How to connect my Era 300 both surround AND bluetooth (or jack line)

Hi all, I have 2 Sonos ERA 300 and a Sonos BEAM 2 and as I have activated Surround mode, I can’t connect my ERA 300 in bluetooth (and I can’t connect my Bluetooth turntable anymore). Is there an easy way to switch from my Surround config’ to my Bluetooth config, without erase all my settings… I was happy with my Sonos system to listen music AND watch some films… Thanks

Thanks for your answers, I trully hope that Sonos’team will work on it quickly, to be honest, quite a shame for this kind of devices…

I agree with @Stanley_4 . Plus it would not be a good business move to add something that would impede more speaker sales. The app is doing that already for many users..😜

The least expensive solution to allow you to use you use your TT with yout HT system would be to get a single Era 100 with the line in adapter. A wired connection will sound better than Bluetooth IMO.

No.  There's no way to easily switch from surrounds to stereo pair.

No, surround duty and line in (including Bluetooth) duty are mutually exclusive. You’d need to ‘reset’ the speakers each time in order to switch.

Don’t think there are any plans to “work on it” as this was a basic system design decision, not something tweakable.

I think there are IKEA speakers that are cheaper than an Era 100.

Yes I’m afraid that it’s the only solution right now. I just upgraded my Beam to a Beam Gen2 to have a full Dolby Atmos… BUT now… I can’t use my turntable… unless buying a new stuff… Thanks for your support anyway.

The Beam Gen 1 didn’t have a way to directly connect to your turntable either.  Not sure what you’re trying to say here.

FYI, the new Arc Ultra does have bluetooth capabilities.  I’m not suggesting you upgrade to Arc Ultra just for that feature, but it seems likely that future soundbars will have bluetooth, eliminating the issue for those who have the new soundbars.

I am having the same problem but with my Era 300s will not connect to surround mode at all. When it says you will hear a chime , it does not. I have done a hard boot and still nothing. I am wondering if I connect my Ultra to Bluetooth mode will that help. Not too technical on this so any help would be greatly appreciated. I have a set of Fives set up in a room that I call dining room but still in the same room. My Era 300s won’t connect to my living room . So I have grouped the Fives but in the living room under a dining room name if this makes sense. So frustrating as before with my Ark everything worked perfectly. The Fives are for music and 300s for Tv.
Thanks in advance.
