Jeg har 2 sonos one SL. Kan jeg købe yderligere en sonos one SL og parer den med de 2 andre enheder?mvhAllan Schlundt

Recently, Beam will not play live radio stations unless I use the controls on the device or press play on app with phone. This is new- for years I’ve been asking Alexa to play a live npr station (usually defaults to Tunein or Iheart). Now, Alexa confirms my prompt and says “playing…” but then nothing happens. Also- this is *not* happening on my older Sonos One- still works as usual. I tried removing Alexa, re-installing it, all apps are up to date, re-booting. Help! Any suggestions would be appreciated!

Hi. My gen 1 beam (and sub) is connected to a LG television. When I turn off the TV (using the remote or asking Alexa) the beam goes silent. After about 10 seconds the beam plays 5 to 8 seconds of TV sound. This is not a major problem but it can be off-putting when I turn off the TV and leave the room only to hear a few seconds of speaking or music. Any thoughts or ideas?

Sonos app + Google assistant + Telmore/yousee musik. Kan godt forbinde Telmore samt YouSee som musik tjeneste i Sonos appen. Men er det ikke muligt at tilføje stemmestyrring, så man kan starte musik samt skrue op og ned?

I use a number of Alexa speakers around the house and have speaker groups set up. Alexa doesn’t have a portable device so I bought the Sonos Roam but It can’t be added to a speaker group like the everywhere group. Does anybody have a way to get this going perhaps a work around?

Why is Sonos still out in Silverlake, Los Angeles? I am not able to access the system at all, I’ve unplugged and rebooted several times, it’s been days. System is totally down.  I’m seriously considering getting rid of all my Sonos products. Never had this kind of trouble before. Been a loyal customer for well over ten years.

system is dead,  I type in a search and it just spins.

I hve multiple SONOs 1, 5 and a 7   Is there any way they can connect to a Starlink networks as it uses WPA3 Network Security Protocol?

As per the title description. My Play:1 won't show up in the app.... Either in the system settings menu or on the main play menu. All was fine and it was working fine until a couple of days ago when it randomly dropped out. And despite going through (several) factory resets and then connecting back via the app as a new product AND despite the app saying that connection is successful it won't show up. Funnily enough it's the Sonos which is closet to my router. About a realistic 6 feet. And it's worked perfectly until a couple of days ago like I say. And nothing else within my control has changed. Does anyone have any ideas?

I have a lot of compilation albums.  When I go to pick out an album, every compilation album lists each song as an album!  This makes browsing by album impractical.  Please fix this.  I have seen in other postings that this is a known problem, but it is not scheduled to be fixed!  Please elevate the importance of fixing this and get it on the list.

Hey,currently have a Move 2. Always have issues when it’s connected to the wifi. music sounds like a badly scratched cd and keeps skipping. I have a complete home theatre set up with Arc sound Bar 2x era300 and sub. All brought this year and I don’t have this issue. Have good connection to wifi. Bluetooth to Move2 works fine it’s only when it connected to wifi. Turning off and on my phone sometimes work. But I shouldn’t have to every time I want to listen to music. Any suggestions? Could this be a faulty Move2?  Thanks.

So, with the launch of the new Google TV box, I couldn't help but upgrade. However, has anyone experienced audio sync being well out?  And seemingly the need for a minus correction option within the Arc sync correction settings? I don't seem to be able to add the topic tag of #GooglevTV

Arc is making a cracking sound intermittently.  Wassup with that!?!   Stuff costs too much to not work correctly.  it’s happening during active streaming and also when just resting on a homepage.   doesn’t happen when playing music.

I have a new WiFi router and cannot connect my speakers to it

The volume cannot be increased past 15 in one of my rooms that has its own amp and uses ceiling speakers.  When I try to increase the volume it automatically adjusts itself down.To avoid confusion, I have no arc or TV in room, not is any other amp in my house tied to this room.  It is a standalone amp.

Can it be true that it is only the system owner, who can create and edit alarms? Can there be several system owners in the same household?Or is it it really true that I have to ask my husband for his login to change an alarm?

I have just unboxed and connected by pro-ject debut carbon turntable (which I understand has built in pre-amp) to my port.i have zero/low volume until i get to 80+ from my connected speakers (arc and ones) and then I get humming as well. i previously had a cheaper Sony turntable which worked fine under the same set up and have been through every thread on here and nothing working. Just wondered if anybody has come across anything else that might work? Or is time to try my luck with uk customer services?thanks in advance!

In my phone app the battery shows for the Roam as charging and a few minutes later the charging indicator is gone. Is this normal? I’m using the base charger for the Roam.

Hi,I have 7 sonos speakers and 1 Amp. All are physically connected to an Ethernet port of my switch. All the Plays are in Disable Wifi mode but I can't disable the Wifi for the Sonos Amp, the option is grayed out.Any advice ?

My Move & Roam are not connecting properly to TV audio when added to the group. All my ‘non moveable’ speakers connect seamlessly. Both the Move and the Roam’s audio drops out every few seconds if I try connecting them to both my Beam or Ray while watching TV.There are no issues with connecting the Move and Roam to the Beam & Ray while listening to music. Any idea what I'm doing wrong?

After having lost all of my alarms with the new app I was aware the function wasn’t there initially with the new app. This  week I decide to give the function go as the capability is now visible and I’ve set up two new alarms. Set daily for different speakers, at different times with different playlists. neither of them have worked yet.  I’d like to know categorically if I should be expecting this to work or not so I know whether to bother wasting time trying to troubleshoot it.

Hi all, I have 2 Sonos ERA 300 and a Sonos BEAM 2 and as I have activated Surround mode, I can’t connect my ERA 300 in bluetooth (and I can’t connect my Bluetooth turntable anymore). Is there an easy way to switch from my Surround config’ to my Bluetooth config, without erase all my settings… I was happy with my Sonos system to listen music AND watch some films… Thanks

please help :( i can't connect my sonos 5 speaker to my lg tv.  i think the sonos 5 has bluetooth, but the tv doesn't detect it when the light is flashing blue and white.  the speaker chimes when it's flashing amber, not blue and white, but the tv doesn't detect it at all, no matter what that light is doing.  the input jack on the speaker looks like a sort of dummy ethernet port, not an HDMI or an audio jack, and i can't see any other input jacks.  no instructions came with the speaker, of course :(  help!  i'm in my fifties, so, you know.  thank you!

I’ve got several songs that won’t play on my Sonos. Most are older songs from 90s (Beck, Stone Temple Pilots). They show up in the queue but get skipped or I get the “not encoded correctly” message. I’m pretty much at my wits end with Sonos. Any suggestions?

Sometimes when I power on my LG TV (UM8070PUA) no sound will come through my Sonos arc speaker. It does t happen every time when I turn my tv on, but when I does happen, I have to unplug it and try to rest everything, (annoying). this has happened since I bought this speaker a few years ago. It’s annoying, does anyone know why this keeps happening and how do I fix it?!?
