I have a single album, about 30 songs that I uploaded on YouTube Music. When I navigate through the Sonos app, it says "Unable to Browse Music"I have removed YT Music several times and re-auth’d but nothing helps. All other Uploaded Albums work fine. The album works fine in the YT app, just not through Sonos. 

Hi,Do you know if it’s possible to connect SONO ONE speaker directly to the electricity power and not on a plug ?We would like to have the speakers set up on the wall and if possible, we would like the cable to go directly into the wall to avoid having a plugThank you,Loic

I have a Sennheiser RS 185 RF wireless headphone system that I have enjoyed for years. As my wife and I are on different sleep schedules, this solution has saved my marriage.Recently I added a new Sonos Arc, existing subwoofer and 2 Sonos One speakers to my TV. The TV and all Sonos components are working fine. However, except for a couple evenings(out of 2 weeks), I have been unable to get sound from my headphones. I installed and charged new batteries and added a new optical cord, but still no sound. Sonos support said that they cannot help because their components are working, and Sennheiser tells me there must be interference from the new changes that is causing the problem. Can anyone help? After buying the new Arc I can’t afford a divorce lawyer!

Hi there,I bought a Sonos Arc directly from Sonos over a month ago at the start of May. I’ve noticed today that there is a dent in the front housing on the Arc, and I’m not sure where or how it has come about. I’m worried this is a defect in the build quality.I’ve attached some photos I’ve taken - would be great if I could get some advice.Thanks. 

I’m super frustrated. I have 4 Sonos Connect: Amps all direct connected to my Nighthawk MR60. This setup has worked for well over a year since I moved to the nighthawk without any issues. In the last 5 or 6 weeks I started getting a message “Unable to play… the connection to… was lost” Doesn’t matter if it’s Apple Music or Sirius or anything. I called Sonos, we did some troubleshooting, and they were unable to even see my hardware online. So what changed? I got a new ISP, which only meant a new modem within the network of my home. Yes, I’ve rebooted every single device, more than once. Tonight I decided to wipe my router and set it up from scratch. No change. I reinstalled the Sonos App and tried to start over from scratch. The App when trying to connect to the “new” network see’s the Network, asks me for a password, and then tells me the password is wrong. Like, cmon, I know the password isn’t wrong. Hi,I have an Alexa home theatre set up in my campervan,It uses 2x Echo Dot (3rd gen) and a Fire TV Cube 4k.I can request music from Amazon Music to play in stereo through the Echo Dots and also stream the audio from my Fire TV Cube in stereo to the Echo Dots when I'm watching Netflix. It's all connected via WiFi to my 4G router in the van and works great but I'd like to improve the sound quality, especially if I open the back doors to play music outside.  The Echo Dots work ok but are obviously quite small so can only do so much in terms of sound quality. The obvious upgrade would be to switch to the full Amazon Echo units instead of the Echo Dots, but the full Echo units run on 18v and that would require a voltage converter to get to this voltage. Instead, I noticed that the Sonos Move units have a built-in battery, and are Alexa Enabled.  They look a decent size and would alow me to either put them on the Sonos hook wall mount to watch TV and play Amazon music when inside the van, or

why is s1 app not working right any more if you put your system on it turns on says some think in welsh then just keeps saying tunein but if i sellect the station on the app i have to sellect play every where i dont really want to upgrade to s2 as i will loose my play 5 from my system thanks 

I see that you recommend 10W for the Roam, but how much can it handle? Would a 60-75W be too much? If that is not too much would the Roam change alot faster with 75W or is there a point when more watts would not mean faster charging?

I recently purchase the following:ArcSub Gen 32 x One SL speakersI have set up the system as per instructions BUT I am slightly confused with regard to a stereo pair and/or surround speaker set up. Which would be the best listening experience. The App doesn’t seem to show that the 2 x One SL speakers are a stereo pair and I can’t seem to be able to change or set up. Any ideas ?

Hi all, Long time user, occasional poster. I'm toying with the idea of installing some Sonos speakers in the bar/workshop area at the bottom of my garden (roughly 15m from my house, and it seems heavily resistant to any wireless signals).I currently have a relatively large Sonos set-up IN the house running on Sonosnet with a boost plugged into my router. I have tried just putting a speaker in the bar and hoping for the best, but alas, it is a no go. My question is....if I were to run an ethernet cable from my router in the house to a network switch in the bar, then subsequently hardwire those speakers, would it work?? I get there's STP implications so the switch would need to support that, but beyond that is what I suggest feasible? I've done some searching on here, but nothing seems to answer my question specifically. Thanks in advance, all!!

Hi all, looking for help please.I’ve temporarily connected my Beam Gen 2 tony LG C1 through eArc. All works as it should. The Beam will normally stay in a facility room, but wanted to test the functionality before I dive deeper into Sonos.Took a while to get it to connect, these is a well-discussed issue with this.The issue is that I don’t always want the sound to play through the Beam, and want it to stay on the TV speaker for basic day to day viewing. I prefer to use external sound sources for something specific, like watching a movie and I want a bigger experience.When I select TV speaker in the sound output options on the TV, after 3 or 4 seconds it reactivates the eArc connection and plays audio through the Beam. If I deactivate the CEC link on the LG, it reactivates it. I’ve turned off TV Autoplay in the app.I have a couple of questions: - Is there a way of permanently disabling any automatic reconnection or activation of the sound bar, so it only works on command? - Is there a w

Hi everyone,I am attempting to connect my Sonos Arc Surround sound to a Denon AVR-S960H with my video source being a Sony projector VPLVW715ES. My video source is a chrome cast and that is working fine through the receiver. I have turned Arc on but Sonos is not finding it once connected and I try to set it up in the App. Do I need the Sonos Port to make this work? Is there a setting I am missing?Thank you for your help!

I have an LG TV OLED C1 connected via HDMI ARC to my Sonos Beam, which has worked perfectly. Since recently purchasing a Humax PVR box, sometimes the audio will not play through the Sonos when the Humax box is in stand-by. If I try to turn the TV volume up or down, I get a ‘mute’ icon appear on the TV screen and no sound is emitted from the Sonos.When I use the Beam app on my phone to try to fix the issue, it tells me that a device is interfering with the communication between the TV and the Beam. The only solution that seems to work is to remove the HDMI cable (that comes from the Humax) from the port in the TV, change the TV audio settings to ‘internal volume’, re-connect the Humax HDMI cable and then switch the TV audio back to ‘external device HDMI ARC’.There must be a more straightforward fix. Any ideas, anyone?

I have a Sonos Roam that I am attempting to connect to a Project Audio BT turntable. The first time I used it, everything worked perfectly. But now whenever I try to enter BT pairing mode it will connect for a second or two before disconnecting again. I can pair the turntable with other speakers successfully, and I can pair other devices with the Roam, but the two no longer play together properly.I have already tried numerous factory resets but to no avail. Anyone run into anything like this before?

I thank that something is not ok with my setup.  so when im using native Netflix app from my tv everything is perfect (i got dolby dogital 2.0 oraz 5.1 )  When there is stereo (dolby digital 2.0 oraz stereo pcm) i can hear some sounds from satelites (symfonisks) but when im watching same movie (that is not 5.1 but stereo only) VIA netlix (Firestik) at the app is always (dolby digital 5.1) and i cant hear any sound from satelites everything is perfect with movies that have 5.1 (working fine via both Netflix apps) btw. At Fire stick settings im using dolby dogital (not best ) couse with best firestick is using dd+ that my panasonic cant use via hdmi arc and i was Geting only stereo pcm (with i could hear some sound via satelites) just wondering if my setup is ok…  

Hey Guys,I have an Arc with Sub and surrounds and have recently added a Nintendo switch to the setup. I own a PS5 too but the way Nintendo powers down is different to Sony PS5 in the way that PS5 automatically restores my TV source to the last played screen before turning on the console. Nintendo switch on the other hand, asks to choose the Source. Does anyone know what source Input does Sonos Arc use on a Samsung Series 8 TV ( TU8000) ? I see Sonos and Sonos Multimedia server as two of the options in my TVs source input that refer to the Home theatre. 

I recently bought a Ray to set up surround sound with my TV.  I grouped the Ray with my Sub and a pair of Sonos One speakers (L&R) and True Tuned it.  This works great for TV and movies but when I am trying to listen to music, not so much since it seems the majority of the sound is coming from the Ray.  Is there a way to have a speaker grouping that is tuned for surround sound (TV) and one grouping that is tuned specifically for music? 

been trying to setup my first sonos device (Beam Gen 2) on the S2 app on my Android 11 phone.S2 detects Beam but then claims it cant detect the Beam via NFC. checked on my phone settings that NFC is enabled and the app has full permissions.switched to ethernet, no luck. its definitelt not the cable or the port because my LG TV connects perfectly fine. need help before i throw the towel and return the device for something else.

Hi,Is this possible ?There is an HDMI on the Mac Studio, is it as simple as connecting this to the Beam?Would I get Dolby Atmos output from the Mac Studio ?Help greatly appreciated.

 At work we have this sonos device connected to a windows xp.. its completely useless. The sonos app on pc is called Version 7.1, all options are basically greyed out. All we want to do is play our own music. Another problem is that we don't have access to the wifi that the pc is using, its some private airport wifi. So we cant connect our phone... i noticed the sonos box has an ethernet port. Is there perhaps some kind of usb that makes it so i can connect my phone to the sonos box? But i guess it wouldnt work with 4G? We have already tried to reinstall the app, repair the app etc etc, nothing works.. The only thing that works without problems is to use the radio stations.. so i was wondering, how hard would it be to make my own online radio and just search for it on sonos? Please don't tell me im out of options.. we want to play good music for our customers..

Hi everyone, We are currently experiencing an issue when airplaying from HomePod to Symfonisk, which makes us think that the Symfonisk speakers do not have the Airplay 2 functionality implemented correctly. Room Setup: R1: HomePod R2: SymfoniskR3: Homepod + Symfonisk If we Airplay Apple Music on the HomePod (R3) to all of the speakers, then it says in the Sonos app within Now Playing that we’re playing music on all of the Symfonisk speakers and the music is playing properly. However, if we then stop the music and start airplaying another song from HomePod (R1) to Symfonisk (R2), then the music will not be playing on Symfonisk (R2) and inside the Sonos app both of the Symfonisk speakers now still show as grouped and playing the content that was originally started in R3.  It’s like Symfonisk (R2) do not know that it’s not part of the initial music group anymore. Anyone who know how to fix this issue?  Please note that we already tried resetting all of the speakers, local network, Sonos a

Hi guys,  Currently have Arc + 2x One SL’s + gen 3 sub. I use the set up for both home theatre and music. I find with music the One SLs do struggle at higher volumes. Looking for opinions on should I change the One SLs to 2x Fives and buy new stands for them in my lounge room. This does also leave the pair of exisiting One SLs (and stands) without much of a purpose. Or should I grab a second gen 3 sub considering they are currently discounted in Aus and it would mean all my exisiting hardware remains.  I guess I want to know if the second sub will in someway add to the higher volume where I find the One SLs are lacking.  Thank you for any insights or tips 

There used to be a setting under sub that allowed me to change the sub level under the sub settings. It's no longer there. They're did it go?
