Just recently the sonos/ deezer user interface has changed for the worst. Limited recommendations and search options.Any one else noticed this and have a fix or a solution?

Hello Newbie here,I have recently been purchasing Sonos speakers to create a home cinema sound systemThis is what I have so far 1 pair of One SL’sSub Gen 3 Arc LG OLED TV (with eARC socket)Android Sonos app  The Arc was the most recent purchase, which seems to have changed the app to S2 (whatever that is)How do I get all the speakers in a single group, so that they all play together from whatever is being played on the TV. TIA  Dave  

Hello! I'm in the midst of a new home build and I'm trying to figure out what would be the best path forward for rear surround speakers in the room where my main TV will be set up. It's not ideally shaped, unfortunately.Right now I have a Sonos Arc, but I'm not sure if it would be best to pair this with two speakers like One SLs on speaker stands set up behind the couch, or if it would make more sense to do a set of in-ceiling or in-wall speakers. If I did in-wall speakers, the back right would be further back than the back-left.Any recommendations on what may work best in this space? Thanks! 

I live in the UK and I am able to use Sonos voice assistant. I didn’t think this was going to be available in the UK until later this year. I was able to use it from beginning of June.  Is this now available throughout Europe or just certain countries? Thanks

Every now and then I disable Alexa on our living room Sonos so the kids don't request 'old town road' and shut off Spotify streams to other speakers.Whilst re-adding Alexa via the Sonos app (Android) I've been getting errors when trying to authenticate with Amazon, I get a popup saying that the Amazon shopping app has stopped? I deleted the Amazon shopping app then tried again, the Sonos app then launched the auth via the browser and worked fine. Is this a known issue?

HDFury VRROOM arrived and hope as it is a switch with ARCANA functionality would allow me to us my Arc with both TV (Samsung with ARC) and projector. Not sound comes out and if l try to set up it give CEC error. Sonos Arc has been set up and works with TV. So can’t be the CEC issue on p29/30 of ARCANA manual. 

Whenever I ask Google Assistant on Sonos Roam to play a specific music, it will play just the specific song then stops.However, the Google Assistant on any other device I own works differently, it will play the song first, and then related songs.It's quite infuriating because I have added this device to the kitchen and it's supposed to help my wife on listening to music in a hands-off manner, and it's driving both of us nuts. What is the point of having an assistant if you can only achieve the behaviour you want by using the app? (which is quite bad btw)I see that are some people that have similar complaints as old as 5 years ago. Is there no solution to this?

I connected my old Sonos Connect from my storage unit to my account today, and I cannot see the upgrade credit. I would love to buy a whole new system. Does anyone know what’s going on?

I have several Spotify playlists. The largest one has 4,000 songs. When I try to play that playlist via the Sonos app, I get “Unable to add songs to Queue”. This happens in both the mobile app on my iPhone and the Desktop app on my PC.I am able play a Spotify playlist from the same account that has 775 songs in it.What is the maximum number of tracks I can have in a Spotify playlist if I want to play it via the Sonos app?

I’ve started a move to Sonos with a Beam Gen 2 for the family room. I think I’m about to find myself on a slippery slope 😃Next room is our lounge. I have a new 55 inch LG C1 TV which is connected to my Yamaha AV receiver through eARC. The Yamaha is wired to 2 tower speakers for the fronts and 2 bookshelf speakers for the rears. The Yamaha produces an excellent centre phantom and I don’t need a sub.I’m looking to replace the Yamaha with a Sonos Amp, which will be wired to the two tower fronts. For the rears I’m torn between a second Amp wired to my existing bookshelf speakers, or to get 2 One’s. Access to power is not an issue for either option.Has anyone grappled with this decision and which way did you go and why?Also, is there anything else I need to be aware of with all of my proposed changes? Some questions that come to mind:dos the Amp produce a strong phantom centre channel? can the volume be set independantly for the fronts and the rears, so I can balance the front/back volume

Since a couple of days my TV remote can’t control the Playbar volume anymore. Nothing changed in the setup, it just stopped working.when trying to “setup remote” I’m getting the error that the remote isn’t recognised.On the TV I’m getting a Sonos + and - icon, but the volume doesn’t change (see picture).The remote is a Samsung remote (see picture).Any help would be great. OK, so I have a Velop Mesh system (3 nodes) 2 Play 1’s, Play 3 and a Play One.I’ve read many posts about this but still can’t get a clear answer. The access to each device depends on which room I am in and the house, and still can’t get any grouping to work.Is there a simple solution (ideally other than buying Boost!) and even then I’m not sure that will work...will it?!

I have a brand new Sonos Move that will not work with Microsoft Teams.  It works fine with Zoom, but not with Teams.  It is connected to a Windows 11 system via Bluetooth. Is there something special about Microsoft Teams that I need to configure?

How do I add an app to Sonos that's not listed among the available choices?  I want to add Podcast Addict so I can play my podcasts on Sonos.

I don’t if this is just me, but my font has changed on the apple iTunes on my Sonos app. Also the alphabet isn’t displayed on the side of my artists column anymore. I’ve check if I need to update & everything is current. Has this happened to anyone else? June 2022

At https://support.sonos.com/s/article/4945?language=en_US, “Dolby Atmos” is listed as something distinct from “Dolby Atmos (Dolby Digital Plus)” and “Dolby Atmos (TrueHD)”.My understanding is that Dolby Atmos is metadata which is delivered via either DD+ or TrueHD, but not a format in and of itself.I’d love any clarity here. Thank you.

I’ve got hundredes of Cd’s stored on my PC. However we rarely listen to them anymore as we use Sonos and Spotify.  Does anyone know how I can import it all as a playlist or just as artists? I don’t want to physically upload all the data, just have the Artist Names etc imported to my artists so I can play the music. 

Hello community, I am looking into getting a sonos amp and 4 speakers for outdoor use, my question is am I able to control each pair of speakers separately? 2 speakers will be by the porch and 2 by the pool. Sometimes we just like the smaller speakers by the pool on only. I haven’t purchased anything yet so I’m also open to suggestions. Thank you

Question… I recently purchased an Arc+SL+Sub set, set the EQ/Trueplay in the Sonos app, but unfortunately, I’ve now lost my phone. Will the system retain my EQ and other settings even though I don’t have access to the app? Thanks!

DX: 962911074System won’t update, is sluggish, won’t play most songs on my saved lists and lags alot. I’m using S1 app as I have mixed system play 5’s first gen, play 3’s and some second gen play 5, 1 sound bar,,,I recently unplugged my boost from the wifi hub and it’s hard to do anything with the system reliably, I plugged the play 1 in to see if it just needed to be conected, but no luck,,,, this is frustratingI rebooted my whole internet system, whole sonos system

I recently bought 2 roams with the main goal of pairing them to my outdoor tv. I wanted a Bluetooth speaker so I can move them around rather then have a fixed soundbar. First use worked well set up as a stereo pair however now the sound and voices are a few seconds ahead of my TV and I can’t seem to get them synced up again. I read about a tv dialog sync in the Sonos app but that doesn’t seem to be available for the Roam. Just looking for any other ideas outside of restarting everything. Thanks for the help!
