The app is connected, but won't run.

Due to an issue with PowerPoint, the electrical supply to the house was shut off. The power appears to have been restored to all three rooms as soon as the power is restored. Until I play something, nothing will play. It does not have any radio programs on Tune In. I listened to music using my Tidal streaming account. It's the same old story. I need your help!

If I understand correctly, power was cut and of course the speakers shut down. When power was restored, the speakers would power up and sit there, waiting for a controller (ie the app) to tell them what to play. Do you expect them to resume playing where they left off prior to the power cut?
