It was happening only a little bit before, but now it is ridiculous. I get this error when I try to play music from my Amazon Music account, and now from Pandora. I pay for Amazon, using the free Pandora. WTF this is ridiculous. Any advice appreciated. PS I love Sonos! But this sucks.

Have installed a new BT Smart Hub 2 today and all devices (Sonos, iPhone, tablet, TVs) connect/play except for the Move, still says offline in the app and cannot get it to add…any suggestions please?

Diagnostic code 906861728Getting really sick of this issue.  SiriusXM channels play for 15 seconds and then error out.  Today’s message is Unable to play - it is encoded using an unsupported digital rights management system. 15 Sonos speakers in my house..thousands of dollars...and I can’t play music.

Is there a good way to tell it to play a radio station with a non-english name? I want to keep the devices language to English. With google, I could at least spell it letter by letter, which it doesn't seem to support here. Is there a way of giving a radio station a nickname? Is there a way of making a list of presets? Any other ideas?I really would have preferred using Sonos voice, but it's even worse in this context. Google, doesn't have Audacy.Thanks  

Up until yesterday I had no issues with my Sonos Beam and 2 Sonos Ones then something went wrong and I had no sound whatsoever.I reset everything and my Beam is working but one of the Sonos ones just seems to be blocking everything and I have a constant error when trying to set up the surround saying that the speaker is not connected to the network even though I have reset it at least 6 times.How can I delete it from the app and start again because this seems impossible.It is unbelievably frustrating that I cannot fix this

I have noticed that can group rooms from the Sonos app.    Are you only able to set an alarm for one speaker or can you group speakers for certain time periods (morning wake-ups in multi rooms) I want to wake up with music in several rooms on weekdays, but in afternoon my need for playing music is different and then I need to re-group. setting them individually does work as it is out of sync

LG OLED BX 65Sonos Arc + Sub + SL x 2 This problem began a week or two ago. I noticed there was no audio coming from the sub and surrounds while watching an Atmos movie, the only sound was coming from the Arc. Everything in the app was fine and seemingly still connected. So, I rebooted everything and all seemed well again until I had to pause what I was watching for a few minutes. When I unpaused, the Sub and surrounds were once again not emitting audio.I tried changing what I was watching and tried moving from the Apple TV to a Blu-ray player and even to the TV’s built in apps, same result, no audio from the sub and surrounds, only the Arc was working, no matter what type of audio I was listening to, Atmos, Music, PCM, Dolby Digital etc. The only solution was to reboot the router and unplug all 4 Sonos components, reconnect everything and then all speakers would work again, until there was another situation in which i had to pause or even turn off the TV. Is anybody else facing this r

I got a new router/modem & having problems getting new network on my Sonos play 1. What app controls play 1? I have newer Sonos products in my permanent home, but want ti continue to use Sonos play 1 in my vacation home.it worked fine until I changed router. Now play 1 not showing up as a device…

Hi, I'm new to the Sonos home theatre but have long had some play 1s. We recently installed the full surround set, moving an old play 1 away and having one of the surrounds in the same area. We are a ‘switch everything off at the wall’ household. I had assumed that it would be possible to turn on one or both One SL and ask it to play music, without needing to turn on and use the full surround sound system. When I turn on a One SL in isolation it never shows up in the app.Is there a way to make them behave standalone when turned on without the Arc? And when turning the Arc on, having them auto join the arc? Thanks,Jamie  

I have 3 old Play1 and 1 new, and a Play 5. All worked this morning, now the only one that can connect to app is the new Play 1. I have turned them all off and on, reset App, and still nothing. I fear this is due to app updating on 14thJune, and concerned all are goosed. Any suggestions?

I just added some tracks to my iTunes library, which is accessed by Sonos. They play fine in iTunes, but Sonos complains for each that it is  “unable to play <track> - it is encoded at unsupported sample rate 24b30464 Hz” (?!). iTunes reports them as being encoded at 44.1kHz. Any ideas?

Hi All,  My Sonos Beam has randomly started to make a beeping sound almost as if someone was hitting the mute button on/off in rapid succession. I’m a bit lost on what this could be? This even takes place when the TV is off.  I’ve tried restarting the device, changing my Wifi channel, unplugging as well as a different HDMI cord to the TV.  Has anyone experienced this before? 

Was given this Roam as a birthday present. Was super difficult to set up- spent hours trying to get it to connect and would make me start the whole installation and connect to devices at least four times. It was very frustrating. Finally got it to work pretty well most of the time. Now, six months later (and very light use) there is a red light flashing and my phone cannot connect to my Sonos Roam. Tried powering it down, uninstalling the app, reinstalling, nothing. I tried letting the battery go dead and recharging it in the hopes It might reset, but it flashes blue at first, makes a pleasant chime sound, then flashes red.  i love the sound of this, but it seems like it is way more trouble than my cheap five year old mini Jambox that still works!  Any suggestions?

I have a couple of old Sonos Play:1s which I used to run from the router via a Sonos Bridge. This stopped working a while back, so I now plug one of the Sonos Play:1s directly into the router. Is there anyone out there who has the Sonos wired product and a Sky Glass TV and if so, have they managed to get their Sonos connected to the internet and working? Many thanks, H

How can I get a purchase receipt for a product that I bought on the Sonos website?

I have a sonos Arc, sub abs 2 sonos one speakers.I have just bought a new LG 77” model.I have the earc hdmi cable.I am only getting stereo 2.0 and I am pulling my hair out.Tried sonos chat but that did not help.it says Dolby vision on Netflix and Disney.     

See image below. From within the Idagio app my Port’s do appear in the “connect to” section of the Idagio app (IOS), but the app does not want to connect to them. In the image “Bar” is one of my Port’s. If I click on it, nothing happens. Seems like it wants to connect, but returns to playing on the Ipad.I can however connect via Airplay, but that is not what I want.I have authorized etc.Any help? 

I recently decided to try Amazon Music Unlimited over Spotify, but when I try and play music from the amazon app and click the cast button only one of my sonos speakers shows up.  I have 2 One SL a beam and a roam.  In Spotify you can easily choose which speaker to cast to.  Am I missing something.  I have removed my amazon account and then added back to the sonos app and no luck.  It is very frustrating.  I have an android.  I was just unhappy with the sound quality from Spotify so wanted to try Amazon Music.

Hi all I just bought a Five. I have 1 one and 1 one sl in sterio pairI wanted to add the five to the room. But the room got named (eetkamer 2) instead of (eetkamer). I reset the five and tried again. Same thing happens. Reset the five again. Unpaired the one & one sl. But I can't add the five to the same room as a one. Tried againReset the five, one, one slAdded the five to a new room (bathroom)Added the one sl to existing room (bathroom)After the setup the one sl added itself to (bathroom 2)Added the one to existing room (bathroom) is said there are 2 products in that room. Strange. In the settings screen there are now 3 bathroom(bathroom, bathroom 2, bathroom 3).  Reset all 3 again. Setup one slAdded one to same room worksAdded 5, makes separate room with 2 at the end. E.g. Hi There, Just wondering would it be possible that i could get Dolby Atmos to pay from my Gen 1 Sonos Beam while connecting it to a Sony A90J. Planning to connect Apple TV 4K that support Dolby Atmos too direct to the TV while the Sonos Beam is connected to eArc port. If yes what setting do i need to set to get this to work. 

Hi all,I have set up Sonos throughout my house (Arc + Sub, then One’s throughout the house).One of my rooms has a Harman Kardon Aura Studio 3. I don’t want to get rid of it, as it is stil a very nice sounding and well looked-after device. It doesn’t support Airplay though (only aux + BT). I’d like to add it in to Sonos system so it can be part of the house generally. While a relatively expensive solution, is it possible to do the following?Get a Sonos Port Run a RCA out from the Port, to a 3.5mm aux in on the Aura? (using a RCA to 3.5mm cable)All the answers I can find online relate to the Port bringing much “fuller” systems into the mix, and I can’t find anything that would seem to apply here.Thanks in advance!

Hello to all,Hoping someone can help me with this - I have a decent turntable going into stereo fives and then a number of ones throughout my house. All going through my wifi. I run Google points re a mesh system as I have a large house and one router/ point isn’t enough. Also - where I have the turntable and two fives are at the opposite end of the house to where I have my cabled internet. This works fine for normal streaming of tv and internet needs, but something isn’t happening for my Sonos system.My question relates to the Sonos Boost and will it fix my issue. If I buy one I have to hook it up at the opposite side of my house to the turntable and fives because that is where I can plug in an ethernet cable so it has to stretch that far out.Also, can I have multiple Boosts. I have bought a three point pack from Google for my Mesh, can I do something similar with Boost or will I be confusing it all?Thanks in advance everyone - Robin

There is still an issue with Move Stereo PairsSpeakers paired and Battery Saver is OFF.1st IssueSpeakers left idle for a few hours off their charging base will shut down as if battery saver mode is on.  They require a power button press to be active again.2nd IssueOnce the speakers start up there is no sound from the left hand channel.  It shows as working in the app but sliding the balance has no effect and it is silent.  No amount of powering on and off will help.Work around temp fixUnpair and repair the speakers resumes normal functioning. The Moves should NOT power down if the Battery Saver mode is off surely? I was busy getting sound back and forgot to do a diagnostic but will do one later if the problem appears again, which it may.In the meantime I will do a hard reset and re-add and pair to my system.

Greetings’’ Everyone  How many Sonos speakers we can connect  from Sonos App at one time ?Can we connect upto 22 or 32 speaker with different zones speakers like One SL , One Gen , Move or Five , we can do mix an match.  Please suggest.
