20% discount

Hi all,

I’ve had an email saying you can get 20% on the SONOS website. When I select the item I’m after, Sonos Stands for ONE, ONE SL and PLAY:1 white, and add it to my basket when I go to pay it reverts the price back to full price and not the discounted price. Is anyone else experiencing this? I’ve tried to contact/get hold of Customer Services however, I’ve not been successful as the email address I have keeps coming back as not in use.

Any help is appreciated.

Hello, I would contact the Sales Team and quote your discount code to them.

They should be able to confirm if there are any restrictions on it.

Also just realised there was no actual discount code involved as I received the same 20% accessories promo email today.

I made the purchase using a different email address and it allowed the discount to be applied. Weird. Thanks for your help though.

There was definitely an issue before. The 20% off accessories wasn’t being applied previously when I visited the Sonos website. Today, received further email regarding the same promotion. Clicking through on the email and the 20% off is now shown on the accessory products prior to adding to basket.
