Unable to connect message and I can't add a move 2 speaker, The other speakers are connected, It's probably something in the version update

Sorry to hear you cannot add your Move 2 to your system at the moment.

Is this a new device or an existing player you try to add back?

Since you mention the version update, have you checked for updates and tried adding the Move 2 after?

Other than that, I would advice to reach out to our technical support who have tools at their disposal that will allow them to give you advice specific to your Sonos system and what it reports.
