Hi,
I changed my router to Zyxel DX3300-T0. After that Sonos app does not find Move. Router has WPA3 security protocol and I wonder if Move does not support that?
According to this the Move should support WPA3 (unless set up with the S1 controller):

I suspect you are following these instructions:
https://support.sonos.com/en/article/connect-sonos-to-a-new-router-or-wi-fi-network
Even with following those instructions it seems some users are having difficulties to get Sonos to recognise products. There likely can be various reasons: firmware not the latest and same as other devices, some setting in router is causing issues, Local Network Access in iPhone settings > Apps > Sonos being disabled etc.
For the above reasons, some use the same SSID name and password in their new routers as then the Sonos devices should work as before.
After each Sonos app update I sign out and back in the Sonos app on iPhone. On Android I remove the app and re-install it. For me that has so far been the smoothest.
Sonos support might be the best to figure things out as they can see something through the Submit diagnostics feature.
This is absurd. I removed the app ja re-installed it. And everything worked fine!! Thank you for your advise
This is a joke. You pay for premium quality to save time for useless troubleshooting and then you spend hours of trying to get it back running after a relocation to a new wifi.
In the end it worked, but this were the steps I did. I hope they help others, but keep in mind that in between I did countless of retries and other small random stuff (like resetting my login PW, etc.)
- factory reset of my Move 2 (this is where I lost the Bluetooth play ability)
- restart of my router
- reboot of my phone
- reinstalling the Sonos App (on Android Pixel 8)
Then the wifi was found. I still needed to restart the Move 2 to register, but at least the wifi was connected directly!
To Sonos: I understand that old firmware might have bugs and it's hard to patch once disconnected. But get your app right! The app should be able to detect old bugs or issues on the device and guide the user through the process. You have full control over the app and can even request permissions or patch it. After reinstalling it works, which is a clear sign that there is something wrong in your application.
