Hello @DC66tif, welcome to the Sonos Community!
I am sorry to hear you are having trouble connecting your Sonos System to your home network.
If the Sonos App is unable to find your Sonos System, that means that your Sonos speakers are unable to connect to your home network, most likely because they are missing the information needed.
What is the current status of the LED light on your Sonos One’s? What is your network equipment and does it meet the Sonos system requirements?
I can see at this moment that your Sonos System does not have a cloud connection / network connection.
What you could do is, temporarily, wire one of the Sonos One’s (Gen 2) directly to your router with an Ethernet cable.
That will create a new private network called Sonos Net for your Sonos system to connect and you should be able to see both speakers in the Sonos App.
Afterwards, tap on the Sonos App: Settings → Network → Manage Networks → Update Networks and add your Wi-Fi network to your Sonos System.
After completing this step, you can remove the Ethernet cable and your Sonos System should automatically connect to your Home Wi-Fi.
