Just bought myself a Sub Mini to pair up with my Beam. Right out of the box I’m having issues with using the sub mini connected with Ethernet. Prefer it that way since the router is right next to it. The beam is also connected with Ethernet. However, when I plug the Ethernet in to the router it kills my network and the router loses all internet connectivity. WiFi on the sub mini works just fine. But whenever I connect the sub with Ethernet, it messes up my router and network.  I’m thinking the sub has a faulty network card that somehow maybe is wired wrong. But before I complain to the store where i bought, do any of you have any suggestions?

Hi,I’ve just purchased a Beam Gen2.  This is connected to my Sony TV to which I also have a Sky Q box and Nintendo Switch connected.  Beam is connected via the Sonos supplied HDMI into Arc.I have a couple of issues that hopefully someone can help with:When I use the sky remote the TV volume adjusts in jumps of 2.  These are odd numbers, so 7,9,11 etc - particularly annoying as I normally use 10 or 12 for standard viewing.  Any ideas how to achieve increments of 1 as I can without Beam connected. The sound drops out and then returns completely randomly.  Never had this problem before. How do I find where to do the “calibrate speaker to your room function”?  It appeared on my phone during setup and then disappeared when the Beam decided to update.I actually purchased 2 Beams but based on this may be returning both!  The other Beam is for use with a Pioneer TV.  Really frustrating as my Play 5 (not connected to s TV) is fantastic.  Any help will be great.  Thanks.

My Sonos Assistant doesn't recognize my Apple Music Playlists.  If I instruct it to “Play my Sia Playlist” or “Play my Apple Music Sia Playlist”, it just plays a variety of Sia music and not just those songs on my playlist.  Help please.  Thanks.

I was playing some music through my system this morning and suddenly realized I wasn't getting any bass and the sub didn't seem to be putting out anything.I checked my app and it shows the sub connected to my system so I disconnected the sub and tried to re-add it and it just keeps telling me there was a problem adding it to my system.I connected the included ethernet cable directly to it and connect it to my router and every time I try to disable Wi-Fi it keeps telling me to connect an Ethernet cable. 🙄I have ran a diagnostic while playing some music and here is the number 217906890 Appreciate the assistance.

Every time I perform an update to my Sonos equipment, my Fios reboots - has anyone else experienced this?

I have a USB drive with all my music plugged into my “always on” PC and set up my music library to point to this D drive.  It worked for months, but now continually gets Unable To Play ‘xxxx’.  The Share //DONSNUC/D does not exist.  Same whether I play from the Sonos S1 app on the PC or on the phone or iPad.  If I go to Windows Exporer and click the D drive, then albums and click on something, it plays just fine via the Windows media player.  This is only a Music Library issue.  If I choose a TuneIn radio station, it’s OK.  What to do?TIA   Don

I’ve set up my Blink doorbell through Alexa and have announcements on but I’m not hearing a chime when the doorbell rings. Any suggestions? 

I purchased 3 days ago and the status still preparing to ship and I cannot cancel it. A company this size without a 24/7 support is ridiculous. They only are available Monday to Friday. I would never had bought any Sonos products if I only knew. I am extremely disappointed.

Hi.I am having trouble trying to connect my 2x symfonsk gen 2 speakers via wired ethernet cables. On windows app it says use mobile app. I dont want to connect them to wifi. I dont want to configure setup via phone. What for is there an ethernet port and a windows app if it DOES NOT WORK.

I am on Mac Monterey 12.6.1 I am running the S2 app 14.19. Since updating to S2 my library does not update fully. Running into same issue on another Mac which runs Ventura. I have tried the suggestions. Not working, anything new to fix? Thank you.

Hello, I got my Roam speakers set up through Sonos app and can connect through bluetooth. Now, my husband would like to connect via bluetooth from his phone. He is logged in through my Sonos account. Unfortunately, he can connect via bluetooth with his phone ONLY when I am connected first! The moment I upair my device, his phone doesn't see Roam over bluetooth.Is this normal? My husband would like to use it as a regular Bluetooth speaker...Can Roam be connected through bluetooth with another device??? Thank you.

I’ve got several Sonos systems in my house and have used the products since they first came out so a big Sonos fan but have an issue that has me stumped. One of the systems consists of a 2 Play 1’s and a Sub (gen 2) that I was using with a Beam for the TV surround set up. I swapped out an old Bridge for one of the new Ports and got a new little sub to go with two Ones and all good but then I went to watch TV and the Play 1/Sub/Beam wasn’t working and in fact only played the Beam. After trying a few things with no luck, I decided to do a factory reset on the surround set up and start from scratch. I’ve tried it 4 or 5 times now (no luck but the same problem occurs every time) so figured it’s time to get some expert advice. The issue appears to be the Beam not being able to exist on the same network as the other devices. It creates a separate room (TV Room 2 instead of TV Room) every time I do a reset and walk through the different connection steps. I used the TV Room as an example but b

Hello,i use sonos from almost 10 years and since a few weeks the music stops and plays again back after a few minutes after skipping a lot of songs. It stops again and plays again back….Nothing were changed in my system : same router, no new speaker. It suddenly happens !i only use Apple Music, internet radio and SpotifyThank for your help and sorry for my bad English. I’m french speaking 

I have two Moves, stereo paired.  The left one keeps cutting out for about 1 second (about once every 3 minutes or so, but sometimes it comes in bunches).  Has anyone encountered this?  Any potential solutions? This happens when on wifi and Airplay either from my iPad or iPhone.  

How does the Android phone connect the Sonos Arc or Beam 2 soundbar to play the music? 

Hello,I have Sonos speakers: 2 Play 1one, a Sub and a Playbar. I added the hardware called Port from Sonos so that my Sonos hardware communicates in AirPlay from Apple with my MacBook pro and my HomePod.Since the connection of this new material, the sound gets chopped when I use my speakers to listen to the sound of the television which is an LG OLED55C6V.AEK. Before the addition of this new material, I used the option: "Audio output (Optical/HDMI ARC)" of the television. The technician who installed the Port advised me to continue using this option.How should I set up my Sonos equipment so that the sound is heard clearly, without hatching?Thanks.

A year ago playing Spotify stopped playing on my Sonos system consistently, but without warning after a few songs. After trying everything that was advised on the boards at that time I discontinued using Spotify because Apple and Amazon and other sources never quit playing.A year later, I attempted to play recommended Spotify music and it says is playing after only a few songs. I am surprised the issue has not been resolved after two years on these boards. Any advice other than rebooting system, upgrading Wi-Fi, updating system, etc. because I have done all of those things, and Spotify continues to be a problem on the Sonos only.

I’m not sure if this is Bandcamp-specific or if it’s just a coincidence that it happens while I’m playing albums from Bandcamp. With some frequency, I will reach the end of a song and then...silence. If I try the controls, the app tells me it can’t connect to the system. I look for speakers and suddenly it doesn’t recognize any, or it will see one or two of them (never in the room I’m actually using). I haven’t noticed it happening when I’ve played things through Apple Music or Amazon Music, but that may just be coincidental. It’s frustrating to have all the speakers disappear when my wifi is still connected! (My router is set to do auto updates, so the firmware is up to date.) Any ideas what’s going on?

Hi everyone - first time post.  Just bought Sonos Arc and Sub Mini (room isn’t overly large - 20 ft x 16ft, and have young kids so super bass isn’t critical) with Black Friday (previously just using TB speakers).  I’m not very good with technology (hence the name) and have them just out of the box.  I’m having two issues that seems to be giving me problems: I have the arc and sub mini very close beside each other, maybe 6 ft apart max.  There is absolutely no issues with my Arc and the Wifi.  But half the time it won’t “find” the submini, and the sub mini will try to connect to my neighbours network.  I don’t know why it’s affecting one and not the other.  Has anyone encountered this?  I have a band new decent wifi modem, so not sure what’s up The arc and mini appear to work GREAT with TV/movies.  My wife is really into music and so we decided to put on Spotify - strangely the minisub will work, but it will be INCREDIBLY faint.  Changing the equalizer settings on the app doesn’t have i

I currently have the Arc + Sub + One SL’s in my living room. Recently picked up the Amp. I would like to run (2) pairs of speakers off of the Amp. One set in the garage and one set out on the deck. Plan on using a switch. My question is - when I set up the Amp and added it, the pair of speakers I had connected to the amp started playing the music I selected. But the TV audio stopped playing on the Arc. That being said, can I run audio to the deck / garage speakers while playing a movie / watching TV on the Arc in the living room? I don’t have the Amp connected to the TV. As I don’t need or want it for anything video. Just want a music source in those other areas of the house. But won’t want to stop someone from watching a movie or TV in the living room. 

I recently purchased an LG G2 OLED TV (yet to be delivered\installed). My current set up in the Media Room is Arc, Sub, 2 Ones.  Since the LG G2 will be flush against the wall, from an aesthetic perspective I will be moving the Arc to another room as it will make my skin crawl seeing the Arc sticking out from below the LG G2.  I purchased two Sonos In-Wall Speakers and the Amp (yet to be delivered) to replace the Arc. 3 Questions belowIs anyone using the above configuration - two In-Wall, AMP, Sub and two Ones versus the Arc, Sub and 2 Ones and if so any significant difference?I plan to place the Amp in a closet near the TV which already has plugs, in wall HDMI cable, etc.  However, it was recommended to place the AMP in a Legrand ONQ Cable Management Box which will be installed behind the TV to host cables, outlets and apple TV.  I figured it will be easier for me to trouble shoot any issues if the AMP is in the closet and thus I don’t mind paying additional installation costs.  Shoul

Hi all thx in advance for any direction - My setup - Vizio m65-e0 4 HDMI inputs 1 being HDMI 2.0 ARC supported 2-4 only HDMI 1.4.Google chromecast HDSonos ArcThe Arc is plugged into HDMI 1 Chromecast is plugged into HDMI 4During setup of the sound bar everything seemed to go smoothly - the Arc connected to the tv without issue.  In the system menu - CEC - both the Arc and the Chromecast are recognized.If I leave the audio to tv speakers the Chromecast will play audio out of the tv and the Google remote will control the tv volume.If I disable tv speakers in the Vizio menu the the Chromecast controls the Sonos audio and the tv recognizes the the audio is going to a different source however the Sonos puts out no audio.The Sonos app says that the tv is playing audio and allows volume control that is recognized by the tv (displayed volume up or down)So it appears everything is communicating and controlling as expected however without the audio coming through the Arc.All firmware is up to da

I have an old iPOD Touch, 8 GB, which I have used for streaming Christmas music for years.  Well, it’s that time again….I updated some music files on the iPOD, but when I tried to cast from the iPOD to one of my three Sonos devices, the cast setting on the iPOD would revert back from the Sonos device to the iPOD setting.I’m using the latest system, S2, vs: 14.19The last two years, this has worked just fine, but something has changed.  My iPOD sees the Sonos devices on the network.  I have 2 ea Amps, and one (1) Playbase.Has anyone else had recent trouble streaming from Apple products to Sonos? 

I have numerous Sonos products - playbars, subs, 1s, 5s - and several non-Sonos speakers connected through Sonos Connects.  Have all been working fine for years.  Lately, after starting system (TV or music) everything is fine for 10-15 mins, then the non-Sonos speakers develop a delay (stadium sounding echo).  The Speakers are Bowers & Wilkens run through a Rotel RMB-1 Amp and a Sonos Connect on each speaker pair / channel.  Any suggestions?
