In my phone app the battery shows for the Roam as charging and a few minutes later the charging indicator is gone. Is this normal? I’m using the base charger for the Roam.

If ROAM is running hot, it will pause the charge. When charge reaches 100% ROAM will stop charging. I don’t recall the exact level, but the unit must discharge a little before the charge will be topped off.
