groups box that has a white checkmark with a blue fill background and a black checkmark with a white fill background? Upon initial selection, all boxes have white checkmark on blue box. At some point, the boxes on select groups (typically the same groups of speakers) will change to black checkmarks in white boxes. Frequently, but not always, the speakers in the group with the black checkmark in white boxes will no longer play.
I have a Sonos 5 first generation and all of a sudden it went dead. The white light does not turn on. I tried some of the tips from the internet but nothing happens. Does anyone knows how or where to fix this in Europe?
My Sonos has taken to dropping off the system - the useless support page tells me to connect through Ethernet (which is awkward) so I do that, and it recognises the speaker until I stop using Sonos. Next time I open Sonos, the speaker has gone again. Wifi is strong, Playbar and Connect are working. What’s going on?!Also what has happened to Sonos support - used to be able to email them - now it’s just Monday to Friday - not very tech support..
I’ve setup the alarm and it seems to work - music starts playing in the correct room at the correct time. I get the alert notification on my iPhone that should allow me to snooze. However, I just get a “Can’t connect to product” error when I try to use snooze. Any ideas? Is this a known bug? thanks!
