From beta to regular version

Can't switch from beta version to regular version, It still shows as beta.

The beta version service said they will change the version, but still stuck on beta version

Thanks for your post!

Sorry to hear of the issue you are having.

According to the records I can see, your account is no longer flagged as “Beta”. I recommend that you uninstall the Sonos app and get a fresh copy from your phone’s app store. Please check for system updates after doing so: Settings » Manages » System Updates » Check for Updates.

You need to contact the  beta folks to get that changed

I asked to leave and I can't contact anyone there

Then try the support folks,  i needed their intervention to get myself fully out of the beta software mode

Is there a difference between the open Beta they are running with the new app and their closed beta?
