Sonos Arc - loud pop then no sound.

Keep losing sound from my Arc after loud pop.

I’d advise you to call Sonos Support directly to discuss it, rather than waiting for a forum moderator to have time to look at your diagnostics. 

When you speak directly to the phone folks, they have tools at their disposal that will allow them to give you advice specific to your Sonos system and network.

Thank you, I’ll give it a try. 


I have the same problem with my ARC when using my XBox. I thought it was only certain games but I think it may be related to an HDMI 2.1 update… Im still trying to figure this out but its happening more often now, even when I have the ARC muted.

 

There will be a loud pop like a tennis ball thrown full speed at the wall, then no sound.
