I have two Sonos ones in my bedroom one is a first GEN the other is a second GEN. Prior to using them in my bedroom they were surround speakers in my living room. I have since taken them from that group factory reset them then pair them together in stereo mode. My problem is only one speaker plays when it's in stereo mode. It's not the balance issue because I've already checked that. Sometimes if I airplay through my laptop it'll do stereo mode but most the time it's only one speaker even though they're both paired together. I factory set the speakers a few times now and still the same issue. So I have decided to put them back as surroundsound and move my Sonos play one speakers that were surroundsound's into my bedroom. I also am having the same issue with my Sonos play ones. They are in stereo mode but only one speaker plays a sound even though they are balanced correctly. I have factory reset them as well and that still doesn't fix the issue. What am I missing here?  My Wi-Fi connec

HelloI’ve recently upgraded my Playbar to a Arc. I have 2 Play 1’s as surround speakers and the system has been faultless until I swapped them over.  When I turn my tv on I have to disconnect my surrounds and reconnect them again for them to work.  The only things I’ve changed is the Playbar to Arc and I’ve turned the Arc’s wireless on due to a Ethernet cable breaking and I don’t have a spare.  I have just ordered a few Cat 6 cables due to arrive the weekend but this shouldn’t be happening should It?   

I see posts here on the forums for some years complaining about this issue.Can Sonos simply add support for it so we can move on?(IOW: If hi res files are out there, just Let Us Listen!) I have an album I really like, and I have to break out a bluetooth speaker to listen to it.Seems crazy.  

A new feature on my Ubiquiti Dream Pro router (https://www.ui.com/consoles) shows my Sonos Move using the WiFi 4 standard.  Is it possible to change that so Move uses WiFi 5?

Basically the title says it all. I renewed my subscription and it shows I am subscribed in my account, but I still am hearing the Sonos ads and can't skip songs. I’ve refreshed the app several times, logged out and in, nothing seems to work. Don’t like paying for a service that’s not working. 

I have run a split system for a long time.  This is still noted as a supported configuration on sonos.com here: https://support.sonos.com/s/article/4845?language=en_USI just returned from vacation, and while away I used my sonos S2 app on a different wifi network (with some of my s2 devices).When I returned home, the S2 app connected just fine to my S2 devices.HOWEVER… My S1 app wouldn’t connect to any of my S1 devices.  So, I reset it.  The usual process is that it asks me to press “mute+volume up” to identify which system I want to connect to.  However, it doesn’t do that… After resetting, it just ‘finds’ my S2 system without asking me to press any buttons.  Of course, the S1 app isn’t compatible with my S2 system so it just complains and tells me to use the S2 app.  I tried the desktop app and had the same problem -- it finds the S2 system not the s1 system.How do I reconnect to my S1 system??  I have submitted a diagnostic, but it was from my S1 app while connected to the S1 system

I have been a Sonos user for years.My music library has been on the same Synology NAS for all those years.Now, I can add that music library (via //10.0.1.55/music) no longer to my Macbook Pro.I can add it to my iPad and iPhone, though,What to do? 

I was wondering if you could help me with how to Alexa to work properly with a stereo pair of Ones, as it relates to timer commands.I have got a number of Sonos devices in my home. In my kitchen I have a pair of Ones, configured as a Stereo Pair. One of the devices is called ‘Kitchen’ and the other is called ‘Kitchen 2’ The two devices are configured together into a stereo pair that is also called Kitchen.If the devices are NOT configured as a pair then I can use Alexa to set a timer on each of them correctly. I simply say, “Alexa, set a timer for 2 minutes on Kitchen,” and it works. Same with Kitchen 2.However, when I pair the two devices into a pair called Kitchen and issue the same command, I get back an error message from Alexa that says that ‘Kitchen’ is offline. I realize that Alexa is looking for the individual device ‘Kitchen’ and not the group ‘Kitchen’ and that’s probably why things are failing.Interestingly, if I say ‘Alexa, play music in Kitchen,” the command works fine for

Hi all I have just purchased 2 sonos one speakers to go with my sonos beam that I use for my TV. The beam added in the app straight away. When I try to add the sonos ones it just doesn't show when it's searching for devices.  However, I factors reset all 3 devices and discovered that I can add the beam and the speakers won't be discoverable or if I add the speakers then it won't be able to see that there is beam aswell. They are not set as a stereo pair. They are all on the same network.  Can anyone help..pulling my hair out 

The Sonos website states that the PlayBar works with S1 and S2 App controllers. When I try to complete setting up the PlayBar to the S1 App, I get an error message before completing the task. I need to use the S1 App as I have an old Connect:Amp for my rear speakers.What is the work around please?  

Hi, I recently got new wifi router = new wifi. Now my Sonos app work slowly, also my Sonos products (Arc, Roam and 3x One SL) are not working correctly. Firstly, only Arc could work - I always airplay music to Arc and then via Sonos app I stream via 'everywhere' button to all other. Now in app it can be shown it is playing music everywhere, but in real it works only in Arc and in One SL. But it doesn't play music from all ONE's and Roam at the same time! Always 1 or 2 ONE are problem and sometimes Roam. Roam works only when played alone. But also if I stream via Airplay music to my Roam and spread it to other Sonos in my system via 'everywhere' it just doesn't work. If I connect more than 1 Sonos One I had the wifi extender report. Anyway I also tried unplug all of them and replug, I tried to disconnect and reconnect… I just did anything and still it doesn't work. I am desperate because I am addicted to my Sonos system. With only iPhone, I cannot swap logins on my iPhone’s Sonos App. I had to use another device - iPad to login for the 2nd home’s system. What happens when I buy a 3rd home? HELP!Ideally, I’d like to use the 2nd login on my 1 iPhone without having to delete the app and reinstalling it first. My workaround now is to use my iPad.

Hi Sonos Community!  I recently invested in Sonos and I am working to better understand how to delineate / carve out user access. Ultimately, my kids mess with each other’s Sonos speakers. I want to be able to control all of them.  Is there a way is isolate access?  Here is an example:Child 1 access Sonos 1 (bedroom 1) and Sonos 3 (kitchen) Child 2 access Sonos 2 (bedroom 2) and Sonos 3 (kitchen) Parent 1 access Sonos 1, Sonos 2, and Sonos 3 Currently, I have one account with all three devices and I have logged into each child’s mobile device with my account. I did this primarily because I on had one location that could accommodate direct connection to the internet (ethernet).  Could I solve this using the Sonos Network Extender?  Can this product create multiple Sonos Networks so that multiple Sonos devices can exist simultaneously?   I hope that my question makes sense. I own two Sonos beams . Both connected to Samsung 7000 series Tv.  Both use Firesticks. Neither will work with Hdmi  and the Beam.  I have tried  earc on and off, different HDMI ports, CEC on and off,  different cables,  called support. No one knows why audio will not  work on the beam while using firestick. One firestick is the HD 4K and one is the new Max.  Sound works fine while directly connected Ted from internet to Tv and back to the beam , it’s only while playing through fire stick. HELP !  thanks ☺️  

Hi, I bought my full Arc set up from Sonos but would like to change my One sl rears to 5's for the rears and wanted to know if I can get a discount?

I recently purchased a Samsung 75" Class - QN85 Series - 4K UHD Neo QLED LCD TV and a Sonos ARC SL at Costco, set everything up as indicated. Sounded terrific. Really excited and pleased. When I switched the input source to the Apple TV 4K (the latest version of the Apple TV), everything was fine and audible, no issues. I could hear the clicking, the apps opening and such. When I went to watch a preview or trailer on Netflix, Apple TV, or other content providers through the Apple TV, still good, but when I went to play the actual content, such as a movie or an episode from a series, the sound cuts out and only works after I either unplug/plug the power cable from the Sonos ARC or jog the input or the play/pause, app in/out until the audio works. This has been an issue since I hooked up the system less than two months ago. Please provide guidance on a fix. I’m really frustrated and disappointed.

Hello I have had a Sonos Play 5 (gen 2) in the same location for well over a 1-2 years working fine. Its recently dropped off my network. I have found that it will connect to the sonos network via wifi if I move it directly next to a sonos Five only until I move it back to 1 room over. I have tried changing sonos net channels, and power cycling all the sonos devices in my home no impact. I have preformed a factory reset as well no change. I plugged it in via Ethernet for diagnosticDiagnostic report: 542547821   

Hello, I have tried all possible troubleshooting, but I have just updated my Sonos ecosystem to version 11.4 and now 3 of my units keep disappearing. i have managed to have the 3 back online, but they just disappeared again. I have never experienced it before, but just after updating units, it started to happen.it seems that after power down power up the router, solves temporarily. But I do have 2 units wired to the router and WM shows 0Please, I really need support 

I have just installed a Sky Glass TV and tried to connect to y Sonos Beam with 2 Play 1’s and a Sub. Having some issues with the Sky Glass remote controlling the volume etc. Any one else having similar issues? 

I have some PLAY:1s and last year added a One SL to my system; I use the S2 controller. My problem is that Spotify will not play anything on the older speakers unless I start it on the One SL (which plays fine) then pair to an older speaker. I also have to keep them paired otherwise spotify stops playing. It's very annoying and I wondered if anyone else had an issue.
