I’m hoping someone can help! My Sonos Sub Gen 2 seems to be malfunctioning. When playing deep bass, the sound is off—it almost sounds like one of the subs is blown. There’s a waffling or rattling sound, especially during heavy bass notes.I’ve tried the usual troubleshooting steps like power cycling and reconnecting the sub, but the issue persists.Has anyone experienced something similar? If so, did you find a fix? I’m looking for recommendations for repair shops that specialize in Sonos products or, if possible, parts that could help with a replacement. I’m in Baton Rouge, LA, but any advice would be appreciated!Thanks in advance!

My Arc is unusable.  It won’t update and it won’t register without update  it’s now bricked   spent ages on chat sent in logs then chat person ended chat   Eduardo M    I’ve reset itI’ve plugged Ethernet direct into the arc from routerI’ve spent hrs on chat sent in logs The the rep hangs up on me. now he unusable. waste of moneytrued. Numerous devices to do the upgrade. 

Is this a political isssue? A sonus issue that will be fixed? Or something else? Until this morning my pbs stations have playing well on my speakers for a long time

Hello, the problem I’m reporting here is probably the same as one already reported into this community a while ago (in 2021). For reference, you can look to this thread from 2021 that was unfortunately discontinued.In short, the problem is as simple as he is (very) annoying. In Spotify, when the user flag a song as licked, the song is automatically added to the list of “Liked Songs” (see the capture I made in my Spotify app that show my current Licked songs list. When I select Sonos as the output for the sound from my iPhone, it is impossible to play any of the song that is into this list. Would it be a Spotify bug, I would not be able to play songs when I listen to a bluetooth headset. Yes, it not run only when I stream from my smartphone to my Sonos system. It is the same problem while I stream from Spotify from one Android Smartphone. I precise that my entire Sonos system is up to date as well as I own the very latest generation of Sonos system (Arc Ultra, 2 Era 300 and one Sub 4).W

I just received my new Arc Ultra soundbar, the speaker setup itself was successful but when I run the TV connection using the HDMI Arc cord that was included, my TV does not find the connection. I see the HDMI port on my TV recognizes the connection, my CEC is enabled but it won’t display Sonos device in order to connect. No sound comes from the soundbar to TV connection.  I’ve updated the software, I’ve unplugged the hdmi connection and restarted both my tv and soundbar, then ran the setup again. Nothing works.  any ideas?? I’m super bummed I can’t use my new setup. 

The entire day my app can’t play anything through the Sonos app. Doesn’t matter which service I try I get an error message saying “could not connect to the server”  This is just another in the endless number of issues with the app. Yes I have restarted everything a few times.

Your products are intuitive, well-designed, and form the foundation of my entire multi-room system. However, I’ve run into a serious limitation that I believe deserves your attention — and may be impacting many other loyal customers as well. Some time ago, I purchased a Sonos Sub (approx. $799) with the intention of enhancing the low-end performance of my analog speaker zones powered by two Sonos Ports. I was surprised and disappointed to learn afterward that the Sub is not compatible with the Port — even though both are network-connected Sonos products. As a result, my Sub has been sitting unused in my closet ever since. I chose not to return it in hopes that I might eventually upgrade to a Sonos Amp — but truthfully, I already invested heavily in my system and don’t want to replace components that are already doing their job well. Starting this week, my Sonos Beam 2.0 speaker will no longer connect to my iTunes library. These are local files, I don’t have an Apple Music subscription any longer. I don’t want to pay for it when I have a large iTunes library of local files. My Sonos Beam 2.0 has been working fine for the past year, and literally mid-song, it disconnected and Sonos told me a firewall had gone up. I checked it, but I’m allowing all incoming connections from Sonos, so this shouldn’t be an issue. Every time I try to connect Apple Music as a service on the Sonos app or on my MacBook, it tells me I need to re-authorize Apple Music. I do this, and then it tells me that I need to do it AGAIN even though I just did it. Now, on the Sonos app on my MacBook when I select Apple Music, it tells me that I need to renew my Apple Music subscription. But I just want to be able to play my local files. At one point, I had my iTunes library uploaded to Sonos, but it erased it from the app. Then I was using the Apple Mu

I our headed two roam 2 devices. Each came with a cord, but nothing to plug into wall to charge the unit. How do I charge the Roam 2? 

I keep getting a message that my speakers are not connected and they always have been connected and I try to connect them and they won’t connect. Only my two Bluetooth speakers will connect

I see someone else had a Move 2 speaker stuck in Bluetooth mode (blue light is on). They were able to solve it but pressing the Bluetooth button. I cannot fix the problem by simply pushing the Bluetooth join button. Would someone please let me know if there is another fix? Thank you.

I have an extensive Sonos system, including a soundbar. As with millions of other people, we have a family member with significant hearing loss. A feature on the Sonos Ace headphones that would make it a must-buy would be the ability to have simultaneous outputs from the headphones and the soundbar. It's not as if it's a small market or Sonos don't know about grouping speakers. Surely this is technically possible, either as OTA upgrade or via next gen of Ace?

Should Sonos offer a speaker upgrade/exchange program?

I have an arc ultra with 2 era 300s and a sub gen 3 setup in my living room. I also have an arc, 2 era 300's and sub gen 2 in my basement. Ive had the ultra arc since it's first release as well as Sonos arc with no issues. Recently, during the month of May both arcs have disconnected from the 300's and subs. All speakers play independently but do not play when attempting to connect as a surround set-up. I've reset all speakers, rebooted the router, rebooted my phone, unplugged and plugged things back in, contacted Sonos support only to have them walk me through doing the same steps I did before. The end result was support telling me that there is a known issue with the arc's that they eventually will stop working in a surround setup wirelessly and must be hardwired to the router. I explained that I've never had any issues with both surround areas and to me it seems to be a software update or app issue but they stood firm in stating that it's a hardware issue. every time I use Sonos it takes forever to load up. response on functions is slow, especially volume control / pause / play. It keeps losing the names on my amps and goes back to default. it’s never been as bad as it Is now on performance. The app design itself - still waiting for something great to happen. 

I have 3 x One SLs in different rooms around the house. Bought 2 x Era 100s at the start of the year to add to the system as the One SL’s no longer in production. Set them up and added to the system, but they keep disappearing.  Have re-booted the system and looked re-added but the same thing seems to happen. It’s only the 2 x Era 100s which disappear.  Ubiquiti WiFi infrastructure and good connection throughout.  Any thoughts welcome. Thanks

Hi there,I have a Premium Family Spotify account. I log into my daughter’s Spotify account on Sonos before she plays music using a voice command with Alexa but that music still appears in my own recent listening history on my own Spotify account.Why is this? My ace headphones auto-connect to my phone first and I have to manually connect to my computer. I have turned OFF multipoint because multipoint ended up causing more issues (with ace keeping audio on my phone instead of on my computer during a slack call).Is there a way to prioritize devices for the ace headphones? First computer, second phone? I might end up unpairing my phone, but I do use them every once in a while on my phone. 

Hey folks, any advice on this issue, is my speaker on its way out? 😪This evening I noticed a constant low buzzing sound coming from the left side of my playbase. I tried switching off for a minute and back on again, when sound first came back on there was a loud pop on the left side of the speaker followed but the return of the constant buzzing 😢

I have an individual Apple music subscription. On my apple devices, I can view the Library, which shows, albums, playlists, artists etc. On the sonos app, I have added apple music as a service, I can play music etc, but can not view any of the library content, I get the error message “No items available”I have spoken to sonos support, and removed the service and re-authorised etc, with no change.Sonos support asked if I have a family subscription, but I only have an individual subscription, why would I need a family subscription, it is my sonos setup and only me uses it?
