My ERA 100 I have to turn the colume level almost all the way up just to have it a little louder when I have people over. It seems like at the highest level you would really be blown away but you are not. Is something wrong? I have and LG Smart TV

  1. Are you ONLY using the Era 100 by it self with the TV
  2. Do you also have a soundbar? Arc or Arc Ultra?

Your post is a bit confusing. Can you provide more information?

I just have the era 100. It is confusing because i don't know how to explain it. Ex: if i just use my TV and turn up the volume by the time i get to say 25 its very loud and goes all the way to 100.
when i turn on the sonos i have to turn it up to like 88 to make it the same volume level as the tv makes at 25. So i cant go over 100 for the colume and I sometime have parties where i want it loud withe the tv on for a sports game.

Check if the Volume Limit is off:

System Settings / Your Era's room / Sound / Volume Limit / Off

The ERA is connected via blue tooth.
volume lift has been off.
