All radio stations working using TuneIn, except WDNA It keeps repeating the ‘splash’ message, with sporadic cuts in the sound. All other stations (I have about 40) work as expected. Logging in to wdna.org on the web works fine, it’s only on Sonos for this one station.

I have a sonos play 5 connected to my Technics 1200 turntable with a pre amp in between.  It works perfectly.   Unfortunately, when I group it with other speakers so I can listen elsewhere in the house it will ungroup when the current record is done playing and every time I change records I have to group it again.   How can I keep the grouping persistent even with gaps in the sound?

Been using the Sonos arc for about 6months connected to an LG CX via eArc without issue (other than only getting a + and - symbol when controlling the volume)  today though the tv is recognising that the volume is being changed but the speaker isn’t doing anything, it will change via the app but not with either the sky or magic remote. 

I've just added the Roam to my collection. I've been trying to take advantage of the functionality to group rooms and have music playing on my Five in one room start playing also on the Roam. I press and hold play on the Roam but all that happens is that the music starts on the Roam and stops on the Five.  Anyone else had this problem?

I have the following components:AMP, ARC, AppleTV (AirPlay), SUB, OneSL (2x), Connect, Pro-Ject T1 Phono SB TurntableI want to be able to listen to Vinyl, play music via Airplay, and surround sound from TV via HDMI to the same set of speakers set up as 5.1.I am having trouble setting it up so it works this way. The AMP gets set up as a separate system from the Arc, OneSL, and Sub. Any advice on if it’s possible to do what I want and guidance on getting there would be welcome. Thanks!

Hey everyone. Is it still worth purchasing a used Connect-amp in 2021 I've bought a pair of Polk Atrium 4 for a small alfresco area but need an amp. Is there another option , other than the expensive Sonos Amp.  I do have other Sonos products around the house.

Hey!Newbie here and asking for help.So I`ve been using Sonon beam since it came in the market and I`ve been happy with it, without any problems. The last 3 months i`ve started to experiece problems with itWhile playing sound from TV (Sony Bravia KDL-40NX700 linked via optical) everything works fine. After i turn off the tv and switch to Spotify or YouTube music, music starts playing withiut a problem for around a minute then pauses for some seconds, then starts playing again, then pauses etc. Beam is wired to my router.Any idea what the problem is?Thanks

Hi,Not sure is this new thing or havent this worked with me before. I use my Android to control my Sonos system trough Spotify app. For my phone I normally use my same wifi as my Sonos system has. Now when I use my mobiledata 4G in my phone I can control my Sonos system (that is still connected to the wifi!) normally with no problems. Has it always been like this as using Sonos S2 app it demands to be in the same network as the Sonos System but in Spotify this is not the case.

I thought I read somewhere that later manufactured (serial numbered) Gen 1 Connect:Amps are S2 compatible.  Does anyone know what serial number year/month (first four numbers of the SN) is the start of S2 compatibility?

Hi everyone!Today I finally managed to get my hands on the Sonos Roam and so far the experience is been great.There’s just one thing I’m wondering:Is it normal for the Sonos Roam to get warm while it is being used? I also own a Sonos Move and it gets warm as well but just in the area in which the amplifier is located. For the Sonos Roam however the warmth can be felt on the almost entire surface of the product.

Does the Arc switch off when the tv switches off and how can you tell?,the lights don’t alter,the only time it does is when on mute 

I know it’s possible to use Sonos One speakers to listen to music through your laptop but my question is, can you also use them for meetings on Skype or  Zoom and use the Sono’ One microphone  to pick up what Im saying to allow people on the call to hear me?  

I have 4 x Play One's, a playbase and a sub. Can I use all of these in a Sonos set up like 5.1?

Hi all,I have quite a frustrating problem.My Sonos system drops sound for a few seconds randomly. This used to appear to be on the radio in our kitchen amp mainly. If I had the radio grouped with the garden it was only the kitchen amp that dropped and the garden continued so this is not an issue of the radio station timing out. I found that this was an amp working wirelessly, so I wired the connection to my network switch and reconfigured. The issue now seems to happen in more rooms than before. It is getting more frustrating and is even doing it on streaming services aswell.I’m basically asking whether it is better for my system to be wired with the amps individually connected via my network switch or with a direct feed from my router and each Sonos product daisy chained on from there. Also are there any router ports that could be opened to help?All of my amps are currently in my loft space with speaker cables run through my house to each room.My Sonos/network description is below to

I accidentally paired my Sonos system to the wrong Apple HomeKit Home. Turns out you cannot add them to another Home after that. You have to reset each speaker for it to work. Well, actually I ended up having to create an entirely new Sonos system and had to recreate everything. After a bunch of resetting I managed to bring all my speakers to the correct HomeKit Home… except my Sonos Move. It just WILL NOT add. Here’s how it goes:Turn off Sonos Move. Wait 72 hours. Yes, you cannot remove a Sonos Move from you system. You’ll just have to wait. Power on the Move while holding the connect/pair button. Wait for the light to turn orange. This will reset the Sonos Move. Add the Sonos Move to the Sonos system in the Sonos app. Open the Home.app and select Add Accessory followed by I Don’t have a Code or Cannot Scan. Select the Sonos Move. Get message saying “Unable to Add Accessory” with a subtext saying “Home couldn’t connect to this accessory.” This is the same error message I got with all

Hi,I have an LG OLED GX TV connected to a Sonos Arc via HDMI with a Tidal HiFi subscription running on the LG Tidal app. However Tidal Dolby Atmos content plays on the Sonos Arc as “Dolby Multichannel PCM 2.0” instead of “Dolby Atmos”, according to the Sonos app.My expectation that this set-up should result in Dolby Atmos output from the Arc is based on information from the Tidal website (here) and LG website (here)This is what I see on the Sonos app when playing Atmos content on the LG Tidal app:  And this is what I see when running Dolby Atmos content on the LG Netflix app (and what I was hoping to see for Tidal too):  Has anyone managed to get Tidal Atmos content working on a Sonos Arc through an LG TV running the Tidal app? Hello all,  I have my Arc paired with two subs and two Fives for surrounds. Earlier all the sudden, the Fives and Subs disspared from the System > Products menu, usually it says TV (+Subs x 2, LS+RS).  I tried disccconet all of the speakers for 30 sec and also reseting my router. Strange thing is I still see the products on “About My System”, just not in products. And they still all works, but now I do not have true tone anymore and I can not adjust the EQ settings of my subs and Fives anymore. I have not tried factory ressting my speakers.  Below is my network matrix and Info, any help is welcomed.  Thanks!  

I have a McIntosh-based stereo system and want to add an outdoor Sonos-based system. I’d like to have the outdoor system be able to play what my McIntosh stereo system is playing; my stereo system uses a variety of sources, including a turntable and a streamer running to the preamp. Reading through this forum I can see that a number of people are having trouble trying to add the Roam to the existing wifi network. I couldn’t find a clear answer to the problem though. The rest of my Sonos products have been working just fine for over 6 months on the same wifi network, so why does the app tell me there is a problem with my router and cannot connect the roam??Normally Sonos set-up is wonderfully east so this is really doing my head in.  

Just setup my Sonos Roam, and set it up with my Google Home Account. I can ask my Sonos Roam "hey Google what is the time?" And it will tell me correct time just like my Google home. But if I say "hey Google play some music" it says sure playing music on YouTube music (the default setup music app) but then says, sorry I can't play music at this time. Thought it might be Google Account but all Google minis and home work just fine. I tell them "hey Google play music" and they all do. Am I doing something wrong or miss something on the serup?

I have a Sonos Connect, Play3, Move and two Play 1’sAll works perfectly well until we have the occasional Power Cut. Once this happens all the products power up and reconnect to WiFi Network except for the older Play1’sWhen happened previously Sonos support have assisted but never solved. I’ve sent diagnostic reports in and they can find nothing wrong with Network setup Tried all the usual Add Product and Find Missing Product methods With the other Sonos products all reconnecting fine I assume my Network setup is fine and it’s an issue with Play1’sIs this a common problem ? Assumption is Sonos will do little to fix as clearly want people to upgrade even though a loyal and long term user 

It’s been a month since I installed my SONOS port, installation was fairly easy. My problem is with your app/software updates. After updating my IOS app, I was unable to connect to my port. It had been disconnected and had to reinstall it.If I have to go through this every time there’s an update, I might as well return it to the store.P.S. Instead of sending email advertisement, perhaps a notice that a software update is available would more appreciated.
