I'm trying to connect the Sonos app (version 2.0) to set up a used Sonos Play:5, but I keep getting a Wi-Fi password error. I even created a new SSID without a password, but the same error appears. I also tried using my mobile hotspot with a simple password and even without one, but I still get the error message:
"We couldn’t connect to oWi-Fi network]. Make sure you’re using the right Wi-Fi and password, then try again."
Any suggestions?
