Bluetooth connected - Sonos Era 100 Stereo

Hey there!

I have a pair of Sonos era 100 since a few weeks - everything worked perfect so far…

I use them as a Stereo Pair (L+R) - sound is amazing…

Most times i connected my iPhone or iPad with bluetooth because with Wifi are sometimes few seconds where the speakers set off… so that’s why i mostly use bluetooth…

I always was connected to the right one with Bluetooth cause its just necessary to connect to one of them to have the stereo sound… since a few days I connect as usually but you don’t hear a sound…

but I didn’t change anything… today I tried to connect with the Left one with bluetooth and it works like before… so my question is: what happened with the right one? Is there a damage?

Maybe try power-cycling the speaker and try its BT pairing connection again. See if that perhaps fixes the issue.
