I’m using a Vava projector with a PS4 and Beam. I have an Arc on the way and just got the HDFury Arcana. I have the PS 4 connected to the HDMI in on the Arcana. I have the projector connected to the HDMI out on the Arcana and the Beam is connected to the earc out on the Arcana. I have no audio. Will the Beam not work with this or is there something Im missing?

Were you receiving a video signal? Have you heard back from their support? I have the ARC and I cannot seem to get a stable video signal from certain sources
Yes they got back to me. It doesn’t work with Beam, which is what I was using. I was getting a video signal but no audio.
Makes sense. The Beam is only capable of receiving an ARC signal, the Arcana is an eARC device.
