I cannot get the speakers to play with the sound bar while watching tv
after moving to another state

What speakers? What soundbar? How are they set up? What “other state”?
we need more info rather than guess what you’ve got and what you’ve done.
Beam bar and s2 speakers from Washington state to Az and they worked fine before moving. Bar works fine but cannot get speakers to work while watching tv, however they will work with my iPhone
When you open the controller, do you see both the Beam and the surround speakers as one room? Or do you see them as two rooms? Or, is one set missing, and you can see one or the other? What does the controller say the Beam is receiving when you’re watching TV, is it Stereo PCM, or Dolby Digital 5.1? What are you watching while testing? What kind of TV is the Beam connected to? What is the method of connection between the TV and the Beam?
If you stream from a music service, which speakers will play?
