My surround speakers keep dipping in and out any idea to stop this

Not much information to go on, but I’d check for wifi interference , particularly between whichever soundbar you’re using, and your surrounds, on the 5Ghz channel. This is what the surrounds use to connect to the soundbar.

Alternately, I would recommend that you submit a system diagnostic within 10 minutes of experiencing this problem, and call Sonos Support to discuss it. Don’t post the resulting diagnostic number here, they get sensitive about GDPR.

There may be information included in the diagnostic that will help Sonos pinpoint the issue and help you find a solution.

When you speak directly to the Support staff, they have tools at their disposal that will allow them to give you advice specific to your network and Sonos system.

I had the same problem with the Arc Ultra and Era300s.

i contacted customer support, and after trying every possible solution for over 40 minutes, the problem couldn't be fixed.

Then I asked Chat GPT, and they said the solution that will most likely solve the problem will be to connect a LAN cable from the Internet router to the Arc. This frees up the wifi of the Arc to enable a more stable mesh Wifi connection with the surround speakers. It said this is the recommended setup, although it was never mentioned in the manual or by customer support.

After I tried it, it worked like magic. For the first time I was able to complete the advanced Truplay adjustment,

The Ethernet cable allows the Arc Ultra to connect to the router without using the WiFi but it does not cure the underlying WiFi interference issue. While the cable hides the problem it is better to find and fix it.
