I want to give away my old Playbar. So, I want to delete it from my account.
Hello,I‘ve had my Sonos products for a while know and recently changed them to SonosNet. In the beginning everything worked well, but since today I just can‘t connect it to Sonos Net. The box is connected with the cable and I already tried to switch the cables, use a different box to plug the cable in, but it just doesn‘t work. Not even the box with the cable switches to wm:0 and a reboot didn‘t help. I don‘t know how to fix it or why it suddenly doesn‘t work anymore, I didn‘t change a thing. Does anyone have an idea on what I could try next?
I have a new broadband router and supplier today, so all of my Sonos products have gone offline. I have tried to reconnect but none of the Sonos products will accept my WIFI password when it comes to the final connection. I have connected 2 mobile phones, a Mac, a Laptop, a Remarkable and an iPad and the wifi password has worked on every one of them. I ave tried and retried this same password on my Sonos products, I’ve put the password as visible so that I can check and double check it, but it simply will not connect to the network. WTF am I doing wrong?
Hi all!I have in my living room this setup:2 Sonos Five Sonos Amp1 Klipsch active subwooferMy subwoofer is connected to my Amp (there is no speaker connected to the amp)I’ve made a few tests to get the best from this nice setup but I’m a little bit disappointed because I can’t apply a filter on those Five. You know the same that is automatically apply when you connect the Sonos Sub (Gen 3).This low-pass filter allows the Five to give their best!Of course I tried it but bass was not as good as the Klipsch one.I’ve spend a lot of money to buy the Amp only to add my sub and I think it would be logical in my opinion that Sonos offer this software update to customers. What do you think about it?
I have a turntable, line in on a Play 5. I have another turntable, line in, on an Era 300. However, when I play on, it kills the sound on the other. How can I get around this? I also have a Sonos Connect as well. Moderator edit: Changed Sonos Bridge to Sonos Connect (the Connect’s room is called Bridge, but a Sonos Bridge is another device entirely)
Hi, how can we listen to audio from browser on our phones or desktop computers (through Era 100)? I’m on iPhone and Mac M2, if it matters. Sonos app doesn’t seem to allow it.
I have 5 Sonos one sl and try to install with organize wifi network.I sent all sonos one sl’s Mac address for network security permission already but stilled cannot link one sl to my account.Wifi connect already and have internet.
I have a pair of Era 100, they worked very well in the apartment I used to live in. They can connect to wifi and bluetooth. Now I moved to another apartment, where I don’t purchase my own Wifi and routers, the apartment takes care of it. This also means that my Sonos devices are no longer connected to a wifi system in which my phone’s Sonos App can find these devices (it’s one big wifi for all the 600 residents in this building). And somehow because my Sonos app can’t find these speakers, I can’t get them into Bluetooth pairing mode. Does this mean I can’t use these speakers at all?I tried:Resetting. But after white and yellow light flashed, green light started flashing, and no matter how long I pressed both of their Bluetooth buttons, no reactions at all, cannot pair. Also they seem to be not fully resetted. They still remember who they were. Reconnecting. I did manage to connect them with the apartment’s wifi. But they still won’t show up on the Sonos App, and cannot get them into pair
I purchased the ERA 100 speakers and had no problem setting up to my network. Then I purchased the beam sound bar, and when I tried to connect it to my network it keeps saying incorrect password but it's the same password I've used for years and had no problem setting up the speakers. Please help
why can’t I group my SL1 with my Beam? group is greyed out.
So, I’ve run across a number of topics regarding the Sonos Arc dropping audio, but none seem to be quite what we’re encountering, so I hope someone might have some insight here.As background, we’re dealing with a system with a Sonos Arc with two One SL satellites and the sub in the den, an Era 100 in the living room and a Beam in the master bedroom, all are connected via wifi and showing “excellent” connection statuses. Now for the issue. This recently started and is driving me crazy. When we start a playlist from the Sonos app, everything works very well like it should for 15-20 minutes, maybe even a while longer, but eventually the Sonos Arc stops. No error message in the app or any notification there's an issue, the app shows it still playing, but no sound.Sometimes stopping and restarting the playlist is enough to get everything working again for a while. Other times, I have to unplug the Arc, then resume the playlist. Any suggestions?
I have an existing S1 System with several speakers, Play 5/3 and 1I have a new Play 1 (set up on S2) and want to add it to my existing System (S1), and need to downgrade I have followed all the steps.. uploaded the S2 Controller, opted for ‘downgrade’… etc.. and it fails to complete the downgrade.. Have tried several times with no luck All advice welcome…
I am a complete Sonos novice, so I don’t even know if this question makes sense. My current old school setup is a Yamaha stereo receiver connected to a Bose accoustimas subwoofer, with two Bose 301 connected to the subwoofer. The 301s need to be retired. Can I connect 100s to my receiver using the inline adaptor connected to the cd out on my Yamaha receiver, but still keep the Bose subwoofer connected to the receiver to get more bass or would the 100s and the Bose subwoofer be out of synch? Just trying to avoid getting the Sonos mini subwoofer right away. My primary use will be to listen to vinyl through my Fluance turntable that is connected to my Yamaha receiver. I’ll grow my Sonos system over time.
My WiFi network assigns unique passwords for each M.A.C. address. Can I connect two ERA300?
Hey, all. This seems like it should be simple, but I can’t seem to get it to work. I factory reset a One SL and want to add it to an existing system, Living Room. When I connect the One SL to my network, which is the same network as Living Room, and try to add it to the existing Living Room system, the app adds the One SL to a new system called Living Room 2. Does anyone know what I’m doing wrong? Why won’t the speaker just attach to the system I asked it to? Why does the process keep adding the speaker to a new system?
I had an 8 hour power outage night before last. When the power came back on my Sonos setup was scrammbled. Anyway, I was able it get it back accept for one A300. It connects to router (I can see the mac on the router) and the Sonos app, but the A300 refuses to register. So I cannot use it. I checked my Sonos account online and the device’s mac/serial number is registered. Things I have tried to get the A300 to register wth Sonos:turn A300 off and on moved A300 2 feet from router turn Orbi 960 mesh router off and on tried factory reset on A300Nothing worked. I do not know what to do. I hope the A300 is not damaged. It use to work great. My system:Arc, Gen 3 sub, and 2 A300s, Router is a Netgear Obri 960 (no satellite). connect to SSID with combo 2.4 and 5 GHz, no 6GHz) ISP is Xfinity/ComcastThanks.
My IKEA Floor lamp disconnected and won’t reconnect. I’ve tried restarting it and my router as well. The symfonisk speaker frame connects but the floor lamp won’t anymore. Seems frustrating because it worked just fine few weeks ago
2 of my play 3’s are showing a red light. What do I do?
I use Sonos daily and today I discovered my Sonos Ray was not showing up in my system products. I went through a factory ready and added the Ray again; however now it’s showing up as not registered. When I click on this it’s reporting ‘Incompatible Software Versions’. The system is currently set to auto update and is running version 15.11 build 76248062. I also checked for a system update and found it was up to date.my iphone is running 17.2.1 and hasn’t been updated recently. Nor has the sonos app on my phone. My phone sonos app also shows the same version and build. It was all working yesterday so I’m a bit confused on what to try next?
I tested out a new ISP and they changed my router gateway ip address. After I reset the router to my original ISP my Sonos speakers are not connecting to my system. I use a meshed Orbi RBR50 system, 2 satellites, and the speakers are not found sporadically. If i move all the speakers to my upper floor near the main router i can get them all to connect but when replacing them to their location they are either not founf or not connected again.
I have tried disconnecting everything and re-pairing the speakers then adding the Sub and so far the same result, which is the right speaker stops producing sound. If I disconnect the sub the right speaker begins producing sound again. The Sub is working with the left speaker only.ThanksAlan
My Gen 3 casing is cracked and I need a replacement. Does anyone have a shell I could buy or know who might have one for sale ?regardsCarlos
Would it be possible if Sonos allowed it to use three or two Era 300’s to replace the arc as the central speaker? I’m loving some Dolby Atmos music, with the Era 300’s, but the weak point in my home theatre set up is the Arc; it just can’t play music, great for Movies.I have taken out the 300’s to test as a stereo pair and they sound awesome for Dolby Atmos, but prefer my fives to listen to Stereo Mastered music. If Sonos would allow users to replace the Arc with Era 300’s I would go out and buy these in a heartbeat. It wouldn’t compete with the Arcs pricing either; oh just imagine?
I cannot connect my SONOS products to my new WIFI Router from Sky, all of those SONOS products were working fine on my previous WIFI network, but simply will not connect to this new one.I have a Play 3 and 2 Play 1 speakers.I have done a factory reset on all speakers.I have done an app reset on my SONOS app on my phone. On the Sky Router I have tried to switch off 5Ghz network and function only on the 2.4Ghz version, and I’ve also tried to switch the security mode back to WPA2, nothing works, every time I get to the point of adding my WIFI password, it fails.Any thoughts?I’m almost at the point of dumping all this equipment.
Cox modem WiFi 2.4 or 5 do not connect to Sonos unless hardwired. Never had a problem and spent 2 hrs with Sonos team with zero luck. what can I do to get back wireless connection?
