I have a bought a brand new Sonos move 2. When I opened it straight from the box and put it on charging for 2-3 days, (tried both the ways I.e. on the stand charging and charging with type C cable) I ensured that it was sufficiently charged, as at that time it was showing white and some times the orange/red light. Then in order to start my Sonos speaker and complete the setup I downloaded and logged in the Sonos app. Then via the app I connected my speaker with WiFi and initiated the system reset/software update for the speaker to start. After 5-10 mins when the entire process got completed, instead of receiving the notification of completion I received an error message on the app. Then from that point my Sonos move 2 speaker is not getting on or even showing any light of sign on life. I have tried all combinations of pressing the power button, Bluetooth button and putting in on and off charging, but I have not seen any light. Please help me, it is my first Sonos speaker and this is not expected!
