Hi, my internet connection wasn’t reaching my extension so I bought the eero mesh system which works well…..apart from my sonos wont connect to my new eeros set up, it auto connects to my sky router and I’ve tried rebooting etc and doesn’t let me change.I spoke to sonos and they advised I need sky to ‘delete’ their WiFi in my house so I only have the eero system for sonos to connect to wirelessly but sky have said that’s not possible.I LOVE LOVE LOVE my sonos system so don’t want to change it but the fact I can only use it when I am close enough to my sky router to get signal is driving me madPlease help….I am not very tech savvy so might need things in simple terms🙏🏼 😊 

We've not used the sonos one for a long time but I can't set it up either wirelessly or wired to the router. 

Sonos was working fine up until last night when we had a power spike/outage. My bedroom Sonos Play1 was playing last night when I heard a lot of clicking spike noise coming from my massage chair until I realized it was a power outage. We lost power for about an hour. I had to go back to sleep as I had to get up early the next morning (today) for work. While at work my wife messaged me that there was another power outage this afternoon that last for several hours. Power was restored when I got home 30 minutes ago. I went to play my music on the Sonos Play1 when there was no music coming from the pair of Sonos. I have several other Sonos products throughout the house and none when connecting to the wifi. I made sure I was on my wifi network. Still nothing. My Sonos Move was the only one showing a connection, but then it disappeared. So nothing is working at the moment. In setting it’s showing 0 on in Sonos System Info. My Move shows no connection. Any ideas? Do I need to unplug each S

Hello,We have bought 3 sonos devices for the office. These devices are all linked to one account but only 1 is visible and usable on Spotify. We can see 1 other in the sonos app, but this won't work since we will all be using the same Spotify account. We are all on the same wifi and at my home systems, it works perfectly well. Is there some setting we are not seeing? Thank is advanced

my play 3 for some reason will not connect to my wireless internet it was working a few days ago now it wont work tried all what it tells you to do now it cant fine my sonos

Been trying to connect the sonos system for months now… One more try before I beat the crap out of every sonos POS speaker with a bat on tik tok!!   I have unplugged, replugged try to connect (eero in legacy mode) nothing, not one speaker, the bridge not a thing is found.  The buttons you show dont match anything and then you go into a loop of nothing but BS!!  Spent hundreds on your products and now they are just paper weights

I have Sonos SL One in 3 rooms. I don’t keep them switched on. When i want to use one, say in the kitchen, it doesn’t always connect. I run through the prompts, disconnect the router and sometimes the product works and sometimes it doesn’t. i have a good internet connection. Rather frustrating as generally happy with Sonos. Any tips?

not sure if I’m posting in the right section ……Please help. I have a R7350 Nighthawk system with download speed 411.12 Mbps & upload 22.13 Mbps. I have (2) Sonos one SL. The problem is after playing for an hour the music stops. The light on the top of the speaker is white. I have made about 10 calls when submitting diagnostic code. At first I was told to contact my network provider . Changed channel setting still no difference. All speakers show on my network & are on 2.4 GHZ. speakers are about 15-20 feet from router open floor plan. Not to sure what to do at this point. Any assistance would be appreciated. Extremely frustrating when you call and it like they are reading off the same que card. The latest was told to delete everything and reinstall ...yup same result….Please help!!

Hi,I bought a pair of Play 3’s six years ago to replace stereo system and use them for music via my laptop. I want to boost these and add more bass to the system.My question is simply this, will a Sonos Sub mini pair ok with the 3’s via the S2 app I use on my laptop?Many thanks in advance, Dave 

Regardless of media being played, my sound is missing the right or left side. Some songs fine, but those at utilizes both do not sound in full. 

Hi, I’ve had the Sonos Five & Sonos Roam for a few months now. Almost every night I attempt to listen to music with my partner while hanging out/making dinner and it feels like every night I experience a different issue and it turns into a 30 mins-45 minute ordeal just to get music working.  In no particular order or frequency it is one of the following:Sonos Five disppears from Sonos app Sonos Roam disappears from Sonos app Sonos Roam appears to be ‘Powered Off’ when it is in fact powered on Sonos Roam appears to be in ‘Sleep Mode’ Sonos Five & Sonos Roam both appear in the app, but I cannot connect to them through Spotify Both Sonos Roam & Sonos Five appear in the app, and I can stream music to one or the other, but not both at the same timeIt’s a nightmare every time I want to try to listen to music. I’ve tried ALL the basic troubleshooting steps:Powered Off &

Four Sonos Ones, two Sonos Threes. One Connect and One Boost. The Three are a pair. One of the Threes is hardwired into the router, as is the Boost. The other Three and the Connect are eight feet from the router, unobstructed line of sight.1300 square foot, single-level apartment. So I have my speakers in the lounge grouped together, however I wish to play music through only one. Is this possible to do without ungrouping them please?

I have Sonos Arc, Sub, and 2x One SL speakers, connected to my TV and via WiFi. I also have an integrated amp that is connected to Connect via RCAs, and Boost for internet connection. The amp also drives 2 M&L electrostatic speakers. Can I integrate the latter with the Sonos sound output?

I have a Yamaha receiver with 2 zones. 1 zone is equipped with 7.1 speakers in home theater setup and zone 2 is 2 speakers only.  what is the best way to bring streaming music to these 2 zones?   can i just put a Sonos Amp and isolate it to bring streaming music?

Hi,I recently bought a Beam Gen 2 and Sub Mini. Then added 2 x Sonos One SLs as surrounds a couple weeks later. I mainly use this setup to game on a PS5 and for this everything works fine and it's been brilliant. However, for movies and TV (that support 5.1 audio) there is no sound coming from the One SLs, only a quiet static noise. I've tried content from Freeview, Netflix, Prime, Disney+ and nothing makes use of the One SLs.I've checked that the Sonos app shows it's in 5.1 mode when watching content and I've attached photos from the app with my system's info. I am using an LG C9 OLED TV, which is set to HDMI ARC with eArc on (and bitstream format for HDMI in when using the PS5).Weirdly, if I try the same streaming services through the PS5 I also get the same problem but as mentioned, games make full use of the One SLs.I understand the Beam Gen 2 can support 5 channels of audio by itself and my suspicion is this is getting prior

Quick question To start, I am not overly technical. I’ve never had problems with the Sonos products or app or speakers in 10 years! BUT Since upgrading to the Australian NBN high speed internet I am experiencing constant drop outs / lag  in sound and control on a iPhone 13, along with the speakers all the time. Reinstalling the app works 90% of the time, but I have to do it a couple of times a week. • I have 260 mbps average wifi speed• I like to play 8 grouped speakers at once (usually)• Have tried wired and WiFi networks, same problem either way ( and changing channels) What am I missing? 

Right or Wrong?  Does connecting Gen1 Play 5's together via Cat 5 actually improve the transfer of data? Note, not connected to the router, just in a bank together.  I'm guessing that if they are connected via Cat 5 then one of the 4 acts as the receiver that talks to Sonos Bridge on WiFi?  Configuration below... Room (1)  Router > Cat 5 > Sonos Bridge Gen 1  Room (2)  Sonos Play 5 Gen 1 x 4, all connected to each other via Cat 5 Cable

Bonjour je viens d’acheter un Sonos Arc pour l’ajouter a mon Installation qui se compose d’un port dans le salon, de 2 ones dans la cuisine et 2 move dans la chambre. lorsque j’ai ajouté l’arc au système, cela a effacé les autres produits de l’application. J’ai tenté de rebooter le routeur, ça n’a pa marché, j’ai tenté de réinstaller les enceintes ça n’a pas marché non plus. L’app me dit que l’autour a été fait mais que les enceintes peuvent ne pas être visibles et s’il faut débrancher et rebrancher, mais rien n’y fait. j’ai tout débranché, rebooter le routeur et réinstallé, tout fonctionne jusqu’à ce que je rebranche l’ARC qui enlève tout. avez vous des idées ? merci julien

TL;DR: My Sonos One (Gen 2) speakers keep cutting out for 5-10 seconds every hour or so since I’ve moved my router. My Play:5, which I’m using for Line-in does not cut out, and keeps functioning all the time. Check Photos.    My system is a Play:5 (gen 1) and two Sonos One (Gen 2). I’m using the line-in on the Play:5 to use the One’s as PC/TV speakers. They sound great and used to work perfectly, but I’ve moved my router and now there are issues.   This is what I used to have. Blue lines are Wi-Fi/Sonosnet, Red lines are wired through TP-Link Powerline Adapters:      My internet situation changed so I had to move my router to a different corner of the living room/kitchen. 

Hi Everyone. I’m hoping someone can help with an annoying issues with my music playback. I use Windows 11 pc and iTunes to play music to all my Sonos Speakers. Previously. No issues streaming to a Play 5, Sub, 4 x ones and 2 x Roams. Perfect playback. Lately I’ve been having drop outs. Only for a second but increasing in frequency lately. I’ve reset all speakers. All updates applied. Put them all on the 2.4ghz band. Disabled the 5ghz band in case it was interfering - made no difference. I’ve tried them with just one speaker at a time in the hope one speaker was interfering with the network. Tried several different channels on the router. Tried the different Sonos Net Channels 1, 6, 11Connected a One to the router to create a Sonos net. That didn’t resolve the issue. Bought a Boost - that didn’t resolve the issue. Bought a new modem / router - that didn’t resolve the issue. Nothing solve

I am having problems with an update on my "Living Room" which is a Sonos Beam plus 2x Play1 as surround sound speakers. But the update does not go through. Any ideas?

We have one move, two paired Sonos One speakers, and two One speakers not paired (different rooms).  they do not seem to be all synchronized, and I am looking for the easiest fix. it seems like some of the speakers are just one beat ahead, or behind the other ones. This is a fairly new thing that’s going on.we play music through Spotify, Apple Music, and tune in radio generally.  

Buenas noches, quisiera saber si los altavoces traseros es indispensable ponerlos detras (del sofa por ejemplo)y mas o menos centrados o si la aplicacion trueplay permite colocar por ejemplo alguno de los 2 altavoces en un lateral o no exactamente detras. Hoy he adquirido un equipo completo sonos con la beam 2, sub mini y los 2 altavoces one sl… estoy con muchísima ilusion y a la vez preocupado de poder instalarlo lo mejor posible ya que mi salon es un “salon-cocina” y me gustaria que se ampliara el sonido lo maximo posible tambien a la cocina por el tema de escuchar la musica... .el espacio total (salon-cocina) es de 35m2 aprox. Otra cuestion importante seria saber si se pueden colocar a una altura de mas de 2 metros o deben estar a la altura de la cabeza. Muchas gracias de antemano por vuestras posibles respuestas. un saludo
