So a bit of a weird set up here and looking for advice. I have a tv mounted to the ceiling and it can swivel 360. I I have a beam gen 1 that I have mounted under the tv (so it can swivel with the tv)that is almost directly in the center of the room.   on one end of the room is my couch and coffee table where I have the play 1s set up as the surrounds with the tv and beam turned  toward the couch. On the exact opposite wall I have my bed facing the couch so I can turn the tv 180 and watch tv in bed. What would be the best way to set ip the Sonos? It's a bit weird having the surround sound coming from the opposite wall directly in front of me instead of behind me when I'm laying in bed. 

Hi all,  my sub mini (with arc/2x play 1s as surrounds) doesn’t make any noise at all.  ********** Diagnostic raised.  I turned it all off and on again like a good IT geek.  I can’t remove the sub mini nor the surrounds from the arc, I get errors in both attempts.  I factory resetted the sub mini.  I updated the software.  I’m  out of ideas! After a few weeks of dealing with audio delay reaching upwards of 500ms, two nights ago my Sonos Ace suddenly decided they weren’t going to swap audio from the Ray soundbar any longer.I’ve tried power cycle, disconnect swap, reconnect swap, and factory reset.This is the most disappointing product I’ve ever purchased at this price point. These are supposed to be premium headphones and they can barely function.I will be seeking a refund for these headphones and will have to choose something else. This is incredibly disappointing. I have enjoyed Sonos speakers for many years. I can’t believe how poorly these perform under their intended use cases.

Hi there, I’ve got a Sonos arc, sub, amp and 6 ceiling speakers as my Sonos set up. The arc and sub are connected via hdmi to my tv.  The 6 Sonos ceiling speakers are connected in the same wifi network. When I play music via Amazon music or spotify I can get the music to play from the tv (arc and sub) and through the ceiling speakers that I group as kitchen.  What I can’t seem to work out is how I get the sound from them all when I’m watching the tv. When I watch tv it only comes through the arc and sub and nothing through the ceiling speakers. Is there a connection that I should be making when playing sound through my tv to get it through the ceiling speakers as well? Thanks. 

playlist names on apple music not showing in my sonos, help

I’ve purchased a Sonos Roam 2 - love the device, but getting it set up has been an utter pain. I’ve managed to get through the setup eventually, but the one item I can never get working is the addition of any voice control system. Every time I try to add one, the Sonos App goes into a long pause, and eventually tells me to make sure my mobile device is connected to WiFi.I can confirm my app is the latest version, my phone is connected to the same wifi on the same freq as the Roam, and that the Roam has good signal. Even trying to link via Google Home does not work.Anyone got any ideas on how I can get this to function? I’ve rebooted the speaker and the phone, still can’t get anything to work.

I think my image below is wrong from the Sonos Amp to the TV.  And I need help. The Sony Bravia 9 I am planning to purchase has one HDMI Arc port.  Before I run speaker wire I want to make sure this setup gets me where I want to be.  How do I connect the amp to ensure my speakers can be used as rear surround speakers?  Today I have issues with my amp being remote in another room but powering two rear speakers.  I’ve never gotten it to connect as surrounds and hold the connection the way it is supposed to.  We are moving and I have an opportunity to set this up with a better design.    

Hi! I have two Roam 2’s that I bring when traveling, which means they need to be set up on different wifi networks. The only way I found to get them set up on a new wifi network is to do a factory reset, then follow the set up process. Is that the only way to change networks? It seems more than a bit odd that the Roam 2 can’t, well, roam. I tried connecting via Bluetooth hoping to sync them with the Sonos apps new wifi network, but the speakers aren’t visible in the app when connected to my iPhone via Bluetooth. I didn’t find anything in the Sonos docs about this. Thanks! 

is it possible to make a stereo pair from ikea frame synfoniks and sonos era 100?

Hi, I have multiple devices, most of them on ethernet.One is a symfonisk and one is a Play:1 that need to be on Wifi.It worked well, until I had to power off the devices. Now, the Symfonisk would work only on Ethernet. Funnily, when I add Symfonisk to Wifi, the Play:1 would disappear. When I add the Symfonisk back to ethernet, the Play:1 would appear and work again.Sonos has become mostly annoying.Is there any solution for this issue or did anyone experience the same?Both devices were previously successfully added to the system. There must be a thing between 2.5 and 5 Ghz networks or something. Yes, 2.4 has Wifi 4 (802,.11b+g+n) and 5 Ghz has Wi-Fi 5Any ideas?Thanks!PS: close to kick all the speakers out the window, together with the worst piece of software that I ever experienced. No Ace, until Sonos fixed it all.

Are there any devs or customer support folx anywhere on here? Am I asking this question into the void? Will the widget be returned at any point in the foreseeable future? Will any of the other things users have been asking about be fixed? Or do I need to start looking for someone to buy these speakers? I am currently using an older version of the app, but I feel ripped off that I need to do this. Is anyone listening? Hello? HELLO?!

I had to factory reset my living room speakers because they all disappeared from the app. I have the Arc and Sub added together but the Era 300s added themselves es to seperate living rooms in the app. How do I get them added to the living room with the Arc and Sub?

Hi all,I’m wondering if anyone can help, I’ve tried restarting both the router, TV and Sonos system. Everything is hardwired with Ethernet connections.The Arc keeps losing connection and then jumps to the TV sound system until it reconnects back again. It happens on normal TV and apple TV. So it doesn’t discriminate between the source. Happens maybe every 10-20mins of viewing, so fairly frustrating. We’re also having issues when streaming music, it basically stops to a huge stutter like a drum and base beat and the ends. It’s been absolutely fine for months and nothing has changed in terms of set up. Any tips, please?

Why is it that Apple Music is not supported on the Sonos app in Brunei whilst Apple Music independently is a supported music service in the country??? It doesn’t make sense. Can somebody please give me a work around to get my apply music account linked to the Sonos app??? It’s very frustrating have spent so much and a full system and not able to take advantage  of what it was bought for. I have tried changing the country on my Sonos account to United Kingdom and it still doesn’t appear to be available to add in the App. Please help 

Hi, my AMP was working fine. One day it stopped. Looking at its lights, it is switching between solid white for 20 sec to flashing light for several seconds.  It seems to me like it is constantly rebooting itself. I talked with Tech support for a few minutes (then disconnected), they mentioned something about looking for a new update ... when my rest of the system is a few revisions up. Any idea how to solve it?

Can I use Sonos one sl on Bluetooth,,??

Had some issues with our speakers/system. Reset everything and.now I can’t get my symfonisk bookshelf speakers in the kids rooms to work with their echo dots. The Alexa app says the speakers are not compatible and cannot play all audio.  They had previously worked perfectly. Any one else run into this?

I have a Sonos Ray and Sonance Garden Speakers.  i would like to play tv on both the ray and Garden speakers whe. watching sports.  i can play music in any combination but as soon as i add garden to Tv it stops the sound. 

There is a lack of pre-recorded equalizations where you can choose which one best suits each user. It should be easier to find it.

Hi I am considering purchasing some Sonos speakers , I was in Harvey Norman & the sound test from them was amazing. I am completely new to smart speakers. However I am very concerned about all the problems associated with their app. I have an iPhone , the man in the shop said it was mainly people using android that were having difficulties with the app. Is this true ??
