HiThe right satellite speaker from my surround system (Playbar, Sub, 2x One sl) is out of sync. I sent a diagnostics report (1275133206).What can I do about this? Any tips?   

The product is branded “roam” it should be easy to use away from home… right?I was naive enough to think that.I am currently traveling for work and my go-to bluetooth travel speaker kicked the bucket. I took it as an opportunity to pickup the roam, something I had been eyeing for a bit. Getting the thing setup (just so I can use bluetooth) while I’m on hotel wifi is near impossible. It also REFUSES to do bluetooth pairing without wifi setup first. I finally did it, it took an hour and a half. Multiple devices, hotspots, new sonos systems/accounts, etc. Completely unacceptable experience.  This is going to be a ton of people’s entry product into the sonos ecosystem. It NEEDS to work with simple bluetooth pairing out of the box. I don’t know why I have to tell you this, get better product management.

I see this question was posted over a year ago, but no one seemed to know the answer (unless I missed it?). So I figured I’d ask again!  As an example, if I go into the Tidal Android app or the Tidal desktop app and look up Elvis Costello’s King of America, it is listed exactly one time. But in the Sonos app, it lists three times, and each one looks identical:Clicking on them, there is no difference in track listing. On Tidal, this album is listed as “Master” quality. So one possibility is that Tidal, behind the scenes, has three different steam types available for this same album. Perhaps, that’s why Sonos shows it like it is three different albums? Maybe each one sound a bit different? I’m curious if Sonos or Tidal has addressed why this is happening. (I realize this is probably Tidal’s issue, but since it makes it harder to use Sonos, it would be great if Sonos could pressure Tidal to fix -- or at least tell us what is broken so that Tidal users like myself could approach Tidal to f

Ok, here’s my conundrum.I’m purchasing the Sonance - MAG Series 6.1 Outdoor Streaming Sound System with the Sonos AMP. For my TV, I’m assuming I can straight from the AMP to the TV via HDMI and have sound and video. Correct?But, now for the tricky part, how do I go from the AMP to the projector while using an Apple TV? The projector has HDMI ports. Do I need an HDMI switch or Splitter? Or, is there a cleaner solution out there?Thanks!

  I am having trouble syncing my iTunes playlists to sonos.  Everything worked fine until I upgraded my PC.  My old iTunes XML file works still but since I had to reinstall iTunes, it created a new XML file and has my updated playlists in a different folder.  I have added that folder to sonos and removed my old XML file but now all that shows up is my music files, no playlists.  I’ve been playing around with it for a few days now and can’t seem to find the issue, any help would be appreciated.  I have double checked permissions and that the XML file allows for indexing.

Hi team.  I have been given a sealed CR200 and was wondering if it is still possible to add it to an existing S1 system?It will be running the original software it was built with (2013).  Is it possible to add and update like a normal player or would it need support intervention? Or possibly not work at all….. I would rather keep it sealed as a collectors item if it is not going to be possible to use it in my S1 system. 

Hi. I own Sonos beam + 2x SL One as surround sound system connected to TV (thru hdmi). All speakers are connected to internet thru wifi (router has channel 11, sonosNet also 11).  Randomly during day, while watching movies or youtube videos (philips android TV), one or both ( i cannot say just from listening) SL speakers delays few ms themselves and we can notice annoying echo there.  From my investigation a solution for me is to go to Sonos app → Settings → Surround Audio - switch Off and On again. And this helps.  I sent diagnostics logs today (nr. 1146608852 , nr. 2094903246 ).  Can somebody investigate this and help me what can cause this issues? Sometimes happen 4-5x per day.  I have all my 3 devices in same room (grouped to one room virtually as well).   

I’m at a rented villa for a month that has two Sonos speakers. I can play their music but want to play mine and understand that I will need to use airplay. My question should all Sonos speakers be discoverable on  a given wifi network?  I’ve tried I think all the troubleshooting tips I’ve seen in this forum but have still had no luck. Anyone have any tips/tricks?.  Thx.

Connect:AmpSoftware Version: 67.1-25031Hardware Version: 1.17.3.1-2.1I have a TV playing audio through the Connect:Amp’s line in. The volume is loud enough and everything works well apart from one thing.If there is some audio produced by the TV after a period of silence, the Connect:Amp misses the first second of the audio. If the audio after the period of silence is less than a second long, or not loud enough, the Connect:Amp does not output the sound at all to the speakers.Would anyone know how to solve this annoying problem?

I mit hus (som jeg snart flytter ind i) er der ført netværkskabler rundt til de fleste rum - fra kælder til kvist. Og i yderområderne er wifi ganske svagt. Kablerne er desværre cat5 og ikke cat6, så man kan ikke bare tilslutte access points i rummene og derved udvide wifi-området - har jeg fået forklaret....Men: Kan jeg bare tilslutte Sonos-enheder med ethernet-kabler i de enkelte rum - eller er der nogle særlige problemer i den forbindelse, jeg skal være opmærksom på? Sonos er jo for mange år siden gået over til at være yderst wifi-fikseret, så måske det slet ikke er muligt? Selv om enhederne har en ethernet-port...? (Det er selvfølgelig også muligt at kable én Sonos-enhed til routeren og dermed sætte gang i mesh - men jeg tænkte bare, at fysisk kabling til alle enhederne kunne være interessant, hvis muligt).På forhånd stor tak hvis nogen kan hjælpe mig videre.

Hi, I'm having issues with my sonos app on my phone. It tells me I have an update, launches the google play store but theres no option to update, just reopen the app. Restarted my phone and uninstalled and reinstalled the sonos app from the google app store and it's still stuck.Bottom image is where I click update, it opens the first image, I click open on the google play store and it takes me back to the 2nd image. Rather frustrating as I'm now unable to update my media library  

I have set up an Amp with a set of tower speakers and sub to a secondary TV, and I am seeing Stereo PCM in the Sonos screen.  Is this the correct audio output I should be receiving?  Dolby Digital and DTS are greyed out on my TV, so all I am able to click is Auto.  I am assuming that since I only have two speakers (plus sub), that stereo is correct?  Or am I missing something that would allow DD?

Does anyone use a Sonos AMP with a 3rd party sub?When I try to change the subwoofer level in the app the app crashes. I have tried it on 2 android phones but both of them behave the same.

Brand new NAS drive, 3800 tracks, Sonos fails the initial update after about 10 minutes, saying the drive is no longer available. Except it is, to any other device on the network. Permissions are wide open.Not sure where to even start with this...

I currently have an ARC with a bonded Sub (gen 3) along with two Ones for surround in my den.  None of the current devices are hard wired and all works well.I have a connect amp as well as in-wall back speakers which I would like to use for the surrounds in the place of the pair of Ones. My question’s are: If I place a wired boost in the room, and wire the ARC to the connect amp, will this work?… will the Sub continue to work wirelessly connecting to the ARC?The other option I understand is to wire the ARC to the router, AND wire the connect amp to the router.  In this configuration, do I still need the boost and will the Sub continue to work wirelessly connecting to to the ARC?If both options work, which is better? Thanks much for your input! 

LG CX with latest update; Arc/Sub/Ones setup 14.0.4; and Apple TV 4k 15.3. All of these had recent updates. I now get no Dolby Atmos everything is MC PCM 7.1 not even with Apple Music anymore. I never was able to get any 5.1 Dolby versions. Any ideas what happened and how to fix? LG has pass through and eArc with Apple TV hdmi being bitstream and eArc hdmi 2 blanked out showing pcm with me unable to change. Apple TV settings haven’t changed but I am unsure if I am missing something there.  also it is really soft, like everything. I have to turn up volume to 70/80% to hear anything. 

Hi allI recently purchased a Sonos roam. I’m an avid lover of the Sonos product and have a few around the house actually most rooms ! I purchased the roam to enable me whilst being away to listen to high-quality music. On my first trip away I attempted to Bluetooth to the Rome but found that the hotel accommodation I was staying in did not support the Wi-Fi at 2.4 GHz and numerous attempts with sonos support online unfortunately I was unable to modify the Wi-Fi system at my accommodation or connect.  I plan on travelling to the states in July 2022, this year and I’m concerned that if I take the Roam with me I will be unable to connect to 2.4ghz Wi-Fi in the accommodation that we stay at therefore unable to connect the Roam?Q. Is this going to be an issue or have others experienced this and do I need to purchase another portable music device or similar for ease of being able to listen to my favourite music whilst travelling cheers Rob 

Hi All,I hope someone can help me. I am trying to get Google Assistant to turn on a particular radio station (RTE Radio 1) on my Sonos.The strange thing is that it finds it and plays it on Google speaker but when I set the Sonos as default speaker it does not work. “Said turn on RTA Radio 1“Sure, RTÉ Radio 1 from TuneIn. Playing on Kitchen…Sorry, I can't find what you asked for….”I am not having this issue with any other radio channels I listen to. But unfortunately this is what my partner listens too and now wants to throw out the Sonos speakers.. Any help or ideas would be great.Thank you all.corcadorcha

Is Sonos planning to give us the ability to stereo pair 2 Sonos Move’s via bluetooth? PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE!!!!!

It’s utterly mysterious and frustrating. Our sonos will one day work, one day not. Will one day connect, and one day show no signs of wifi. Nothing changes in our house. We’ve tried all sorts of rebooting and resetting and restarting and nothing works. It’s absurd. The amount of work we put into trying to get Sonos to work defeats the entire purpose of Sonos. We’ve had it for years, but this is too much. If anyone knows of any obvious fixes, we welcome that. We use the latest iphones and our Sonos 3 speakers and app are up to date. We aren’t tech noobs.
