I have a new setup with Arc Ultra, sub4, and 2 era 100 speakers. Everything seems to be working properly except the volume from the speakers does not adjust with the tv volume. If I mute the tv the speakers continue to play. Any suggestions?

That suggests the two Era 100 speakers are set up as a separate ‘room’ in the Sonos system, and not bonded as surround speakers to the Arc Ultra. They’d only respond to the volume on the TV if bonded, not if grouped.
