I have set up my new Sonos Ray. The volume is too loud even at setting 1. How do I reduce the volume ?

I have set up my new Sonos Ray. The volume is too loud even at setting 1. How do I reduce the volume ?

Have you set up the tv remote to control the volume? Or are you using the app? Volume 1 (one notch off zero) seems a very small increment to become too loud.

You can also control volume using the Sonos application running on your mobile device, you’re not restricted to the TV’s remote.
