Mi altavoz sono one gen 2 no volvio a encender he seguido todos los pasos q me han indicado y nada han servido
After months of misery with this god awful app and failing cloud service, I'm saying goodbye to my Sonos system. A minimum a speaker should be able to do is play music from your supported music service. If you can't even do that properly anymore then there's no point sticking around. I ordered a set of Audio Pro instead. Goodbye Sonos. You will not be missed
i have a gen 3 sub that I’m connecting through the app on my iPhone (14 pro max) and it goes through all the setup steps to join my group just fine and works but it will not stay connected. it disconnects from the app and the network within minutes of working. I’ll reset the sub and redo the setup again only to end up in the same situation. Any recommendations?
My entire system could not be found by any of the apps (tried android, desktop). So I started a new system and so far only connected the beam back after a factory reset. If I start the desk top app (mac) it says “searching for your sonos system” on startup and then offers to connect. Every time. So it completely forgets that it was connected. It will also sometimes just popup a window saying that it needs to update the system, which then takes 2 minutes before it declares that the system is up to date.If I start on android or iOS it says it cannot find the system and then after 30 seconds it finds the system. But if I try to play a song on spotify it then fails. Skips to the next song. If I play from spotify, it sometimes plays a few seconds. It will also say often “connection to spotify was lost”Needless to say, my network works fine, spotify runs fine on my laptop and mobile devices. I have restarted everything and like I said did a factory reset.
Hi. I set up two Sonos Era 300 in stereo mode. The sound is very strange, the bass sometimes appears, sometimes disappears. The sound is not pleasing. The sound itself is sometimes louder, sometimes quieter. Did they mess up the firmware again? Even Sonos Beam 2 gives more bass.
Hi everyone, I bought a house with a Sonos soundbar (arc), TV (Samsung), and an amp (Sonos)wired to 2 Klipsh speakers in the ceiling. The seller left in a rush and gave no information about the system. The arc works OK, but the amp won’t get recognized by my router for some reason so no sound is coming out of the ceiling speakers. Any tips?
My IKEA desktop symfonisk will not pair with my Sonos app.
Can I connect two components (a record player and a CD player) each with their own RC cables to one 3.5mm adapter? The 3.5mm adapter would have two pairs of RC ports on one side and one 3.5 out on the other side. Does such an adapter exist? I have the Pro-Ject T1 Phono SB Turntable that I can connect to a pair of Era 300 speakers set up as a stereo pair using the 3.5mm Line-in port and their adapter and it works. I have a vintage Magnavox CDB 473 CD player that I can also connect to the same Era 300 speaker in the same way and it works. I want to leave them both connected to the same speaker so I can play from either one without disconnecting one and connecting the other. What do I need to do that?

I currently use one Sonos ERA 100 to play CDS from my HIFI CD player through the Line In adaptor. My question is….can I use two Era 100’s, one from CD player left channel and one from the right channel that will give me a truer stereo effect ?I’m unsure about the ‘’pairing’’ effect ?Thanks all.
Hi,i think i know the answer but.. i have a stereo pair of era300 and i enjoy them a lot in my bedroom. Depending on where i sleep, i’d like to adjust stereo left/right but there is nothing in the app. For my five i have a stereo left/right adjustment (single speaker) i suppose no chance to have it for era 300?

“I have three Sonos One speakers, one Sonos Play:5, a Sonos Move, and a Sonos Arc SL. All of my speakers, except the Sonos Move, have been disconnected from my app. Since then, I’ve reset them to their initial setup, but I still can’t reconnect them. I need help… I’m getting really frustrated with Sonos.” I have a mac environment,
I have two Sonos one sl speakers that both stopped working in December. Any idea how to make these work? tried the hard reset but no luck with that.
Unfortunately the sound has gone bad as many other users already reported. Suddenly lower volume, excess of bass and bad sound. Trueplay detect noise which is generated from play5 itself.Any useful solution/answer from sonos customer service?
I have 2 play 5 gen 1 speakers which I’ve had for 10 years. They occasionally would stop playing music but in the last year have become really bad with one of them frequently stopping playing all together. Any advice on how to improve this? Our internet is fine and they are close to the router. Is a factory reset and reset of system worth a try. I don’t really want to replace them
Hi guys, recently bought an Era 100 + Project T1 turntable to listen to my vinyls. The Era 100 works brillantly with the T1 but I do not seem to get behind how I can connect my other SONOS speakers (Play:1 and Beam) to it. I fear I am missing something essential here …Thank you for any help in advance. Felix
Hi All,I’m having an issue when connecting to my Era 300 via Airplay from Apple Music. The first time I try and connect it hands for around a minute and then I get an ‘unable to connect’ message. I think try again, and it connects instantly. Anybody else having this issue and know how to resolve? It’s really annoying! Thanks in advance.
some of my speakers are showing that they are connected via the app and that there should be sound but I need to manually power the speak before sound can be heard
When playing Dolby Atmos Spatial Audio through a pair of Era 300’s, how are the individual Atmos channels distributed across the combination drivers in the speaker pair? I’ve tried to locate information on this topic on Reddit, YouTube, etc, but could not find any specific details. Any information that can be provided would be greatly appreciated.
My Apple phone connects to my Sonos 5, but there’s no audio. Daughter’s phone does connect and plays audio. I’ve done a reset and volume settings appear fine. Any thoughts are much appreciated.
Alright everyone, here’s the deal. I have had a couple of Sonos roams for the last couple years. Two weeks ago I purchased a Sonos arc and a Sonos roam 2. Used the HDMI Arc cable and connected it to the Tv and at first everything worked as intended in the app. I was able to have tv audio play out of both the sound bar and whichever roam speaker I had selected. Two days ago for whatever reason the Television audio specifically will not play out of any of the roams. It will play out of the soundbar and I can control it via app but when I try to get the tv audio to play out of the roams it will not work. Music audio works completely fine via the Sonos app. I have tried: resetting my phone uninstalling and reinstalling the app logging in and out of the app resetting the system hard resetting my phone changing the audio type out of the television to PCM / auto / pass through resetting the WiFi network reconnecting the speakers to wifichecking both television for updates as well as sonos s
Hi,I recently moved and in the move I could no longer use the preinstalled network. Here, I now have a 5g router (as fiber is being installed in a few weeks), this router is an ZTE and it supports dualband and some setups. On top of that, I also have Google Wifi that can be used.I think I’ve tried everything now, and I can’t get anything working with sonos. All other things in my IoT infra works just fine, but Sonos is… so far 3-4 hours down the drain. I’ve done a factory restore of all sonos devices. Arc, One SL (x2) and sub. I see all of these listed as “ready to be installed”. When trying to connect to a wifi, it instantly says it could not connect. Both the built in ZTE router wifi, and google wifi (Which is frech from factory reset aswell). When trying to connect by cable, the sonos device will appear in my phone as normal, but it can’t connect to it at all. So I cannot even select for it to use a wired setup. Ie, It never plays the pin-code sound or such.On that note, my devices
Right, bit late to catch on but the app is a drag, right? I worked hard to pay for my delightful Sonos 5 some years ago but then past few months, I’ve been tearing my head out with intermittent connectivity and now volume control and I just gave up thinking it was me. Finally! I find some time to do some research and bam! I discover a sonos storm. When is my sound life going to resume to normal? I’m practically a luddite but I do like my sound.
