I’m trying to set up a gen 1 play:1 to a new wifi. Have factory reset and followed every step numerous times. It connects to the wifi but won’t register to my account. Can anyone help please? It’s been 10 days without music in a new town :(

How do I see my battery amount when I'm connected via Bluetooth with no network connection.

Hi,I became unable to play music through to my Living Room setup - and upon further inspection discovered both of the Sonos One SL’s had somehow disconnected from the system. After power cycling multiple times, and trying to remove them as a pair (I got an error saying I was unable to), I factory reset them.  now:The unpaired live in parallel rooms. However, checking the original room; They’ve magically “reappeared”, both existing in the original room, and outside of them. Trying to add them as a pair gives me the error they’re already in use, trying to remove them as a pair gives there error:  I can’t play music to the room anymore, but the Arc and Sub function through my TV. So now I’ve got schroedinger’s surround speakers, both existing and not at the same time app, iOS, everything is up to date. If anyone can give me a suggestion that doesn’t involve me having to factory reset the entire system like it seems I have to once a quarter?

I have a 4 yr old Sonos system. It includes two One SLs,. two Connects and two Connect amps. The amps are for non-Sonos speakers. I'm running S1 OS . I was going to buy additional One SLs from e-bay, but from what I've read, it seems I can't add another 4 yr.old One SL. Is that true? Could I add a non-SL One? Because my system is 4 yrs. old, I didn't want to cause any compatibilty issues by upgrading to the S2 OS. What should I use for the additional speakers?

Hello everyone,Hoping to get some help here as I think I’ve tried everything I can to be able to add more surround speakers to my surround.  I have the Center (Arc), Sub (Mini) and 2 (Era 100s).Id like to have just 2 more additional Era 100s for more rear sounds but I can’t get them to add and sync up.   Any advice/help on this?  Thanks in advance.  Setup looks like this currently:                                    Center  Era1                     ((      Couch      ))   Sub Mini            Era1                   **Era1                       **Era1             **Are what I’d like to add to my current setup.

Is anyone else experiencing a slow startup with their Sonos app?

It testing a Sonos setup for our new workboat and before installing I set it up on the floor to make sure it all works. The inside is being driven by 1 Amp and 2 Sonos ceiling speakers plus a sub. The Sonos ceiling speakers I just sat on the floor when testing. When I turned the volume up over 40% the speakers made a bad banging sound and the woofer seemed to be going crazy bouncing back in forth. It was the bass but it sounded awful. Once I went to 25% volume the bass sounded normal. I was wondering if this because they need to be in a void to sound correct. I want to know before we go ahead and cut holes in the roof of the boat if this is likely normal because they’re not in an enclosed void or if possible there’s a default. Was surprised how bad they sounded for expensive speakers. Wires were all red to red and black to black, 12 gauge. I have Sonos play 5 etc at home and they sound incredible hence why I pretty disappointed when testing these ceiling speakers on the floor.

Hi,After spending more than two hours with Sonos ‘tech support’ and being shunted to Windows 11 tech support between the two, I am frustrated by Sonos in general, and my issue remains. I have many Sonos components that work well on my Android Galaxy S22. Sonos on my PC does not load. I have uninstalled the application using Windows uninstall and also using Advanced Uninstaller Pro 13. I’ve deleted the Sonos folder at ‘Local Disk (C:)/Program Files (x86)/Sonos’ and even tried manually deleting the folder's content. After all the uninstalls, I restart my machine. Also, I ran Win11_24H2_English_x64.iso, then reinstalled Sonos for Windows from the support page - Sonos_81.1-58074.exe.After doing this sequentially several times, I end with the same result. I have a shortcut on the desktop, a Sonos icon in my Start Menu, and a Sonos.exe file in ‘Local Disk (C:)/Program Files (x86)/Sonos’. The PC does not respond, and for the Sonos.exe, I receive an error message stating, “Windows cannot find

I am struggling to get my new sinks speakers to link with my Brennan 2 via Bluetooth

Every day I have to shut down my playbase. Otherwise only one Speaker is playing. What can I do. is there a german support, I can contact? Moderator Edit - Fixed Typo

When I start playing music a circular ring begins to animate around the pause icon and after it completes a full circle the music stops. This is obviously some sort of timer function that I never turned on and don’t know how to turn it off. Does anyone know what this is?

Hello everyone my question is so in one room i have 2x sonos five and sonos ultra plus sub 4 but i noticed as soon i turn on sub 4 , my fives stops giving bass,  so what i did , i unpaired sonos fives and added room 1 random even if they are in same room then playing music through same chanel instead of surround i have separated them  but if i want to have two profiles one for music like this and one for movies as stereo is it possible to do that? Instead of every time connecting fives to room 1 ? Like switching between profiles? Lets say one profile is stereo and second profile is surround. As i notice when i do so os separately bass improves twice so for me for music sounds like i have two sub4 otherwise if i use surrounds fives stops giving bass and reduces bass so much

The other day one of my Era 300's started doing the strangest thing, beeping randomly and status light flashing all different colours. So just turned it off. Just reset it and selected the room where my Arc and other Era 300 and sub is but it just sets up the Lounge 2 and doesn't add the speaker to Lounge.I tried to change the room but then end up with 2 rooms called Lounge. Unable to connect stereo pair as it says no other speaker available. Hoping someone can help, surely this is a simple thing to fix, just can't seem to work it out. Thanks

Hi,I changed my router to Zyxel DX3300-T0. After that Sonos app does not find Move. Router has WPA3 security protocol and I wonder if Move does not support that?

QUESTION 1:Can the sound quality get worse after adding Sonos Era 300 to the current Sonos system (BEAM GEN 2+SUBMINI+TWO SLS)?QUESTION 2:Although True Play is an excellent feature, the tuning process takes a long time. very little sound also causes disturbance while tuning, Its really embarrassing.QUESTION 3: Could  I add two sub minis to existing sonos system.QUESTION 4: Is  any Speaker upgrade program in india.

How do I download the Sonos Desktop App?  Where can I find it?

Just purchased Starlink Gen 3 and my Sonos (Player 1) will not connect (cannot be detected).  I am not tech savvy and I am looking for help with an explanation in non tech language if possible.  I have used TP-link router prior to Starlink for my other internet service.  Can my Sonos system be “found” using Starlink network somehow?  Thank you for any help, step by step is best.

When opening Sonos App, it stays grey (15 mins), unable to navigate to playlists.

Hi all.I am running a Jellyfin server with DLNA plugins installed and running for my home audio content. I the Jellyfin server correctly identifies all 7 of my Sonos products, yet my Sonos S2 app doesn’t ‘see’ anything from Jellyfin at all.It is my understanding that there used to be some UPNP and DLNA on and off switch somewhere within the app - that I cannot find on my latest android Sonos app.Can somebody please tell me where this is?!

Hi everyone, so today I noticed that my whole setup was stuck at 15 in volume. What I mean is that every time I turned the volume up or down, it would change on its own and go back to 15. After resetting, unpairing, etc., I found out that one of my Era 100s was causing the issue. It’s also started to sound very bad, like only the treble is working. Has anyone had a similar experience? What did you do, and do you have any suggestions on how to fix this?
