era 100 speakers

I have a new setup with Arc Ultra, sub4, and 2 era 100 speakers. Everything seems to be working properly except the volume from the speakers does not adjust with the tv volume. If I mute the tv the speakers continue to play. Any suggestions?

No worries. All should be explained in the FAQ.

That suggests the two Era 100 speakers are set up as a separate ‘room’ in the Sonos system, and not bonded as surround speakers to the Arc Ultra. They’d only respond to the volume on the TV if bonded, not if grouped.

Sorry to be a dunce but how do I do that? I’m 74 and a little tech challenged.
