Hi, I love my Sonos Ace, and use them for more than a year on a daily basis, but I just find out that the ear cushions can be damaged on the side by normal use and wondering if there is any possible mantainance product I can buy or use to maybe lubricate them and will not start deteriorating since I plan to have them and keep using them for a long time. Maybe its the weather, or maybe sometimes when I use them during summer, my they are humid when I take them off, but have had taken care of this by using a dry towel to clean them before returning them to their case, and sometimes leave the case open until this have completely dry. Any suggestions or advises will be appreciatedThank You!

I cannot connect to my Sonos devices using the Tidal app (neither Android nor Apple). It briefly connects but then disconnects. Any idea what to do?

This issue is limited to the live Apple Music radio stations - Apple Music 1, Club, Chill, etc. I haven't been able to get them to play for a few weeks now. They used to work fine.The track ID comes through as “unknown content” and nothing plays. Sometimes I get an error saying that it is not encoded properly, but not always.  Today when I tested, Apple Music 1 played through one of my Play 5s, but not through any other speaker, while the app filled with error message pop ups. The other stations refused to play at all.  Is this a known issue? 

Just purchased a pair of Sonos Era 100's and I have a Brennan B2. The idea to transfer my cd collection to the B2 and use the Sonos speakers wirelessly to listen to my collection. Quite honestly I cannot get both the Sonos and Brennan apps to work as they should. Yes, all is on the same network but the music library will not transfer from windows to the Sonos. The wifi keeps dropping out on the Sonos and for some reason the Sonos app will only play one song at at time. I am wondering if I have made an expensive mistake.

I went to add a new speaker to my Sonos app today, this tells me I need to update the appThe new app update on iOS is only available to iOS 17 and above which my iPhone X doesn't supportI just bought an era100 and cannot add it to the app because the app is forcing an update to allow me to add a speaker - the not now button simply cancels the add speaker option.this is absolute bull, so now Sonos require me to get a new phone to add a speaker to their app? im sure I'm not the only person affected but probably one of the first since most won't notice in day to day use right now, but this is bull

Hi.Have a big Sonos system. Exceed 32 units.Divided into more Sonos systems on same network. No problems - all using Netgear Orbi Mesh WiFi. Have Ikea Dirigera (newest) and Ikea remotes on my “primary system”.The Ikea switches (over time) from primary to secondary or third Sonos system leaving remotes non functional.When I power off and reconnect power to Dirigera - it again finds my primary system until next time it switches. In the Ikea Smart Home app - I cannot select a system. Look like Ikea scans my network for units and selects.

Sonos MoveYTM playing, music stops, I look in app, its still playing (seconds advancing).  I try and control the music, skip track, anything, eventually I get an error, then the Move drops off the app, then comes back again with a blank playlist.Zero pings dropped to the Move at network layer.Happened for the past couple weeks, rebooted etc, happens randomly, and seeminly only on the Move but then again I only really use that speaker consitently so not certain its isolated.  Same with YTM, not certain its related, but I have a feeling it is.Diag: ******** Moderator Note: Recorded and removed diagnostic number. I have sonos one in the kitchen and can set up google assistant.  I have move 2 and era100 but I cannot.  What is the deal?  This needs to be resolved!

The Technics SA-C600 seems like an ideal candidate as a multi-function component in my ideal audio system. It’s a network streamer, CD player, radio and turntable-ready all in one package. I have a Sonos Ray that I got as a starting point for a Sonos speaker system and I wanted to understand if:I can connect the Technics SA-C600 to a Sonos Era 100/300 or Five via the 3.5mm headphone jack on the front through the Sonos line-in adapter and an additional third-party connector I can extend audio input to the Era 100/300/Five via the line-in to the Ray over wifi?This post points out the lack of a line out on the back of the Technics unit but the spec list and photos here indicate 3.5mm output exists. Is there any way to make Apple Music's iOS 26 automix work with Sonos speakers?

I am a complete newbie to this so answers in simple format would be greatly appreciated! I am about to purchase my first Sonos product(s) - the Era 100 smart speakers. I am told that I can input from my old standalone turntable to play some of my vinyl which would otherwise be u/s. Question 1: what do I need? I see a pre-amp mentioned. Would this just be something simple like a Behringer PP400 off Amazon? Anything else?  Question 2: can I connect two smart speakers for true stereo and if so what more do I need?  Any advice greatfully received.

I am considering getting rid of my sonos system due to it’s very poor response. Having invested in the system I am loath to change everything. My Play 3’s are hardwired, whilst the Play 1’s and the soundbar are wireless. Android app can take minutes to fully start up where I can control the system, the lag on volume control is appalling. my wireless runs at 380mbps so it isn’t slow, each sonos has a fixed IP

Can someone help me reconnect my Roam? After switching internet provides, I haven’t been able to connect my speaker to Spotify. I have restarted and deleted the app. I have turned off the speaker, unselected it from bluetooth. I have restarted and restarted until I am now on this community asking for help.

I have updated SONOS, TIDAL, rebooted my router, uninstalled and reinstalled both, and still no solution. I have not re-authorized TIDAL because that selection isn’t available on my app. I am really close to closing my account and going elsewhere, especially when there is no human customer support.Any suggestions? Note, the Windows desktop app works fine. TIA. 

I have a full set up in my living room and I have just no go an arc set up for another room wort 4 gen2 and a gen 3 sub but it won’t set up as a separate system on same WiFi, done everything it’s asked but it just won’t find the new system any of it. 

Dialogues in my sonos playbar sound metallic, like an old radio.

Pocket Casts not showing any podcasts and when I try a reauthorize it says check the internet connection.  There’s a Reddit thread with several reporting the same issue. 

Hi everyone. Please excuse me I am not very technically minded just need a little help. I am replacing my era 100 (2 of them) with era 300. Do I just need to add them to my existing system & then follow the app instructions? Many thanks for your help & any info you think  might help would be great. Hi,I would like to order the combination set of Arc Ultra + 2 Era 300s.  The Arc needs to be black with the Eras white.  Is it possible to order the combination deal in this configuration?  There is only an all black or all white option on the website.Thanks, Kevin

Hi everyone,I can’t find the way to have two different systems on my house. I’ve read some posts, buy they are not exactly what i Want to do.I want a System A with a Play 1 and a Play 5 with a turntable, they are streaming from a NAS A.I want a System B with several Connect and Amp, they are streaming from a NAS B.Today, everything is in the App, but I want to isolate the system A to it’s own phone App et system B too.What is the correct way to do it ? Create a second account with another email ? Using another wifi network ?I’m lost.Thanks in adavnceJerome 

I have a Sonos Beam Gen 1 and 2 Sonos IKEA Symfonisk Bookshelf Speakers connected.In order to be able to use this set up as my audio source for my Mac mini M4 I have the Mac connected to the Beam using:Mac connected to a USB C to SPDIF Optical Audio Output Adapter with 192khz/24 bit DAC This is then connected to the official Sonos Optical Audio Adapter  This is then connected to an HDMI cable which goes into the Beam.With thanks to ​@wheee09 who suggested this method in this thread 3 years ago. When I use the Apple Music app on my Mac to play music with the USB SPIDF Adapter selected as the source it works perfectly. Audio from the browser (Safari and Chrome) also works fine (for example YouTube). However when I launch GeForce Now (a gaming service) on my Mac the rear bookshelf speakers have a faint rippling/warbling noise coming out of them. Q - does anyone know what might be causing this and if there is a fix? The only thing I can think that is different between the three sources I’m

Beam Gen 2 with Symfonisk SpeakersI have a Beam Gen 2 soundbar and recently got 2 IKEA Symfonisk speakers (one Picture Frame and one Floor Lamp). I can see them in the app and play music on them, but I'm unable to add them as surrounds to my Beam. I also can't set them up as a stereo pair.Troubleshooting steps I've already tried: Moved all speakers to a new room Created a new room and moved everything there Factory reset each device and tried re-pairing - same issue When I tried putting the 2 speakers in setup mode to add them as surrounds, the app wanted me to add them as new speakers instead of recognizing them for surround setup I haven't tried using Ethernet since I don't have easy access to ports nearby, but I don't see why that should be necessary for this.Has anyone else experienced this issue? Any suggestions would be really helpful. Thanks!
