When saying ‘Play the new album by [artist]’ Sonos Voice Control plays a random track instead of starting at the beginning of the album. Is this a known issue or related to a setting I’m unaware of?

As far as I'm aware "play the new album" is not a valid command. Try simply asking for the album by name.

Is shuffle turned off?
Yes, shuffle it off as far as I’m aware. Unless there is a master setting for shuffle?
After trying ‘play new album’ the first time, I said ‘turn shuffle off’ and tried ‘play new album’ again but a different random album track played.
The command works on Alexa/Siri (I use it a lot) and I assumed it would on Sonos Voice. Maybe it’s just not a Sonos Voice command?
