Looking for guidance.  I still have a cable box through Xfinity to provide my cable service.  I have surround sound in my main room through a Yamaha receiver which is connected to my port.  However, through my kitchen, foyer, and other rooms i have a combination of Sonos 5’s and Sonos One’s.  Typically on a Sunday when NFL is on, i like to connect the main room, and tie the speakers in the kitchen and other areas of the house to hear the game i’m watching.  When the season began, i went to connect all of the speakers together, and the option in my Sonos app for “Line IN” or “TV” was gone.  I spent the next two hours on the phone with support.  We reset the port, we deleted the app from my phone and reinstalled it, nothing would get the option to connect the speakers together through the surround sound.  Regular streaming music was fine and could be played to all of the speakers.  This would elude that the port was working.  This happened to me in the past, but was resolved when an upda

Hi. I have an LG 65" TV with eARC, a sonos arc soundbar, and a PS5. I have played some UHD Blu-ray movies (Logan, Thor Ragnarok), which are supposed to be Dolby Atmos, but only PCM is showing in the app. I have Dolby Atmos as preferred sound on PS5. A device is connected with router1 and B device is connected with router2 with same account.Then, is it posssible to control B device with sonos app when phone is connected with router1? 

I am trying to add a boost to my network. All my stuff is S1 and it says boost is incompatible but I have read that it can be added with S1 app. How to go about this?

Three times, Sonos support has ghosted me. They ask for diagnostics, which I send, and then I never hear back, and emails on that thread go completely unanswsered.The last two times this has happened, Sonos support had actually initiated the conversation with me after an email I’d sent to ceo@sonos.com.How do I get Sonos support to stop ghosting me?My system worked fine before the app update in May, and it’s been a source of daily frustration ever since

My country is not listed, I have to choose 'Other'I would prefer to order from the Sonos website as I see there are offers when ordering a set, which is nice.- Does Sonos ship orders to Greece from this website?- Is the order sent from the US or a Sonos warehouse closer to me, in Europe?- How many days does it take for my order to arrive?

I recently have encountered an issue that music constantly would be paused out of nowhere OR my five sonos s1 gen2 would go silent whilst the app stills shows music playing.  Furthermore, I couldnt play music with my five speakers at the same time, it would go silent 4 or 5 times during one song. By the way, I use apple music. I have checked my WIFI connection, rebooted everything and updated softwares to date.So apparently it’s not about an internet issue.  Does anyone have the same experience like me? 

[forgive the typo in the headline, can’t edit that]I setup my brand new Move 2 using the app over my gigabit mesh WiFi (so speed isn’t a factor) but when I try to play music from Spotify or Pandora on the Move 2 it cuts in and out like ‘picket fencing’.   Horribly annoying.  If I use the crappy Sonos app it doesn’t do it as much, so I believe it’s something to do with Apple AirPlay.  However, I can stream to my Bose ear buds and JBL Bluetooth speakers just fine using AirPlay so what the deal. Does Sonos want to force me to use their app? 

I see the the Arc Ultra will have Bluetooth. If I have an Arc Ultra paired with a Sub and connect to the pair using Bluetooth, will the sub play sound?

i have managed to have my Roam speak connected to my Ray Soundbar for the past 18 months or more, this week I took the room speak away with me and connected to another network. Since coming home I reconnected my Roam speaker and it’s not on the app anymore however my RAY and SUB are connected and playing TV sounds. The roam will only play dual music via Spotify with the Ray, and still wont show as a solo ‘Roam’ device on the app. I have spent the last 3 days trying to work it out….. Any help or advice would be greatly appreciated!

I have two Sonos One SL together with the S1 app that was working well. Haven’t really been using them for a while but should today and was prompted to see if it was compatible with s2 upgrade (or something like that), the app checked, and prompted me to download, it also informed me that I wouldn’t be able to go back, I clicked and was taken to the Sonos App (Note: Sonos, not S2) in App Store, installed it, opened it, and choose (in the following order):“Connect to existing system”, it scans wifi and I get an “This system is only compatible with Sonos S1 Controller”. “Add speaker...”, it scans but doesn’t find anything…Now to the bonus: My S1 seems to have a connection with both speakers, but I can’t get any sound.What to do? I cannot add BBC Sounds to my content services.I found my address was set to Norway (an issue in itself) and corrected it. No joy, I removed the app, restarted my phone and reinstalled the app. No joy, I have no problem finding a place to add the service - there seem to be several of them - it simply is never listed.Maybe the only solution is to deleted my entire Sonos profile and start over with a different email address - maybe one of my ,co,uk ones. But, I shouldn’t have to do that!

I have a Sonos ARC with two era 300 serving as rear speakers paired with the Sonos sub 3 and this is connected via an e-arc to a hiicence TV that supports Dolby Atmos, HDR 10 and 4K however even when I play content from the various streaming services, such as Netflix, Amazon prime Apple that has Dolby Atmos , and also some media that I have downloaded through this system, it does not give me a Dolby Atmos symbol on the Sonos app. It shows PCM 2.0 and I don’t think I’m getting the output although on my TV it flashes for about two seconds saying Dolby Atmos is anybody else seeing this and can help

Yesterday I  downloaded Macbook 15.0.1 to my macbook and now the sonos sound bar cannot be connectd to tv output.  Any ides,  It was fine before downloading this latest version.

I use Google assistant to launch spotify contents on Sonos One.Assistant voice correctly repetes what I asked to play on Sonos, but nothing happens.The problem has appeared randomly. I try to reset everything but still not working 

With my Sonos1 network whenever I play a soundtrack, tracks play for a minute or so then skip. Why? How can I fix ?

My Sonos app keeps crashing repeatedly every time I try to go to the voice control option, any tips or reason why? Also my Sonos Beam stops playing music from time to time, and I don't have WiFi issues.

I have two pairs of in-wall Sonance Architectural Speakers wired to an Amp. I have had no difficulty in the past detecting them. There are no other Speakers wired to the Amp. The detect function no longer works. Is it possible th as that I have mixed up the polarity of the cables?

The queuing system for the new Sonos App works on my iphone and Ipad but not on my Laptop. I can add songs but cannot change the order. The 3 horizontal lines to grab the song and move it up/down are not there. When trying to do this a red circle with a diagonal line appears. Any ideas to resolve?

Hi, I recently purchased a pair of Eras 100 speakers. When installing, I was impatient and responded yes to “install on all devices on network.” Big mistake, as I work from home. A week later, I couldn’t log onto a work server. After digging and digging, our technical support mgr asked “what is Sonos?”.  Apparently Sonos used the IP address of this server. I had to unplug the speakers (I do not know where he saw these speakers but he dug deep).   I would like to remove Sonos and any mention of it completely from my work laptop (Windows) and would appreciate suggestions on how to do so.I have the Sonos app on my iphone.Thank you in advance.Lori

I have replaced my standard Sky broadband router with an ASUS RT-AX58U and everything works fine apart from the Sonos Play1 and Play3 which will not connect.  When I plug the Sky router back in and run the Sonos setup everything works again.Is there a compatibility issue between Sonos and the ASUS router or are there particular steps I should be taking?

I connected my youtube music account but I can't seem to use anything. I can't see any of my playlists or search up any songs.Ive tried disconnecting and reconnecting yt music to sonos and even reauthorise. Nothing works. Please help anyone?Also spotify works fine.
