I wouldn’t think so, but fixing the issue that is causing your difficulties, which most don’t share, might help. Or giving more detail, so we can help you figure it why you’re experiencing this challenge.

You may want to edit your original post, the T&Cs you agreed to when you signed up frown on vulgar language.

You also may want to submit a system diagnostic within 10 minutes of experiencing this problem, and call Sonos Support to discuss it. Don’t post the resulting diagnostic number here, their lawyers get sensitive about GDPR.

There may be information included in the diagnostic that will help Sonos pinpoint the issue and help you find a solution.

When you speak directly to the Support staff, they have tools at their disposal that will allow them to give you advice specific to your network and Sonos system.

Should we just throw out our 25k investment?

25 devices totaling $25,000?  The most expensive Sonos device costs $1000, and most are under $500.  So unless you own 25 Arc Ultras, something smells fishy.
