A red light AT the bottom of the roam 2 when i start UP , and i have to press many Times the power button to start UP .

Sorry to hear that you’re having issues with your Sonos Roam. A red battery LED means that the speaker is experiencing a fault condition. You’ll want to contact our support team to troubleshoot and discuss solutions with them as they have the necessary tools available to help you resolve this.
