When I click on the Stingray Music service, nowadays it just shows some text about Stingray but there's no music, no channels, nothing. Is it just my system? Do I need to reinstall the service?

I really am struggling to get this to work and have googled relentlessly to find some solutions, but without any working. I have taken the step to update to S2 app and will plan to get a couple of devices to replace my old Connects. In preparation for this I thought I would try and get my Play 1 updated on S2 before I progress with other steps. Glad I did as I am really struggling with completing the update. I have tried: Waiting out the update. This takes around 3 hours to get to 75% but then progresses no further Force quitting the app when I get the error (1014), waiting for the green light to return, changing the WIFI back to my home, retrying. Factory resetting the Play 1Neither of these is showing any progress. Plus support wait in Australia is 90 mins and the chat is not manned.Anyone got some things I can try?

Hi,I am using the new Sonos app on iOS and there seems to be no way to add songs to Sonos or Tidal playlists from the app. Is this really true or am I missing something? Is it up to the music services to do something?  If true, this is HIGHLY disappointing as it was the primary way to build playlists between using the Sonos app and Tidal playlists - which I also use the latter outside the home. Please fix!

sonos app crashes as soon as I login to my sonos account. It has been working well for 3 years, and suddenly it started crashing. The same happens on my wife's phone. We bothe have android phones.

This may have been answered elsewhere but I can’t seem to find it. My problem is when we turn on the TV all the sonos speakers go on and the sound is weird because it’s coming from other rooms and creates almost an echo sound. I have to go into my sonos app and deactivate the other speakers to let us hear just the playbar.  Then later when I want to listen to music I have to go into the Sonos app and reactivate the other speakers.  It’s cumbersome - I’m sure there’s another way.  What I’d really like is for the playbar to activate when the tv is on and only the playbar.  The other sonos speakers should activiate separately when I want to listen to music.  How do I separate them?

How to remove two ERA 100’s as the surround speakers and change them with two ERA 300’s?  Currently I am getting an error message- and I am unable to remove the ERA 100’s as the surround speakers?!My ARC/ system is up 2 date.

Would Australian Sonos speakers including  Play1, 3, 5, Playbar & Sub be able to be used in the US if power adapters for the US are acquired?

What is the difference between the Sub and Sub Gen3

I have two Roam speakers and want to play the same music through both. This should be an easy process (click on the multi-room/system icon, select both speakers, click apply, and voila) but since a recent app update all I get is "can't connect, please try later" This happens whether I start with one speaker or the other. I've hard rebooted both speakers. Still no joy. Any ideas?

I have a stereo pair of Play:5 gen2 that I cannot add a minisub to it.  Is it supported?According to this link, it should be supported: https://support.sonos.com/en-au/article/sonos-products-that-support-sub-miniIt does not specify if in stereo pair mode is supported.The Sub mini pairs with 300, Five and One speakers with no problem.

I just bought 2 Era 100’s and a new Samsung tv. I was able to connect the playbar and sub (Gen2) using the Xfinity15 remote but have not been able to include the Era 100’s for surround sound. Can you help?

Hey everyone,With the new app update im working if it's now possible to “Play all” music from a specific artist in Apple Music. On the standard Apple Music app, there is a play button when you go to an artist and it will play all the artist music. In the Sonos app, it only pulls up albums and then you have to choose an album. Is this a Sonos thing that can be updated in the future or is this an Apple Music thing?

Hi. I recently ungraded my WiFi to a Sky (UK) Ultrafast System. I was struggling to find my Sonos system on my new network. I tried connecting direct from my router to my Sonos Sub Mini and everything then appeared and is working fine with the new App, ran trueplay and that worked too. I am a little confused as I read you can’t set up a wired system by connecting to home theatre components such as Subs, etc. Was the information I read now outdated about connecting from router to sub ? Would you leave the system alone now as it’s working ok ? Or should I try to reset my system and add from new over WiFi ? Thanks for any input. 

Android Sonos wont load past term condition there is no option to move on. I was forced for the update and everything stopped working. Like most rubbish apps a reinstall fixes this. No this made it worse  I now have no options but to select which country terms and conditions and that is it will not proceed from there. I now have a phone that i cannot operate any of my sonos devices

Dette foregår kun i Sonos app, dvs. den almindelige YouSee musik app virker for os begge. Vi har tjekket status for YouSee musik tjeneste og den var grøn, så alt bør fungere. I was recently gifted the Sonos Amp, which I have the option to return. The idea behind the gift was that it would enable me to play my vinyls through my current Sonos setup.For context, I currently have an old Technics SL1200 (no phono preamp) that I’ve never used, and an existing surround sound system comprised of the Arc, Sub and two Ones that I use with my TV and for music. I also have an OPPO UDP-205 4K Audiophile bluray player with a built-in DAC. I’ve been told it can be used as a preamp—not sure how good it’d be for that though. How can I integrate the Technics TT into my system? As I’ve no plans to get passive speakers in the near future, is the Amp redundant? I’m also open to purchasing additional products if it would mean a significantly better listening experience. 

Hello there,I do not want to rant.I got a question: is someone else experiencing trouble with plex-playlists?I can not add them as favorites anymore. Everytime I try, the first song is shown as a half-transparent icon, which can't be clicked. It only can be deleted.Is there another app which manages to add to new favorites? Is there any kind of workaround?I am very thankful for any help. And I am just tired of things not working. I'm not even mad. I'm just disappointed.

Jag har olika Sonos system  i flera olika hus. 4 st.1.Nu sedan senaste bedrövliga appen måste jag "Installera nytt system" eller liknande varje gång jag kommer till ett nytt system.Tidigare kunde jag starta systemet direkt när jag kommit in i nya husets wifi.Kan ni fixa så det blir som förut igen, för nu kommer jag inte ens igång med alla högtalare när jag försöker starta ett nytt system?2.Jag har lagt in SR (Sveriges Radio) appen i min Sonosapp och lyssnade där tidigare på Nyheter. Då låg det ca 15 st nyheter som spelades upp efter varandra.Med nya appen fungerar inte detta längre heller.Det kommer bara 1 nyhet och sedan stannar det.Jag har kontaktat SR om detta som försöker lösa problemet, men de har svårt att fixa det.Kan ni fixa det så det blir som förut igen?SLÄPP ALDRIG EN SÅ DÅLIG APP NÅGON MER GÅNG,  DÅ FÅR JAG BYTA UT SONOS TILL NÅGOT ANNAT.GAMLA APPEN SKULLE LEGAT KVAR TILLS NY FUNGERDE TILL 100%!! MVH LENNART 

My husband is having issues logging into Sonos with his username  and password. The account was originally set up under my email.

How do I listen to music stored on my iPhone 

I installed an Outdoor Sylvox TV connected to my Sonos SR 2-125 AMP with an Opical cable.  I can hear the sound from my TV through my 8 speaker set-up, sounds great…….but I can’t control the volume through my sonos app.  Need support to understand why. Thanks in advance for any help!
