My Arc Ultra had very tinny sound. Like an old AM radio. I had Geek Squad install my TV. They heard the ARC and said some of its speakers were not working and told me to return it.
The second ARC was marginally better. Frankly, my Beam soundbar has richer, deeper sound.
Sonos support barely spoke English and was useless. I have too many Sonos products to go back to Bose, but I am tempted to return the Arc and start over.
