I am aware this feature request has been raised many times in the past, but the threads I found are now closed to further comments, so I am posting a new one here.I recently bought a Sonos Era 100 and I have been loving it so far. One enhancement I would really love to see, though, is more consistent loudness between tracks when listening to Spotify (especially playlists and shuffle). For reference, I also use a WiiM Pro streamer to listen to Spotify. WiiM added a toggle to enable/disable Spotify volume normalization in 2025 (*1), and it significantly improved the listening experience. As much as I love my Sonos, WiiM remains my go-to streamer when I need consistent loudness and don't want to keep manually adjusting the volume for each track that’s too quiet or too loud. I would love Sonos to offer feature parity here so the Sonos experience remains fully competitive. What I am requesting:Please provide a user-facing option for volume normalization when using Spotify Connect on Sonos (or

Hello, my system is Beam Gen 2 with a pair of One SL's as a stereo pair with a mini sub. Also a standalone One. Recently added an Era 100.I can connect my turntable ( which has a pre amp) via Bluetooth to the Era 100 and add in the One but cannot add in the remaining system. I can using the app but it doesn't group everything whenever I use the turntable.I want to use the Beam and stereo One's for watching the TV and then automatically use all speakers when playing vinyl, is that possible?Previously I was using a Connect box via line in to the turntable but it was a bit hit and miss although did auto play and use all the speakers but not every time.

I’ve had my Sonos connect and play 1 for years with no issues on Virgin broadband. I’ve just had a new router that looks identical to the old one but it can’t detect on Wi-Fi. It will play with an Ethernet connection but still can’t find  the Sonos to update the Wi-Fi. As soon as the ethernet cable is unplugged, it loses connection (obviously).  Anyone else had this problem? Might it be different software in the replacement router..

I have a gen 2 beam paired with a Era 300. During playback from my hisense TV I occasionally get a popping sound from the Era 300. Has anyone else had this issue?

Is anyone else having problems with Deezer in Australia attaching the service to their Sonos account ?

When I go to play Spotify on my era 100 I press the play button and it's skips through song like you are mashing the skip button. It stops after 10 seconds then will just not play any sound but is playing the song. Within the sonos app it also does this but instead afterwards it just don't not play, as it the play button does nothing. I have a strong internet connection, I've reset the speaker, reinstalled both Spotify and the sonos app. I've restarted my router. I've re linked the Spotify app to sonos. I am stumped.

I have a Roam SL.  I am considering getting another Roam to form a stereo pair.  But I see that I can’t order SL now and Roam 2 is all I get.  Can Roam SL + Roam 2 form a stereo pair?

I have a Play:5. Setting up a new account, on a different iPhone. I keep getting the “Unable to create Sonos account” error. I’ve rest everything, still unable to create new account.

My Arc Ultra had very tinny sound. Like an old AM radio. I had Geek Squad install my TV. They heard the ARC and said some of its speakers were not working and told me to return it.  The second ARC was marginally better. Frankly, my Beam soundbar has richer, deeper sound.  Sonos support barely spoke English and was useless. I have too many Sonos products to go back to Bose, but I am tempted to return the Arc and start over.

An S2 system that’s been working fine off the same Synology NAS for years. No network changes. Sonos reports that it can’t read the music files from the NAS share. Rebooted all round (inc network router) and readded the Music Library share. Connects ok, indexes all the files (Library contents are fine), but trying to play a track gives a file access error. I’m baffled.

Hi my sub has stopped working. It’s a gen 3. Model s26. S/n [redacted]pin. 037-52-006is it’s still under warranty ? If not could it be fixed  Moderator Edit: Serial Number recorded and removed

Tv sound all of a sudden stopped playing through Beam. Tried all advice on here and settings still not work. It’s connected HDMI from beam to HDMI ARC on tv. Also Alexi stopped answering and playing tone.

I have a Sonos Arc connected to my Samsung 4k TV, sorry I don’t have the specific model number.  I have my Arc soundbar connected through the TVs HDMI Arc port.  I have a Metra HDMI splitter plugged into my only other HDMI port.  I have my cable box and previously had an Xbox one through the splitter.  For years things worked great, no issues.  We just got an Xbox series X.  Since setting this up I’ve noticed that my Arc seems to not be recognized by my Samsung and my TV will revert to the TV speakers, at times I will get no audio from the Xbox.  I can fix it by unplugging the splitter from the other HDMI port, then once the Arc is recognized by the TV, almost immediately, then I can plug back in the splitter to the other HDMI port and things work great until for a while.  I’ll come back an hour later and same issue.  I have pass through on and Dolby atmos turned off on the Xbox.  Any ideas for a permanent fix?  I’ve tried power cycling everything.  I can’t seem to find a fix that will

I've connected my Beam and two ERA 100 speakers (without surround, just the two ERAs in stereo). I would like to manage everything as one system. However, when I adjust the volume on my TV, only the Beam responds. Is there a solution to control the entire system with my TV remote?

Hello,I’m planning to build my new home cinema (bar + sub + satellites), but I’m using siri to control my home, so one prerequisite for me is to have siri integration. I see you are creating you own vocal assistant but to be honest I am far from understanding this, what we want is one powerful assistant for everything, not yet another limited assistant from each vendor.. Hopefully this doesn’t conflicts with any potential Siri integration ?Especially since Apple plant to use generative AI now for Siri and make more intelligent, I would like so much to be able to use Siri from my home cinema.  I saw denon added it to their denon home system, do you plan doing it aswell ? Else I think I’ll need to go with denon, but I wanted to compare first and maybe wait a bit of something was planned from other brands. Thanks

So tired that my SONOS system always have an issue.  Have 25 devices and update. But there is always an issue. Moderator Note: Modified in accordance with the Community Code of Conduct.

Does anyone else constantly have problems with their Sonos system disconnecting and constantly have to update network and is there a way to fix this?

I had 2 play:3s using S2 and ditched the bridge when I updated to S2 (years ago). One of my play 3:s died. I tossed it and purchased a used play 3 on ebay. Just received it, plugged it in and went to the app to add it but it never finds it. The white light flashes for about a minute and then goes solid. Some help I found online says to factory reset it by pressing and holding the button while plugging it in. I tried that but that did not change the behavior. While light flashes then goes solid. Don't know what to do. Please help!

I don’t want Sonos radio taking up screen space as I don’t use it and have access to plenty of music that I do want. So how do I remove it from view?

I have lossless audio for Spotify whether I use the app on my phone, PC app or Alexa app on all Akexa devices and PC speakers. But when i switch auduo to my Sonos 100, which I got the other day, the lossless option on where the song is playing goes away. How do I get it to translate to Sonos? Lossless was kind of the point of getting it

I know this question has been asked before, but I can only find older posts, and I’m hoping there has been a more recent update to the system that might allow this. I have a turntable connected to a Sonos Amp and listen to vinyl on wired and SONOS speakers (ones, ERA 100’s, and Beam gen 2 + Sub Mini) throughout the house. Now I’d like to listen through wireless headphones, too. But on first look, it appears this is not possible through the Sonos Ace Headphones? I’d like to be wrong. Can anyone help with how to connect decent headphones (Sonos or something else) to a system like this? Thanks.

I can’t play my music in my library on my computer on my Sonos system. I’ve updated my son is up and I have updated music library

I’m looking for speakers to pair with my Sonos Amp. I’m looking at the Dali Menuet SE, KEF LS50 Meta or B&W 706 s3.  Has anyone tried any of these speakers with a Sonos amp and if so what are their thoughts? Alternatively does anyone have any other speakers they can recommend.FYI I mainly use the amp for my home cinema and listen to music now and again.  I would love to hear people’s thoughts?

We have a (Sony pslx310bt) connected to 4 Sonos Era 100 speakers. When we first got this set up, the blue tooth function did not work on the sony and the speakers had to have a hard line in connection to work. They worked great…. Until the the update allowing the blue tooth function to work (supposedly). Now every time a record starts playing, one pair of era 100s starts playing the song about ten seconds ahead of the other pair. I have to go into the app and mess with settings to get it working properly. Sometimes this lasts one song, sometimes the whole record. It's enough to drive one crazy.  When I use the sonos system with bluetooth connected to my phone, it starts playing with only one pair of the speakers and I have to go in to select the other set every time. For as much as this stuff costs I don't feel like it should be so so complicated to use.  What gives?
